I thought of this concept when trying to think of an idea for the previous oneshot. Thought it might be cool to add to the plot that you originally wanted.

~~~ Start ~~~
The two stood in the clearing, standing opposite the other. Neither made a move as Lucy sat to the side, hugging Plue. She was clearly bored.
"Why are we doing this?" She whined, glancing between the pink haired mage and [Hair Colour] haired mage.
"I'm tired of being beaten by you [Name]! This time I'll win! Loser has to do what the winner wants for a day!" Natsu announced, pointing at the girl.
"It's only natural that I win, after all, water will always put out the fire" [Name] smiled calmly.
"Since when has logic like that ever applied here?" Lucy mumbled, sighing.
"Aye!"
"Fire Dragon Iron Fist!"
[Name] only dodged the sudden attack, kicking Natsu back with water surrounding her foot.
"Water Dragon Roar!" She yelled, sending a blast to Natsu, which he took head on. He had scratches on his body and [Name] showed the slightest bit of concern in her eyes.
"Fire Dragon Wing Attack!"
[Name] ducked as the attack barely grazed her head. She jumped ahead to punch Natsu as he quickly blocked.
They started hitting and dodging in return, barely using magic as they went at it. Beads of sweat appeared on [Name]'s forehead as Natsu seemed unfazed.
"Hey, [Name], why did you change so fast?" Natsu asked, spotting a change in the girl's fighting style.
"Just thought I would change it up" [Name] smiled, doing a backflip and kicking Natsu in the process.
"Water Dragon Talon!" She yelled as water revolved around Natsu, which sent him flying as he hit a tree.
"Well that was unusually quick, are you in a rush [Name]?" Lucy asked, standing up as she yawned.
"Just thought we might want to go back to the guild. I am getting quite hungry" [Name] answered, panting slightly.
"Are you sure you're feeling alright?" Lucy asked. "It's not like you to be tired after a fight with Natsu"
"Yup! I'm perfectl--" [Name] winced, bending over, a hand on her stomach. Lucy whipped around to check on [Name], seeing red on her clothing.
"[Name]! What happened?!" Lucy's eyes widened in shock as she saw the blood seeping through [Name]'s clothes.
"It's nothi--"
[Name] was interrupted by a yell and flames burning. The two girls watched as Natsu stood up, flames surrounding him.
"I'm not going down that easily! Lightning Flame Dragon's Brilliant Flame!!"
"No! Natsu! Stop that!" But Lucy's warning didn't reach Natsu's ears.
The giant blast was sent to [Name], who was in no condition to dodge or counterattack.
[Name] panted heavily as she fell to one knee, blood seeping from her stomach even more, one eye closed in pain.
She watched as the golden red flames rushed towards her, she didn't, more like couldn't do anything as she was hit with the spell, instantly going unconscious when she crashed into a tree.
"Natsu!" Lucy quickly ran to [Name], checking if she was still breathing.
"What's wrong?!" Natsu grew worried, rushing over. "[Name]! Why didn't you counter it?"
"I don't know what happened, but she's bleeding from her stomach, we have to get her to Wendy!" Lucy told him, voice shaking in fear.
Natsu carefully picked [Name] up, holding her to his chest as he stood up. He starting running back to the guild, hearing her breathing grow faint.
He kicked open the door, immediately stopping the fight that was going on.
"Where's Wendy?!" He yelled, as people looked around.
"What the hell did you do Flame Brain?!" Gray saw [Name] in his arms.
"She's obviously hurt Ice Princess!"
"I can see that Idiot!"
"Enough fighting! Natsu! Bring [Name] to the infirmary, Wendy go heal her!" Erza cut in, pointing a sword at the two boys, glaring.
They gulped, sending a glare at each other before Natsu ran past everyone, turning into the infirmary, laying [Name] carefully on the white bed.
"I'll try my best to help [Name]-San. Natsu-San, please wait outside for now" Wendy told the boy, stepping closer to the bed.

