"J-Jaehyun." Haein stuttered as she stood up from the bench, still holding Doyoung's hands tightly.
"I knew you would run away." Jaehyun looked down in disbelief.
Doyoung was about to go closer but then Jaehyun stepped back.
"She told you everything already, right? Don't care for me at all. It's no use." Jaehyun was about to look back when Doyoung grabbed his shoulder.
"It's not your fault, Jaehyun. It was arranged."
"You dont know what that meant, Doyoung."
"Then let us know it." Doyoung held him tightly and pushed him down the bench, making Haein startled.
"If you insist."
"We don't. We just want to know."
"Alright."
• Flashback •
"Jaehyun! Come out right now! We need to talk!" His father called from downstairs.
He sighed and walked out of his room.
He knows what he was going to talk about.
"Jaehyun, sit down." He sat down at the opposite of the table.
"What's it about, dad?"
"You know what it is, Jaehyun. Don't act dumb." Jaehyun sighed again and sipped some water.
"Haein is back."
"Good job." His dad sipped some coffee and placed his cup back down.
Jaehyun's eyes are already in verge of releasing tears.
"Now all you have to do is marry Haein like we planned and she won't die. That's it." Jaehyun suddenly stood up and walked to his room.
Tears. Tears. Tears.
