Today is just a usual day in this household, Blaine playing with his toys in the living room whilst we ate our breakfast.
"Ah" Blaine squeals before laughing. He's been babbling away all morning. Whilst we finished up with our breakfast, we suddenly noticed that it had been quiet for at least a good ten minutes and a million scenarios was running through my head so I decided to go check out what was going on and once I got the bathroom, I tried not laugh.
"Bas, I found Blaine" I call out.
"Oh my gosh, you are so cute" I chuckle before Sebastian pokes his head round.
"Cute but naughty" Sebastian also chuckles. Blaine had pulled the toilet paper down and just made a mess, it was even over him, on his head and everything.
"Come on you, what are you doing in here?" Sebastian picks him up after he took the toilet paper off him. I start cleaning up the toilet paper whilst Sebastian took Blaine out of the room.
"Right, he's in his playpen for now" Sebastian comes back a few seconds later, as we tidy up the loo roll, we hear Blaine just babble away and sometimes try and demand our attention.
"Aaahhh" he whines once he saw us.
"Aaahhh" Sebastian mimics him before picking him up and kissing his cheek.
"Come on you, you must be boiling in this" Sebastian says as Blaine wore a sleepsuit.
"I brought some clothes down, they're on the back of the sofa" I tell Bas.
"Cheers" he says.
"Ok buddy, let's get dressed" he changes his nappy before putting him into a starry sleeveless vest and some grey shorts.
"My baby is ready for the day" Sebastian tackles him with kisses, making him laugh.
"Ah dada" he squeals.
"No, dada's not coming to the rescue" Sebastian coos before kissing him again. I chuckle at the both of them before telling Bas to stop so Blaine could catch his breath back.
"Ok mister, what shall we do today?" I ask Blaine as I sat him up, knowing he won't answer.
"We could get a coffee or something" Sebastian suggests.
"Wow Blaine, thanks for the suggestion" I chuckle, smirking at Sebastian.
"Hey" he playfully punches my arm.
"Get 'em Blaine" I say as I make Blaine pretend punch Sebastian, which makes him laugh at the movements.
"Alright, but first papa needs to get dressed" I say.
"Oh yeah" I start putting Blaine in his car seat before attaching it to his pushchair, by the time I did this, we were ready to go.
"Come on then" I say as we head out the door and I lock up.
"Nice little walk this is" Sebastian says.
"Yeah" we soon get to Lima Bean and I take the pushchair so I could find a seat whilst Sebastian could get drinks and food.
"Hello you" I coo at Blaine as I left him in his pushchair for now as he seemed pretty content, he also had toys attached to keep him occupied. Sebastian came back a few minutes later with the food and drinks.
"Here we go" he says as he sets them down.
"Thank you" it wasn't long until Blaine noticed us eating so he let go of his toys and started whining and kicking his feet about.
"Ok ok" I soothe as I get him out and prop him up on my lap. Sebastian started feeding him bits of cupcake.
"Is it good?" He coos.
"Ah" Blaine smiles at him.
"Take that as a yes" he chuckles. My phone suddenly dings and it was Santana.
"Santana wants to come over later but not until like 6:00/6:30ish though so I said that's fine" I tell Bas.
"That's fine, it gives us about another hour/ hour and a half to put mister to bed" Sebastian says.
"Yeah"
"Are you enjoying that?" We coo at Blaine as he had chocolate smothered over his mouth and chin.
"This is nice" Sebastian says.
"Yeah, we should do this more often" I agree.
"Ah ah ah" I say as I quickly rush to take my phone out of Blaine's hands, making him cry.
"I'm sorry baby, but you can't have my phone" I coo as I kiss his cheek before pulling out a blue round dummy that had a black and white zig zag holder and clipped it onto his vest before putting it in his mouth.
"They we are baby" I coo as I kiss the top of his head before pulling out some toys for him to keep him occupied. We soon finish up and Blaine was starting to get cranky on Sebastian's lap as he was rubbing his eyes and whining.
"Ok, let's get you down for a nap" I say as Sebastian clipped him back into his car seat and rocked him a bit whilst I cleared the table slightly. We soon leave and head home, by the time we got home, Blaine was asleep so we left him in his pushchair and just watched some tele instead. It was an hour later and Blaine stirred before actually waking up.
"Hello baby" I coo as I unclip him and get him out before kissing his cheek.
"Let's change your bum" I say as I grab a nappy and some wipes just incase, I take him to the living room and lay him on the floor.
"Oh hello you" Sebastian coos before getting down next to Blaine.
"Baba" Blaine smiles before trying to turn over so he could reach Sebastian.
"Hold on baby, let dada change your bum" I quickly change Blaine's nappy as he was wiggling about, trying to reach for Sebastian.
"There we go, off to papa" I chuckle as I get up to put his dirty nappy in the bin. I soon come back to them playing with a little ball game where the balls go down the slide and the red slide has an air thing in the middle of it so the balls hover in the air.
