evan: seems shy but isnt that much really, opens up early but doesnt trust quickly
their parents know theyre lgbt, only their sister know their whole identity (shes also lgbt) anyways their parents are not very accepting but theyre slowly learning
jon: out to his dad mom and sis (mom and sis are accepting, dad is not, hes not at their house all the time either way)
craig: isnt out to all of his family, his brother knows and loves him either way, his mom knows hes queer and dad has no idea
tyler: parents are super homophobic/transphobic, they dont know yet hes queer and when they do find out they kick him out
tyler doesnt want to come out though and tries to keep his queerness around his parents on the downlow so they dont find out
also so his career in basketball doesnt fail because its the only thing thats making his parents proud

they get divorced and his mom dies which sets lui in a really bad mental state and takes a break from everything for some months (they also move so they're not around the others, they come back though)
brock: his dad and mom are divorced, so he lives with his mom, which is very accepting and loving (knew brock was trans ever since he was little)

brian: not out to family, so nobody knows anything (they dont seem very accepting either)
