**Taehyung's POV**
I was extrmely anxious to meet Jimin. I don't know how long it has been or when 'tomorrow' is. This blanket I was given appears to be high quality. It's extremely soft, fluffy, and warm. I snuggled myself into it with my knees against my chest while I sipped the banana milk I was given. I was seriously considering taking my pants off because they are irritating me, but I decided against it. I only have underwear underneath and it could make me cold. I finished the last container of banana milk, setting it on the ground beside me. I flinched when I heard a loud voice erupt, contrasting with the usual silence. I pushed myself into the back corner of the room when I heard loud footsteps approaching.
" Jungkook! Why is it so dark down here! " I heard a foreign voice.
" Because there isn't a light. " Jungkook's familiar voice said. The footsteps were getting closer and closer. I pushed myself as close to the wall as I could as two figures arrived at the door. One was Jungkook, the other unknown to me. The door was unlocked, being pushed open. The unknown figure ran over and crouched in front of me.
" Oh my gosh you are so cute! " The figure, which I made out to be a guy, exclaimed. I inwardly gulped.
" Oh, I- " I was cut off.
" Jungkook! Have you not noticed how good looking he is? " He said, turning to Jungkook who was standing with his arms crossed.
" I don't really ca- " He began, but was cut off as well. I felt intimidated being cornered.
" Stop saying you don't care you salty prick. " Jungkook sighed, mumbling something I couldn't hear under his breath.
" Anyways, hi! I'm Jimin. " He said, holding his hand out towards me. I stared at the hand confused, before looking back up to his face.
" I- "
" Aren't you gonna shake my hand? " He said, tilting his head.
" Oh. " I mumbled, reaching out and grabbing his hand. I wasn't quite sure what was happening so I just held it. My arm was stiff from nervousness, as he lifted our hands. It look like he was lifting a pole. He let go of my hand and smiled at me. He had fangs as well. Jungkook was silently watching from the corner.
" So, what's your name? " He asked me.
" Taehyung. " I stated simply.
" That's a nice name. How old are you? " I was being thrown off by the questions.
" Seventeen. " I answered.
" Seve- Jungkook, you picked up someone underage! " He yelled, causing me to flinch. He seemed to notice this.
" Oh my, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to scare you. " He rapidly apologized. This is also something I'm not used to.
" Uh...its fine? " It's quite obvious that I didn't know how to respond to that.
" Has anyone ever told you that you have a lovely voice? It's so deep and soothing. " Jimin said.
" Well.. no. " I answered. I've been told how annoying I am. I don't think I've recieved a compliment in my life. Jungkook had made his way over near us.
" Well they should of! Your voice is beautiful. " He stated, placing his hand on my shoulder. I flinched at his touch, watching as he raised an eyebrow. I looked back and forth from Jungkook and Jimin.
" Your eyes are different colors. His are very deep red and yours are like....uh... red, but mixed with orange. Not too much orange, though. " I said. This caused Jimin to smile.
" I call the color vermilion. " Jimin said.
" Ver- what. " I have no idea what that word means.
" Vermilion is a pigment consisting of mercuric sulfide. It's a similar color to my eyes. " He explained. I didn't understand a word he just said. I stared at him blankly. The silence became awkward.
" Tell me about yourself, Taehyung. What are your interests? " I don't really have interests. How do I answer this?
" I don't know. I haven't tried a lot of things. " I said, trying to avoid the question.
" Alright. I'll tell you mine. I like to travel and see the world, unlike this grouch who likes to stay inside all day painting and drawing. " He said, making a hand motion towards Jungkook.
" Travel? " I questioned.
" Yeah it's really fun. Jungkook said you were walking around the city. Haven't you ever left? " I wasn't even supposed to be out walking, how could I have left.
" No, not really. " I stated, avoiding his gaze.
" What? You stayed in the same city and haven't left for seventeen years? " He said, raising his voice. I stayed in the same house for seventeen years. I explored the city without permission.
" Are you mad at me? " I questioned.
" Why would I be mad at you? "
" I- you raised your voice. " I snuggled myself deeper into the blanket.
