Alone.
For the first time in my life, I felt alone.
I was curled up in utter darkness as it wraps around my frail body with stain tears on either side of my cheeks.
My mother wasn't there to soothe me because she didn't believe my story.
She was blinded by his face and lies of her son in law.
The silence was loud and echoed in my ears with noises that would never stayed out of my head nor would shut up.
I was all alone in body, mind and soul.
