well, first things first, my depression is worse
as in, year 12 worse
it got a bit easier for a while, but its back now
and im kind of out of my depth, you know?
super unstable
mood swings and everything
and gracie stuck with me through all of year 12
but i can tell that shes absolutely sick of it
its just
you can see the pity, and the boredom
its floating around in her eyes

and i know that if i tell her im talking to harry styles, instead of an actual therapist, she'll think that im really not trying hard enough, or she'll laugh in my face, or she'll just give up on me

for the longest time i blamed myself
for not being really supportive in year 12, you know?
so when u moved away and we'd kind of fixed things, i didnt want it to ever happen again
and i knew you being in sydney was going to be pretty tough
but i didnt want you to feel alone
so i researched a lot
about depression and stuff like that
how to help people
and i was only 12 and super naive and weird but i felt like i was doing a good thing
i stopped when i turned 13 last year
but still