" I'm not mad. I was suprised that your family never once left, even for a vacation. " He stated, making a claming voice. I looked up at him, feeling the need to apologize.
" Sorry, I'm not used to people not being angry with me. " I said.
" What do you mean? " Jimin asked, placing his hand on my knee. I once again flinched from the contact.
" People are mad at me for some reason or other most of the time. " I said.
" Jungkook, have you hit him? " Jimin asks, turning away from me.
" No? " Jungkook responded. It's true, he hasn't. Why is Jimin asking if he has?
" Are you violent with him? " Jimin asked once again. I don't understand why he is asking these things.
" Not since over a week ago. " He answered. Jimin hummed in response and appeared to be thinking.
" I asked because he flinches at physical contact, even if I'm approaching him kindly. " Jimin said. I wasn't trying to flinch. Jimin is probably going to hate me now because I'm so messed up. Even when someone is trying to be nice, I cause them to hate me unintentionally. I buried my head into my knees, crying silently. Well, trying at least.
" No, No, No. Don't cry. " I heard Jimin say, before I tensed up at arms wrapping around my body. I bit my lip, trying to force myself to stop.
" Shh, relax. I'm not going to hurt you. " He calmly said, rubbing my back. I eventually calmed down and stopped crying. Jimin pulled away from me as I rubbed my eyes.
" Why did you start crying? " He asked me.
" You probably hate me. " I mumbled.
" Why would I hate you? I think you are a nice kid. " Jimin said.
" I don't act like most people. " I mumbled once again.
" I noticed, but I don't think that is your fault. " He smiled at me. I need to regain myself, breaking down like this isn't like me.
" Sor- "
" Don't apologize. Hey, if I talk to Jungkook about you real quick, will you be upset? Remember, I don't hate you. I actually think you are fun to talk to! " He said. I shook my head in response to his question as I watched him stand up and walk to Jungkook. He mumbled something to him that was just loud enough for me to hear.
" He doesn't respond to common social cues, which makes me think he hasn't had a lot of socialization. " Jimin said. I knew I screwed up on something to give that away. He isn't wrong.
" What are you saying, Jimin? " Jungkook said.
" He shows major signs of abuse and neglect. " Jimin stated. I'm not sure what those words mean. They both were silent after that.
" Jungkook, your house is massive. You should give him a room in it. " Jimin said in a forceful tone.
" What? No. " Jungkook said.
" Why not? " Jimin pressed.
" He's going to run away. " Jungkook responded, sounding as if that was obvious.
" I don't think he's going to run off. " Jimin argued.
" How do you know? "
" Just a hunch. " Jimin said, shrugging.
" You concluded that he isn't going to run away and tell somebody about us from a hunch?! " Jungkook scoffed.
" Yep! Now stop acting like a moody teenager. I'm older than you! " Jimin said, walking over to me.
" Yet you are shorter than me. " Jungkook responded.
" Hey Taehyung, if Jungkook let you out of here, would you try and run away? " Jimin asked me.
" No, I've told him twice already that I won't. " I answered. Jimin nodded, returning to Jungkook.
" Come on, at least consider it. " Jimin whined. I heard Jungkook scoff again.
" Fine, can we leave now? " He responded, annoyed.
" I need to give him the Panda Express I bought him. " What's Panda Express? Jimin ran off out of the cell, probably to get whatever that is. Jimin is much nicer than Jungkook is. Jungkook had a pissed off look on his face, so I decided not to speak to him. Jimin soon returned with a bag and a cup.
" I didn't know what you like, so I got you some of everything. There ended up being a shit ton of food, sorry. " He said as he handed me the bag. Panda Express must be a kind of food. I opened the bag to see three containers. Jimin handed me a large cup as well.
" Thank you. " I said, excited to try the food.
" We are going to go now, but I hope to see you again! " Jimin said, walking to the exit with Jungkook. I didn't respond as I was removing one of the containers lids. I found a plastic fork inside of the bag. I heard the door lock and shut, followed by silence. I was alone once again. I returned my gaze to the food. It looks so good. I really hope I can see Jimin again. With that thought, I stuck the fork into an unknown food, shoving it into my mouth.