"Wow, what are we playing with?" I coo as I sat with them and played for a little while.
"Ah dada" Blaine squeals before looking at Sebastian.
"That's right bud, that's dada" he kisses his cheek. We play for a little while, Blaine laughing at the balls that hovered in the air and finding it funny.
"You're so silly" we coo at Blaine as he started to crawl away.
"Where are you of to?" We chuckle.
"Ahababaha" he babbles as he makes his way to the bathroom.
"Ah, no, come back you" I say but he just giggles and picks up speed but Sebastian catches him.
"You are not going back in there again, mister" he says before shutting the door just to be safe. He then decided to crawl to the back door, looking out of it.
"Wanna play outside?" We ask him as he looks back at us.
"Ah" he slightly nods his head.
"Come on then" we take him outside and let him crawl about, feeling the grass. We sat down and watched him for a bit just messing around.
"Bud, you're going the wrong way" Bas chuckles as Blaine tried to climb the slide the way you come down. As Sebastian got up, Blaine smiled and turned around, putting a foot down on the grass but as he did that he suddenly cried.
"Oh buddy, what'd you do?" Sebastian walks over to him and picks him up.
"Oh gosh, it's stinging nettles" Sebastian gasps. And as soon as he said that, I was straight indoors looking for the cream, once I found it, I go back out where Sebastian was trying to calm him down.
"We'll have to move the slide and cut them, I mean it won't be forever but at least it's for now" I explain to Bas as I put some cream on Blaine's foot.
"Is that better baby?" I coo. I quickly go wash my hands before going back out to see Sebastian making Blaine laugh as he tickled his non hurt foot.
"You're so silly" Bas kisses his face all over.
"Alright, let's go play" Sebastian gets up with him and moves the slide away from the nettles before putting him on it and catching him at the end. I sneak in a few photos and videos of them both just laughing and being happy. It soon got to dinner time so I start dinner whilst Sebastian plays with Blaine in the garden still.
"Dinner!" I call and Sebastian ran through with Blaine.
"Ready for some dinner, baby?" I coo as he was clipped into his highchair. I grab his jar befriend sitting down I front of him and start to feed him whilst Sebastian grabs his.
"Did you have fun outside with papa?" I smile at him as I quickly catch the food that was falling from his mouth and place it back in his mouth. He just babbles whilst Sebastian chuckles, we soon swap over so I could eat and soon we were done with done. As we clear up and Blaine plays, Sebastian accidentally drops a glass, which makes Blaine come crawling through just as we were about to tidy it up.
"Oh, no baby, come here" I quickly pick him up before he could go any further.
"I'll go put him in his playpen and then come help you" I say to Bas. I take Blaine through and place him in his pen, which makes him whine but I left him for now as he needs to know that he can't be carried all them time unless he really needed to be carried.
"I'll be back in a minute baby" I tell him before kissing his head. He soon starts whining more and I could tell he was going to start crying so Bas and I did our best to clean the glass up. We sweep it up before Sebastian decided to hoover and as he started to do that, the door went so I picked a crying Blaine up and answered the door.
"Hello you" I say as I greet Santana and Brittany. I let them in and Brittany shows of her new dress, which was navy and white stripe dress with a bow on the side and some navy blue and white spot flip flops.
"Oh wow, that's pretty" I tell her.
"Whys Sebastian hoovering and he crying?" Santana asks.
"Bas accidentally dropped a glass so I left Blaine in his playpen to go help" I explained.
"Oh...ok" she says.
"Yeah, I know"
"Unca 'urt, me pway wit' bwaine?" Brittany asks me.
"Sure" I place Blaine down and the two play together.
"Anyway, why'd you wanna come over?" I ask her.
"Oh, Brittany wanted to show you her new dress and play with Blaine" she explains.
"Aww, bless her" I chuckle. Sebastian soon comes through and says 'hi' to Santana as Brittany was already playing with Blaine. We talk for a bit before Blaine started to get sleepy and cranky.
"Right, we better be off" Santana says.
"I'll just quickly change her into her pyjamas, if that's ok?" She asks.
"Yeah, of course" she changes Brittany into some pink short sleeve pyjamas that had elephants and hearts on it.
"Dum, pwease?" She asks.
"Here we go" Santana passes a round green dummy with a pink owl on the end of it.
"Buh buh" Brittany waves at us.
"Bye sweetie" we wave back. They soon leave and we take Blaine upstairs, change his nappy and put him into a short sleeve black Batman romper.
We clip his dummy to his pyjamas and lie him in his crib with his Elmo sippy cup and his moon muslin cloth.
"Night bud, love you" Sebastian kisses him.
"Night baby, love you" I then kiss him, we tuck him in before quietly leaving the room and heading to ours. We get changed and ready for bed ourselves before getting into bed.
"Night, love you"
"Night, I love you too" we kiss each other goodnight before finally going to sleep.
