"Oh me next!" Melinda hollered as she shoved Matilda out of the way and crawled into my lap.
Matilda looked at her hair in the mirror "It's so pretty!" she said as she touched the braids running down her scalp
I began to French braid Melinda's hair as we watched the Disney movie Coco, which is one of my favorite movies
My phone began to ring "I'll be right back" I said as I went outside the room.
"HEY!" Jaya hollered
"Hey!" I hollered back
"Wassup bitch!" Troy hollered and shushed him as two servants walked by
"I miss you guys," I said
"We miss you too!" Jaya said and I wanted to cry I legit missed them so much
"Whatcha doing? Chilling in a bungalow in Bora Bora or enjoying a villa in Tuscany?"
"Neither..I'm just hanging out with Matilda and Melinda. What Y'all doing?" I asked as I rested my hands on the railing
"We about to go out bowling with Jasmine and Kelly," Troy said
"Oh," I said lowly reminiscing about the times we used to hang out
"Are you ok, Z?" Jaya asked
"Yeah I'm totally fine, you guys have fun," I said
"Ok, we love you"
"Love you too," I said as I hung up and sighed. I missed being home and being able to leave whenever I wanted and not have a whole ass squad of guards with me
"Hey Zara, you coming to watch the movie?" Matilda called
"Yeah I'll be right there," I said as I smiled

Over the next couple of days, I was preparing for our tour in Belize. I was trying to be excited about it but these past couples of weeks have been rough for me. The wedding planning was making me go crazy. It consisted of people literally talking over me and disregarding my ideas. Thats not how imagined my wedding plans would be.
I was ready to get away from the palace for a while.
I looked at the shrinking houses as we took off on the plane.
Alexander sat next to me. He gently grabbed my hand and kissed it
"What was that for?" I smirked
"Because I love you"
"You do?" I gasped and he chuckled
"Yes I do" he smiled
"I haven't seen you in like a week," I said
"I know, but I've been busy with everything"
"I didn't even get to tell you about the wedding dress disaster-" I started
"Your Highness, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs is on the phone" Martin said
"Tell him I'll call him back," Alexander said turning his attention back to me
"He said its urgent" Martin insisted
"Go ahead," I said with a small smile
"I'll be right back," he said and I nodded
I watched him go then looked back down the clouds

We arrived in the beautiful country of Belize. It was riveting.
As soon as we exited the plane, there was a roar of cheers. The Belizean army was lined up as Alexander and I walked on the red carpet and met the prime minister.
We were staying at this large Villa by the water. We even had our own infinity pool! After we unpacked, I changed into my bathing suit and jumped into the warm pool.
A few moments later Alexander jumped in and we swam circles around each other.
After our swim, we laid on the lounge chair and just watched the sunset
"I could watch a million sunsets with you," he whispered
"Me too. I wouldn't mind doing this forever" I said as I snuggled up to him and for the first time in a long time I felt steady again like I wasn't competing to get his attention
I kissed him. Our tongues explored each out her mouths
"We take this to the bedroom?" He smirked
I nodded coyly.
We somehow ended up in bed, clothes were slowly coming off and it was seriously getting hot and heavy. This was definitely the release that my body needed. I was ready and he was too
"Do you know if you're ovulating?" he asked
"What?" I asked completely thrown off guard
"Ovulation is when the egg is released from the ovaries-"
"Yes I know what it means but why do you need to know?"
"Because we need to start our family"
"Family?"
"Yes"
"Why can't we wait a little bit?" I asked
"It's better to start a few weeks before the wedding, so I don't miss my chance"
I wanted to sink into the bed "you want a baby now?"
"Of course"
"Why now?"
"Because we need heirs and.. I really want a baby with you"
I sat up and looked at him and lightly caressed his face "I don't know if I can be a mom...like a good one ya know I'm still a kid myself"
"A kid, Zara you're 23" He pulled me closer "and You'll be a great mom," he said then kissed my lips. A smile began to form at the corners of my mouth.
Kids?! I mean I loved working with them but to have some of my own is a very different topic. I wouldn't be just a regular mom I would be a royal mom raising future king and queens. That idea scares the absolute shit out of me.

The next morning, I had to give a speech at the opening of a maternity clinic in Belize. How ironic
The speech went horribly I was stuttering and shaky. I hated it, I hated public speaking. I don't think I'll ever get used to it
"Here is a box of baby items because we know in the next few months there will be a little person in the oven" nurse said and everyone cheered
I plastered a fake smile as I took the heavy ass box of baby clothes, bottles, and diapers but inside I was boiling.
