I stayed at Cole house for a long time after that talking about all the memories we had of Daisy. it was nice, Cole loves Daisy so much. I didn't think it was possible to love someone that much.
As I walk back to my house I see Ruby sitting on my front porch steps.
"Um hi?" I laugh not expecting her
"There you are" she says standing up, like she's been waiting forever
"Here I am?" I say a little confused
"Let's get ready?" She says walking into my house
"and Where are we going?" I ask as I follow her
"Remember Felix is throwing a party" she says like how I could forget
"Do we really have to go" because I know heather and all of her friends are going to be there and I really don't want to see them outside of school
"Felix wants us to come" she says going into my room
"He won't even know we are there" I tell her not in the mood
"Please Hazel" she begs and I can tell she really wants to go
"Fine" I give in
"Yay! I'm so excited I've never been to a house party before" she says as she looks through my clothes
"Be prepared for someone to either spill beer on you or puke" I mumble as I plop on my bed
"So where were you?" She asks me
"I went to Coles house" I tell her
"Why?"
"He needs someone, he's so lost without Daisy and I think right now he just needs a friend" I say honestly
"I'm glad you are there for him" she gives me a smile
"So what are you going to wear?" She asks me trying to lighten the mood
"Probably this" I shrug not really in a mood for a party
"Come on Hazel" she begs
I let her curl my hair and fix my makeup like I'm her Barbie.
"Why don't you wear this?" I show her one of my tops
"No way" she shakes her head and looks at my shirt like its a snake
"Come on it will look so cute on you" I say and give her the puppy dog eyes
"I'll try it on" she gives in, she puts my red top on and it does look really cute on her "it shows to much skin" she say since it sleeveless and shows cleveage
"You look hot" I smirk
I see she checks herself out in the mirror "okay"
Ruby picks out a blue shirt that I had in the back of my closet for me to wear.
"You ready?" I ask Ruby and look out my window to see Felix house full of people
"Yep" she says as she adjust her glasses
