~Your POV~
'Okay, try to stay calm (Y/N). You can confess to her.'
Today is the day where I will confess to one of my friends, Sayo. I found her both cool and cute and I love her since the elementary school. I got prepared since the high school and I don't want to waste it.
I am with the Roselia band and we are at Hikawa's house.
Sayo's sister, Hina, went out with her friends so we are alone.
I am quite nervous since I am the only man but Sayo insisted so I stay here for this day.
"E-Everyone, I have an announcement to say..." We heard Sayo talking and she's blushing. I can feel my heart beating faster. Maybe it's because I think she would confess to me. No, it can't be possible.
"T-The truth is... I got a boyfriend." Sayo said while trying to not meet our gaze.
"Oh ! Congratulation Sayo-san !" Ako-chan said while clapping her hands and so the others did too.
I clapped too since I don't want to give to everyone a bad vibe. Instead, if she's happy with that, then I am happy too. I will try to help her as much as I can.
- One week later -
- In Lisa's appartement -
"W-What do you mean ?!"
Lisa-nee shouted while being surprised.
I smiled while I check everything in my bag.
"Listen, I just need to take some distance for...you know, relieve myself" I said while keeping my smile.
Lisa-nee is one of my best friend. She helps me out a lot of time and we hang out a lot of time. I consider her as a sister but we don't feel any romance between us. Our friendship is stronger than love.
"But what would Sayo think when she notices you're no longer here ?" She asked.
I forgot to say but she already knows about my crush on Sayo. She found out when they were training : I was checking most of the time at Sayo and as a result, she didn't stop teasing me until we know she gets a boyfriend.
And what about the "No longer here" ?
Well, what she said is true.
I need to take a breath and try to rearrange my mind. I tried to help Sayo but it seems like I am more a nuisance than being helpful.
I decided to go to my grandparent's. They are not far and only I know where it is. For school, well, I go to a school which is a little bit far away from Yukina's, Sayo's and Lisa-nee's.
"Well, make sure to not make her find out about it. I don't want her to worry about me. Alright ?" I told Lisa-nee and she nodded then sighed and smiled.
"You're really an idiot you know ?" She said and I giggled.
"I know but I don't want to ruin her future." I said while still smiling.
"Well, you should think more about your future~!" She said.
She's right. I need to think about it since what I planned before was kinda...destroyed ?
- End of flashback -
- A few month later -
And I am back !
It feels good to be back !
And it's also summer so it means holidays !!(Even though we're in winter xd)
I didn't get any messages from the girls besides Lisa-nee. I told them I was away because I had to help my relatives at (C/N). And then, I didn't talk to them besides Lisa-nee.
I pick up my phone and I sent a message to Lisa.
(Y/N) :
Hi Lisa-nee ! I am back !
I wait for a while and I feel my phone vibrate.
Lisa-nee :
Hey ! It's been a while (Y/N)-kun !
Do you want me to search you ?
(Y/N) :
I don't mind !
I will wait you at (Train station name) !
I wait for a few minutes and I suddenly can't see anything.
"Who's here~?" Someone said.
I recognized this voice.
"Geez, stop it Lisa-nee !" I said while giggling and she did too.
She let me see and I turn around and it's her.
"You didn't change Lisa-nee." I said while checking her.
"Well you too (Y/N)-kun !" She said while smiling and I did too.
We go to a café since my trip lasted for a few hours.
I bring up my luggage with some souvenirs for everyone.
We talked about everything and had fun and I decided to talk about Sayo's situation.
"So, how is going on with Sayo ?" I asked while drinking my (F/D).
Lisa-nee stopped smiling and felt down.
"It's quite bad..." She said while trying to not be sad. What happened to Sayo ?
"What do you mean ?" I said while I put my (F/D) back to the table.
"She doesn't feel bad since one-two months..." She answered. Did she feel bad because she noticed I went away ?
"Do you know why ?" I continued to ask her.
She looked away and didn't say. After a few seconds, she decided to say it.
"She broke up with her boyfriend..."
