Just saying, this has nothing to do with romantic feelings. This is a fluff oneshot with the reader. Sorano has a sisterly affection towards the reader. As requested, the story is told from [Name]'s POV. Haven't written like this for a while, so I'm not great.
I apologise for this being so late! It may not seem like it, but I have indeed been working to complete as many requests as possible, it jus so happened the you can requested this while I was busy. Forgive me.

I sat, hungry on the side of the dirt path, watching as many others walked past me, not bothering to spare even a glance. I hugged my knees, shivering.
It's cold... I'm hungry...
Mum... Dad... where are you? Why did you leave me so soon?
I can't move my legs. The baker had enough of me I think, he was mad today. More so than usual. He starting swinging at me with his bat.
My legs hurt. They're bleeding badly.
What do I do now?
I didn't even get the bread in the end...
I'll get have to go back to town later. Maybe I'll have more chance stealing from the butcher or something.
I looked up just in time as a lady walked past. As she looked at me, she stopped. She had white hair. Like a granny, but she doesn't look old at all...
She wore a long blue cloak around her.
"Awe~ aren't you the cutest little thing?" She asked me, walking closer. I scrambled back, having a bad feeling. "What's your name?"
"Why should I tell you?" I asked back as she walked closer and closer. I continued to scramble back, my legs hurting. I winced at the sudden pain as her eyes looked at my legs, which were bleeding.
"Oh, you're hurt. You poor little boy" she said and I could see pity in her eyes. She was sad that I was in pain. Why?
"Who are you?" I asked, looking up at her with wide eyes.
"My name's Sorano, so will you tell me your name now?" she smiled at me once again.
"[Name]"
"You're hurt so why don't you come back with me?" Sorano offered me.
"No" I bluntly refused. I can't trust someone that I just met.
"Don't worry dearie, I'm not a bad person" she tried to assure me. I shook my head again, moving back.
"N-No thanks" I stuttered out, shivering from the cold.
"You're cold aren't you? Don't you have ay parents or guardians?"
"Why do you care? No one cares about me" I turned away, frowning.
"Then it's decided, you're coming back with me!"
"I don't want to!" I repeated, trying to crawl away. But of course, she caught me.
I was lifted by her glover hands. Almost immediately, I wrapped my arms around her neck so that I didn't fall off.
"Sorry dearie, you'll be coming with me until your leg gets better. You can't move it can you?"
"I'm fine! Let me go!" I said, trying to get away once I realised that she really was going to take me back to where she was staying. Her arms tightened around me, refraining me from escaping.
"No can do" she smiled as she held me in a more comfortable position. "Now, you're tired aren't you? Trust big sister to take care of you"
I felt sleepy. She gave off a comforting presence, making me feel safe with her, even though I barely knew her.
Is this what it's like to be held by a mother? By someone who cares about you?
It's been so long since I've been comforted.
A long while since I was held so comfortably like this.
I miss you...
I closed my eyes, falling asleep. It was a peaceful sleep. So comfortable. I felt so warm...
It felt like ages before I opened my eyes again. I had slept in a bed...
I yawned as I sat up, rubbing my eyes. I could feel the covers that were draped over me move. When was the last time that I was offered comfort like this?
"Are you awake [Name]? Good morning" A voice next to me said.
My head snapped around to see Sorano next to me. She leaned over and kissed my cheek, smiling.
"You're so cute! It's like I have my own little brother" she gushed, hugging me again. I stiffened.
I'm not used to being treated kindly. When was the last time that someone hugged me?
"Don't worry, I'll treat your legs until they get better. You're safe with me"

I stayed with Sorano for a few days, until my leg recover and I could walk by myself. I sat on the chair by the dining table, eating the breakfast that she made me.
It was good. At least better than the bread I would steal from the baker. Stealing was bad, but starvation is bad as well.
"Now, you should be more careful when eating [Name]" Sorano told me as she kneeled in front of me, holding a handkerchief.
She brought it to my mouth, wiping it. I blushed in embarrassment as I squirmed. I pushed her away.
"When am I leaving?" I asked, wiping my own mouth with my sleeve.
"Leaving?"
"You said that you'll let me go when my legs recover! Well they have!" I said, pushing myself off the chair. I showed her that I could stand. "So I have to go now"
She didn't say anything so I turned around to head for the door. But before I reached it, I was lifted up into the air.
"Wha- Hey!" I struggled, trying to make her drop me.
"Sorry, big sister lied" she told me as she sat me in her lap. She hugged me tighter.
"Hey! Let me go!" I protested, yelling.
She didn't say anything more and only cuddled me tighter. I blushed, continuing to yell and to try and pry her off me.
Suddenly, a hadn't gently covered my mouth, muffling my yells. I blushed, looking at her.
"Shhh" she told me, smiling gently. She caressed my face.
Once again, I felt the feeling of comfort wave over me. I started to relax for some reason as I quietened.
"I've found your weakness [Name]" she cooed, patting my forehead gently. She planted a soft kiss on the top of my forehead. "You're lonely right? You don't have anyone else to rely on but yourself"
I didn't reply. She guessed right.
"Don't worry. You're my little brother now alright? Don't worry about it, you can rely on me" she assured me.
"Why do you care?" I finally asked.
"You remind me of my little sister, I couldn't just leave you alone"
I stayed silent, looking down at the ground. She placed me on the floor as she stood up.
"Alright! It's time to go, come on [Name]" she said, taking my hand and walking out the door. I blinked before hurrying to follow her.
"What? Where are we going?" I blurted out, confused.
"I came here on a mission, but I have to go now. You're my brother so you're coming with me"
I didn't protest and only followed her as she walked toward along the path in the forest. We walked for a long time and I started to grow tired.
Why am I following her? I can just leave right now...
But I found myself following her long blue cloak regardless of what I tried to do earlier.
It's not like I had a home back thee anyways. No one liked me back there. No one likes a thief but it's not my fault. I want to live too...
It's not my fault my parents are gone...
"Sorano?"
"It's big sister"
"Could... could you carry me? I-I'm tired..." I mumbled, blushing.
"Of course!" Almost immediately, I was picked up off the ground and back into her arms. She nuzzled against my cheek. "You're so cute!"
I blushed, but leaned against her anyways, a feeling of comfort washing over me. It's nice...
Is this what it's like to have someone who likes you? Someone who actually cares about you?
A sense of comfort... It's a really nice feeling...
