I closed the alarm and went to the bathroom and did my buisness.
I went to my closet and wore this:
My hair was a bit wavy at end, and I liked it that way.
Today was a sunny day, and I hope my mood stays..... well... normal.
I can't control them, but i can try, at least.
I got out of my room and headed downstairs.
John was eating cheerios, while I was looking for mom.
"Mom had an emergency call and left."
"Oh."
I didn't know either I should say sorry or not, so I decided not to. I was not in the mood to argue about anything.
My phone vibrated and it was a message from Luna.
Luna: Remember, you are eating with me in the cafeteria
Oh shit.
Now I really had to tell him now. I can't talk to him at school, or else, lets just say ppl will think about something else.
"Er.. john?"
"Hm"
I was a bit nervous, but then I just had to let it go.
"Today I am going to sit with Luna.."
He didn't answer. I could tell he didn't give two shits, so the answer is yes.
I started eating in silence..
Once we were done, he left, closing the door behind him.
Guess I have to walk.
I opened the door, but he was leaning on his car, waiting.
He saw me and got inside.
Never mind.
I got in and he started the engine and drove.
We arrived and he stopped the car for me to get out.
"Look, John. i am sorry for whatever happened last night... I have a reason—"
"Periods" he said. "I know"
"Then... why were you so.. mad?"
"Oh pls. My fucking sister comes in shorts in front of boys and you are asking why I am mad? I don't give a damn that you were feisty because of your periods, but for what you were wearing. I don't want any of my friends to, idk, FALL in love with you or anything."
Tears were in the corner of my eyes.
I wanted to ask why are you so protective.
"Because I care about you. Because i am your brother. It's logical. I don't want my friends to hurt you."
I guess i said that out loud.
He let out a sigh.
"Cmon. Lets get to class." He said and opened the door, so did I.
