TYSM for the previous chapter target completion..........since today is a Sunday, I was so prepped to give you all an update........ So all set my princess?...........shall we leave?
I forwarded my hand and waited for Avni to grab it............she squealed before jumping like an over-excited kid............she was so looking forward to this outing with me, just as I was eager to tour the city with her...........she always managed to get the child in me alive, something which was brutally killed by my dad........
Paapa.............I'm gonna go out with Maasi..........Kulfi Time.........
She screamed on top of her voice as Ved peeked through the newspaper to look at her fondly............he was her hero and she was his angel............and Ele, ofcourse she did exist............but you know what, when it came to handling kids I would rate her 2 on 10............coz she's very good as a friend and a wife, but being a mother...........well well.............she herself needs Ved to father her all the time.........
Baby don't eat too much of ice-cream ok...........my baccha will catch cold..........and then you have to miss your school............and then I have to listen to your teacher's bickering, which I'm certainly not game for........
I rolled my eyes at Ele, who had positioned herself on the kitchen slab now..........she was busy instructing Geeta to prepare various stuff, some of which she had not even heard off..............well this serves as a punishment for Geeta..........how dare she eye Ele's hubby...........she needs to be tormented, isn't it?
Ofcourse Mumma.............Avni will eat very little ice-cream..........is that ok Mumma?
I mimicked Avni's voice while speaking to Ele as she looked on offended...........Ved on the other hand laughed out aloud, as Geeta darling was all excited to see him enjoy our little joke............my dear Geeta, control your emotions...........Ele has still not shown you her bad side..........she's extremely dangerous when it comes to people she loves, and trust me when I say this...........Avni enjoyed my cool side and giggled at my antics..........
Avni............baby, go sit in the car...........maasi will come soon ok
She hopped her way out of my house, as I made a dash to the kitchen...........Ele still looked offended as I looped my hands around her, embracing her tightly..........much to Ved's discomfort............he was certainly not a buyer of our PDA...........while I liked to irk him being all cozy with his wife..........
Instead of burning your energy to torment my poor maid, why don't you do something fruitful to burn it.............I mean, me and Avni are going out.............so if you manage to send your little enemy out too...........you know, it would be Ved..........you...........and a locked house...........waapas jaake waise bhi company hi sambhalni hai Ved ko............so why not fully utilize your time, when you have a chance to do so..........
I winked at her as her face brightened all of a sudden............she even forgot she was annoyed with me just a while ago..........quickly hatching up a plan she turned to Geeta........
Oye chammakchallo............tumhara ghar isi sheher mein haina............jaao, aaj tumhari chutti hai.............ghar jaake aao aur ek hafte se pehle waapas naa aana...
Geeta looked confused all of a sudden............why had her "hunter-raani" turned into a "mamta-ki-moorat"?.............she looked upto me, Ele and walked out of kitchen to face Ved..........

Ele climbed down the counter all set to punch her as I held her back.............I know she's angry, but then breaking my maid's bones would lead to my loss...........who would handle my house when I'm out at work...........why should I be selfless all the time?............listen, I can be selfish too okay..........
Errr..........Geeta............main keh rahi hoon na, tum chali jaao...........ghar ki chinta mat karo hum sambhal lenge...........philhaal tum khudko sambhaalo.....
She took my hint quickly and made a dash to her little corner to grab her jhola, before lurking out of the house............on bidding her good-byes, I turned back to Ele, who looked finally happy on doing away the thorn in her love-life..........

I quickly dashed out, closing the main door behind me, as I could still bet Ved was red with blush.............I had never seen a man blush so much as he does...........in Ele's case it was different always, Ved would be the shy one whereas she would be the one calling shots............and in my case I was always the meek one, and Dev would be the boss..........urrrgghhhh..........not again, get him out of your head Sona, he's no more a part of your life...........

AT THE KULFI PARLOUR
Me and Avni were having a contest...........who would finish maximum number of kulfi's first.............as far as Ele's warning was concerned, well it was tossed out of the window long back............me and Avni were a dangerous combo, and leaving us together alone could be dangerous............very very dangerous..........I was busy licking my kulfi stick earnestly, as it was dripping down my lips and palms..........but who cared, being a businesswoman doesn't mean you need to be sophisticated all the time............business is confined to the walls of your office, and right now it's funtime people...........

My head snapped suddenly............I starred at the intruder of our peaceful outing without batting an eyelid..........competition was long forgotten...........Avni clapped her hands loudly as she finished her share first............she had won the competition and I had yet again lost...........and the reason for my loss was the man I couldn't stand around me anymore............Dev!!!!!!
Dev Chachu............I won.............Yayyy!!!!!!
Why is she calling him Chachu.............she should call him Maasa right...........he's my hubby so, when I'm her maasi then he's her.............God, Sona you are unbelievable..........how can you still consider him your husband............he has been so bad to you girl............you should disown him, just ignore his presence around...........and you dared to loose your Kulfi contest for him, shame on you!!!!!
What the hell are you doing here?.............nobody has asked you to join, get the hell out of here!!!!
I reprimanded him softly as he took the seat next to me..........a part of me still wished him to be by my side always...........but a part of me was brutally hurt by his betrayal..........but sometimes I wondered, if we hadn't parted so bitterly as we did, if our Pia had been with us today............wouldn't we have looked just as cute and perfect as we looked now............any onlooker would call us a happy family of three.........but only I knew, for me neither family existed, nor happiness..........
I was just passing by this side, when I happened to see Avni sitting here.........so I just dropped in to say hii...........don't worry Ma'am, I won't take much of your time...........I will leave in a while..........

I'm capable of paying for my expenses...........
I moved out pulling Avni with me as he leapt forward picking her up.........

Lord, he and his formalities.............I hate him for this...........wait n watch Dev............tomorrow I will make sure you are out of my sight atleast for a week...........I'm so done with you...........I just can't stand your presence anymore......he offered to drive my car, as I placed the keys in his hand..........ofcourse, I will treat him in the worst way possible, so that he leaves my firm soon...........
Once at the toy shop, me and Avni got down as I looked back to tell him.......
Park the car and meet us at the kids section..........and be quick.......
Heha..........the wicked me............I will manage to piss him off soon..........but he just smiled at me and nodded............why is he not affected?.............why does he behave so aloof..............does he even remember he had once managed to marry me secretly and even impregnated me with his seed..........horrible man!!!!!!!!!
I had just picked up a few things when I saw him jogging to the place where we were..........as he approached us, I just stuffed all my shopping bags in his hand and made him walk behind us like our driver...........you deserve this Dev, remember you had abandoned me at the mall one day, when I refused to buy a dress of your choice.......now, it's payback time..........
We shopped for around two hours after which he dropped us back home...........feeling pity, I asked him to take my car along, and drop it the next day..........no not at all, I did feel bad to send him alone at night, but then a fresh new plan was cropping up somewhere at the back of my mind............he kissed Avni goodnight, as we walked back to my apartment...........let the new dawn arrive Dev Raichand...........you'll see what an annoyed lady can do!!!!!!!!!!!