I-It's not possible...
How can this man broke up with her ?
Okay, maybe Sayo chose the study instead of her boyfriend but he can, at least, be patient.
"I-It's horrible..." is all I can say.
"I know, since this problem, we got a lot of troubles to train and to do our lives."
We didn't say anything.
I feel bad to leave Sayo alone when she's in trouble. I should fix it.
"Can I see her now ?" I asked Lisa-nee with determination.
"Well, she didn't leave her house this week but I think she will if you're here."
She didn't leave her house ?!
She must be depressed or something like that !
"One week ?!" She nodded.
"That's right. She's feeling down recently and she can't go to school nor training." She said. "Maybe only you should comfort her since you're her childhood friend."
I know what I have to do now.
"Thanks Lisa-nee ! Now, I need to go !" I said while I put the money on the table to pay the bill for both of us and I bring the luggage with me and I run toward Sayo's house.
"Okay~! Don't make her cry or I will make you pay for this !" I heard her saying that and I smiled.
Wait for me Sayo. I will be here for you.
- A few minutes later -
- At Hikawa's house -
I finally got here.
I took a deep breath and I knocked the door.
The door opened and it's her sister, Hina.
"Ah (Y/N)-kun ! It's been a while !" She said while smiling and I smiled back.
"Yup ! It's been a while Hina !" I said back. "Is Sayo here ?"
"Yeah but onee-chan didn't leave the house...can you help her ?" She asked me.
"Okay, let me handle it !" I said.
I went to Sayo's room and I knocked her room.
"W-What do you want Hina ?" I heard her behind the door. She seems...nearly scared.
"It's (Y/N) ! Can I come in ?" I said.
"(Y-Y/N) ?! W-Why are you here ?!" I heard her panicked.
"I am worried about you. I am your friend since the elementary school so let me help you !"
There's a silence.
I stay in front of her room and I hear the door clicked and opened.
I see her and she's in a bad state. Her hair is messy, she looks tired, she wears her cover on her and I can see her dried tears.
"I-Is that you (Y/N) ?" She said while checking me out. I nodded and I smiled. Then, she suddenly hug me.
"(Y-Y/N) ! Don't leave me again ! I feel alone when you're not around here !" She said while crying and hugging me tightly.
It makes me hurt to see her in this state.
"I'm here now...Don't cry..." I comfort her like we planned but she can't help but continue crying.
I get her tears out with my thumb while I looked into her eyes. I feel my heart beating faster. I don't know if it's the right moment to confess.
"I don't like seeing you cry like that..." I said. I don't know if it's me but it looks like she's blushing. What I didn't expect is that she hold me and she stared into my eyes.
"I-I know who I love after all..." After she said that, she suddenly kissed me. I got surprised but I kissed back to not make a misunderstood.
After a while, we got separated and we looked at each other.
"I love you Sayo..." I said.
"I love you too (Y/N)..."
~Extended ending~
- The next day -
- At CIRCLE -
Sayo is feeling better and we decide to go to the CIRCLE where everyone is waiting for us.
We finally arrived and they are surprised.
Sayo got tensed up but I hold her hand from behind to reassure her.
"I-I'm sorry for everything...I will do my best to catch up..." Sayo said while bowing. I hope Yukina will accept it
"You don't need to excuse yourself Sayo." Yukina said. "It's wasn't your fault after all."
"M-Minato-san..."
"And welcome back (L/N). Congratulation for helping her and becoming her boyfriend." She said while I see a little smile.
Wait, how did she know that ?!
"How do you know that ?!" I asked her.
"Well, I think it's because of me..." Lisa-nee said while trying to smile. She showed us a photo where Sayo and I kissed.
"Delete it Imai-san !" Sayo said while she tried to get Lisa-nee's phone.
"But I told (Y/N)-kun I will make him pay for making you cry~!" Lisa-nee said while trying to get away.
Meanwhile, Rinko and Ako enjoy this moment and Yukina can't help but smiles because of it.
I missed this mood and maybe it's will be better since I am with Sayo now.
