I've already gone over what kind of critique partner to look for. so now, I'm going to tell you how you can also be that critique partner people will be looking for.

1. Be Reliable

*this takes work and time. 

2.  Be Fair

*with the time and editing. remember. you are not the professional editor

3. Be Honest

*don't worry about hurting their feelings.  Tell them what is wrong or they will find out when it's too late!

4. Point Out the Positive

*tell them the RIGHTS and the WRONGS!

5. Devise Solutions

*point out mistakes and give the solutions to each one.
