The young man's eyes closed when the countdown reaches zero. When he opened his eyes, he was in another place. He was in a large spacious room filled with modern lavish furniture. His body felt very weak as if at any moment he will fall blackout and fall unconscious.

The young man felt his head pulsating as the streams of information flowed into his mind.
He is currently in the body of Wei Xiao, son of Mrs. and Mr. Wei. He's the younger twin brother to the female protagonist, Wei Yue. Wei Xiao was born with a congenital heart disease, he easily got sick if he stayed outside too long and he couldn't take extreme fluctuation in his emotion because of his weak heart.
His parents doted on him because he was their only son and he was very frail, causing extreme jealousy of of Wei Yue. She tried whatever she could to gain their attention, but they would only glance at her before turning their attention back to Wei Xiao.
Because of her thirst for attention, Wei Yue sought out people and put on the white lotus facade paired with her innocent and pure look, many fell for it.
Everyone inside the Wei manor adored Wei Xiao, he was their star child. His looks would leave Wei Yue in the dust if they stood next to one another. Wei Yue would always feel inferior to her younger brother, she should've been more beautiful, she should've been more doted upon but he took everything from her.
She would often visit Wei Xiao and abuse him, either physically taking her anger out on him or threatening and beating down his self esteem. She never left any bruises where others would see as she wanted to maintain her 'perfect' daughter image.
This made Wei Xiao become introverted and timid. He wouldn't be able to look another person in their face and he wouldn't talk much. Whenever Wei Yue was around, Wei Xiao would tremble because of the trauma he received from her abuse.
As time pass and Wei Xiao's health became better and better, it scared Wei Yue. By the time he was fifteen years old, Wei Xiao could walk around the house now without a wheelchair or any assistance.
Her longing made her become twisted, she soon came up with a plan to get rid of her younger brother so that she would be the only child. Only then could she receive her parents love.
Wei Yue used her looks to get the attention of a small underground group and arranged a plan with them to kidnap her younger brother and dispose of him on the day of their mother's birthday.
It would be a large event where many guest would gather, making it easier to take Wei Xiao.
At school she was the most popular and sought out female student, but it wasn't enough for her. She wanted more and sought out the best candidate to be her backer, Long Zixi.
Long Zixi, the male lead attended S high school with Wei Yue and was an eye candy for all the female student. He was the heir to the prominent and most successful Long Empire. She would try and get his attention, but not make it so obvious to others that she was trying to do so.
At the time of Mrs. Wei's birthday celebration, Wei Xiao was drugged and taken away. It was only after midway through the event that Mr. and Mrs. Wei noticed that their son was missing. Worried they called security and had them search for their son.
After combing through the entire area, Wei Xiao's ghost was nowhere to be seen. Mr. and Mrs. Wei became more anxious at finding their son and issued an alert and had the event locked down until their son was found.
Wei Yue played her part perfectly, acting as the worried and concerned elder sister. She cried pitifully and tricked everyone into her act, it even bought enough time for the kidnappers to take Wei Xiao the next city.
Long Zixi pitied the Wei Family, as his parents and the Wei parents were childhood friends. He assisted them in the search for the missing Wei Xiao.
After twelve hours, they found the location of where Wei Xiao was being 'held' in. They surrounded the place and had a confrontational gun fight with the kidnappers.
One of the bullets strayed towards Long Zixi when he was busy fighting with one of the assailants and Wei Yue took the bullet in his stead, this raised his good impression of her. When they finally got inside the building, they found Wei Xiao's body badly mutilated on the floor. His limbs were flayed around and his face was unrecognizable.
Both Mr. and Mrs. Wei fainted due to the sight of their pitiful son. Earlier, they found a matching donor's heart for their Wei Xiao and the surgery was scheduled in three months. Only three more months until he would've been able to live an ordinary life.
Mrs. Wei fell ill and Mr. Wei retired from his position soon after the incident. Mrs. Wei couldn't get over the death of her beloved child and passed away half a month after his funeral. Mr. Wei became heartbroken, losing his dear wife and his son and died of heartbreak two months after his wife.
As for Wei Yue? She became closer to Long Zixi and the two gradually fell in love with each other. She no longer cared for her parents nor did she long for their love anymore, when they died she didn't even cry actual tears for them. She felt nothing as she saw their coffins being lowered to the ground. Because now she had the attention of other people, they were admiring her for her relationship with Long Zixi.
Wei Yue received the pity of many people due to her family passing away, this help filled the missing hole in her heart as she absolutely adored the attention people were throwing at her. The kidnappers took the blame for the incident and Wei Yue got off scott-free.
Wei Yue also received a large inheritance from her parents' will and became very rich, to the point where she would never have to ever work and she could spend a crazy amount and she would never become broke.
Long Zixi and Wei Yue got married at the age of 24, and they lived happily until the age of 78. They left behind three girls and two boys.
After reading through the information, the young man gazed off into the distance for a moment before speaking to Bao Bao.
