Brooklyn's POV
I woke up with the thought of August on my mind.
I wish I could get closer to him you know. Not in a sexual way but a more personal way.
I walked across the hall to the bathroom.
I was brushing my teeth and almost screamed when I seen August standing behind me.
I spit the water that was in my mouth out finish brushing my teeth.
"You scared me!" I said turning around.
"Uh yeah sorry for that." He said looking me up and down.
I completely forgot that I was only in a T-shirt with panties.
"Oops." I said.
He licked his lips.
I quickly ran out of the bathroom almost falling in the process.
I could hear him laugh from across the hall.
I quickly got dressed in some casual clothes and walked downstairs to start cooking.
When I finished cooking I called August downstairs to eat.
He took his plate was about to leave the room but stopped to stare at me.
He had a grin on his face. "Nice ass by the way." He said looking down and then up.
He walked out of the room.
Okay now I'm completely embarrassed. I can't believe he has seen my butt. 😫
I mean I don't mind if he sees my butt but not like that though.
I quickly ate and then went up to my room.
I picked up my phone to see that I had a text from Cassie.
Cassie -
What happened on your date? I want details now! Meet Sophia and I at the mall in a hour. :)
I sighed.
They are so damn nosey.
I heard the door bell ring interrupting me from my thoughts.
"I got it!" August said when he passed my room.
I nodded my head.
He rushed downstairs because whoever was ringing the door bell kept ringing it.
I heard him open the door and then he said "hello."
I heard a loud crash that sent me running down the stairs.
I gasped when I seen August on the ground fighting Donyae. 😱
