Galatians 3:1-29 KJV
[1] O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
There is so much evidence that Jesus died and rose again, yet so many do not believe, even when presented with overwhelming evidence!

[2] This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

[3] Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?
Be careful not to drift away from the original truth you believed, do not leave your first Love.

[4] Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.

[5] He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

[6] Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.

[7] Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

[8] And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

[9] So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.
We are blessed!

[10] For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

[11] But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

[12] And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

[13] Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

[14] That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

[15] Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man's covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto.

[16] Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

[17] And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.

[18] For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.

[19] Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

[20] Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.

[21] Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.

[22] But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
That's all we have to do, believe!

[23] But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.

[24] Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
Without the law, we would not know that we are sinners.

[25] But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

[26] For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

[27] For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

[28] There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
God commanded equality before it was cool!

[29] And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Psalm 18:25-50 KJV
[25] With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful; with an upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright;

[26] With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself froward.

[27] For thou wilt save the afflicted people; but wilt bring down high looks.

[28] For thou wilt light my candle: the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness.
Is it a Bible verse or a song that says that dark and light are the same to God? God is so full of light He drives away all darkness! There is nothing to dark to be overcome by His light!

[29] For by thee I have run through a troop; and by my God have I leaped over a wall.
It is by God's power we can do things.

[30] As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.

[31] For who is God save the Lord? or who is a rock save our God?

[32] It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect.
The paths God has made for us are perfect! That's not to say there will be no trials in them though. As someone once said, "God never promised our journey would be an easy one, but He did promise we would safely arrive at our destination."

[33] He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and setteth me upon my high places.

[34] He teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.

[35] Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath holden me up, and thy gentleness hath made me great.

[36] Thou hast enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip.

[37] I have pursued mine enemies, and overtaken them: neither did I turn again till they were consumed.

[38] I have wounded them that they were not able to rise: they are fallen under my feet.

[39] For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle: thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me.

[40] Thou hast also given me the necks of mine enemies; that I might destroy them that hate me.

[41] They cried, but there was none to save them: even unto the Lord, but he answered them not.

[42] Then did I beat them small as the dust before the wind: I did cast them out as the dirt in the streets.
David is probably taking about a physical battle, but God is with us to, in the same way, in this spiritual war.

[43] Thou hast delivered me from the strivings of the people; and thou hast made me the head of the heathen: a people whom I have not known shall serve me.

[44] As soon as they hear of me, they shall obey me: the strangers shall submit themselves unto me.

[45] The strangers shall fade away, and be afraid out of their close places.

[46] The Lord liveth; and blessed be my rock; and let the God of my salvation be exalted.
There is so much turbulence around us, it is such a comfort to have God as our Rock.

[47] It is God that avengeth me, and subdueth the people under me.

[48] He delivereth me from mine enemies: yea, thou liftest me up above those that rise up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man.

[49] Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, O Lord, among the heathen, and sing praises unto thy name.

[50] Great deliverance giveth he to his king; and sheweth mercy to his anointed, to David, and to his seed for evermore.

Dear Lord, You are our Rock and Salvation! Thank you so much that You defeat all our enemies and thank you that You keep all Your promises. Thank you that we are children of Abraham and You use us the bless the whole world! Lord please use Mrs. Pat roe and her school the bless many and please use the camp my church helps organize to bless many young Christians.
