so i mentioned my cat oc in the last oc dump right? yeah
i wasn't gonna take him seriously but then i DID
meet my boi, Neko Hisakawa
he's a cat
his parents named him "cat" because they're assholes BUT the name does fit him a whole lot. for various reasons.

alright thats all the doodles for now but why not give some info huh
so he's kinda small, only 5'0", and he's soft and kind as fucc. he's also mischievous and curious tho cause.. he's a cat. his tail operates like how ojiro's does, displaying emotions and the like as a cat's would. mostly, he's just wagging it in happiness.
mmm when he was born, his parents (Kaho and Hideshi Hisakawa) were like "holy fuck, our child is a cat person, might as well name him 'neko'" (it was Hideshi's idea, and for some reason Kaho agreed to it; but she loves her baby!!)
actually they love him more than anything in the world, he's a very sweet kid who likes to make people smile.
in the drawings, he's 15, but as you can see he's a bit of childish boi. but nonetheless he does ok in school, has a few friends (who i might draw ooF,!), the good shit.
now for the bad stuff,, uh
he has adhd, so his classwork and behavior can suffer greatly from that, with his combined childishness and overwhelming curiosity. unfortunately, all his quirk is is that he's kinda half-cat, so his quirk isn't worth much in the context of hero work; he's not that powerful, and unless you count his nails growing out as sharp claws that are good at scratching things, he's not much of a threat. by the time he was eight, he sadly had to give up his dream of becoming a hero. but!! he's still happy, has a loving family and great friends, no pushy siblings to mess with him, he's doing fine in school, all-in-all he's doing great!!
as for how the hell he was born with this quirk, who the fuck knows. his parents don't have any animal-related quirks, and while it is possible for children to be born with a completely separate quirk, they never expected a fuckin,, cat
but they love him!! punishments with spray bottles and hoses are needed though.
