It was late at night. It was Friday tomorrow, and I'd be exhausted. I accomplished something that I thought impossible.
Yet it felt like I was very far. Recently, me and Malfoy have been meeting up to talk about events and other stuff. I was happy knowing that he's my friend, but it felt like a lie.
A cold lie. I tried sleeping, but all I could hear was the taunts from the other Gryffindor girls..
"You're not his friend, he hates you! You aren't worthy of friendship. Why did we talk in the first place?"
Those words repeated in my mind. When I woke up, I was breathing heavily and I was sweating.
What have I done?
I walked around the school, daydreaming and well, mostly looking for Malfoy or Zabini. Hours passed, and I haven't found either of them. Where have they gone? Thinking it there was no point, I headed back to my dorm until I found Zabini in a hallway carrying a book.
"Granger, I've been searching for you. I must ask you to forgive me for our previous encounters. Anyways, now that we're hopefully undisturbed, let me tell you-"
"ZABINI! BLAISE ZABINI I SWEAR ON MERLIN'S BLOODY BEARD I AM GOING TO KILL YOU!" Pansy squealed.
"I'm so sorry, Granger. I stole Pansy's- Never mind! We shall meet again!" Blaise hollered before running off
