Eun Jung's POV
I fiddled with my fingers as I waited patiently for him to give something in return.
He never did.
"Eun." He scratched the back of his head. "I totally forgot about our anniversary."
"Oh," I croaked with tears almost slipping from my eyes. "That's ok."
"Yeah," he uttered as he glanced at his watch.
Not even one kind word he said to me.
It seems something was on his mind but he didn't want to tell me.
"I gotta go," he declared. "I'll come out first and the next 10 minutes you can come out, ok?"
I nodded, not trusting my voice. His cold lips kissed my forehead and left me alone, bitter.