Natsu fell asleep, head laying beside [Name]. He waited for a whole day and refused to leave. Not even Erza's glare could force him to move from his spot.
[Name] woke up, hearing light snoring. She slowly sat up, pain shooting through her stomach. She winced. Holding it.
[Name] rubbed her eyes, seeing Natsu beside her, smiling softly. She looked at the boy fondly, hands brushing through his soft pink locks. A hand grabbed hers suddenly, startling her the slightest.
"I'm sorry, did I wake you up?" [Name] asked, a smile on her face.
"Why did you still fight me? You were hurt" Natsu asked her, worry in his eyes.
"No one else ever agrees to properly fight with you, so I took it upon myself to say yes every time you asked" [Name] answered. "It's not like a cut was going to hurt me"
"It wasn't a cut! Wendy said it was fatal!" Natsu raised his voice, causing [Name] to wince, scared of his tone. Fear flashed in her eyes and Natsu noticed. He looked down.
"I-I'm sorry" [Name] stuttered, afraid that Natsu would start yelling again.
"No, I shouldn't have yelled" Natsu looked up. He gave her a grin. "Sorry about that"
[Name] didn't smile, but started fidgeting with her hands. Natsu frowned the slightest, wanting to cheer her up. It was his fault.
"It's fine... doesn't matter" [Name] mumbled. "Well, you win, what do you want?"
Natsu was about to open his mouth to tell her to rest. But then, an idea suddenly popped into his mind.
"Yeah! I won! So you'll do whatever I want?" Natsu asked, hopeful.
"I'm not going out with you" [Name] deadpanned. "How many times do I have to say that?"
"Come on!" Natsu whined. "Please? I won't fight anyone! Promise!"
"No. You'll end up running off just like you do with jobs" [Name] said. "I don't want to wait hours for you"
"I'll take it seriously!" Natsu begged. "Besides. You said you'll do what I want! And I want you to go out with me"
He crossed his arms like a child throwing a tantrum. [Name] took one look at him and started to laugh.
"I'm not one to go back on my word. Fine. You leave me again to fight Gray and I'll get Erza"
"Deal!" Natsu grinned. "I'll get Luce! She's worried sick about you!"
[Name] watched him as he walked out the door. She looked out the window to see the sun shining brightly.
"[Name]! Oh I'm so glad you're alright!"
[Name] turned her head at Lucy's voice and was immediately hugged by said girl.
"Please don't scare us like that ever again!"
"I won't" a smile graced [Name]'s lips, which seemed be contagious, as Lucy smiled too.

"How did I know that this was going to happen?" [Name] asked as she was being dragged through the snow by Natsu.
"What? It's what you wanted right?" Natsu turned around, grinning. "I can't fight the Ice Princess out here"
"Natsu, but it's freezing" [Name] pulled her coat around her even more, trying to keep up with Natsu as he easily walked through the snow.
Mt. Hakobe. Natsu had somehow managed to convince her to go on a job and they ended up in Mt. Hakobe to fight some Vulcans.
"You'll be fine! Now come on" Natsu said, looking around.
"My magic won't work properly if a blizzard starts" [Name] mumbled, but Natsu heard her.
"Then I'll protect you!" Natsu said, pulling [Name] closer to swung an arm around her neck.
Her shivering immediately ceased and she felt much warmer. She noticed that Natsu had slowed down so that she could follow and she smiled.
Not long after, for plot conveniences, white snow began to dance in the air, starting slow and gradually becoming faster. Until the snow started to blind their sight.
"Natsu, we can't stay out here, we should find a cave wait for the blizzard to stop." [Name] was cold once more and started to shiver, despite the fire dragon slayer that was right next to her.
"But I wanted to find the Vulcans now!" Natsu whined. He looked beside him to see [Name] shivering. "Fine"
He picked [Name] up, running over to the nearest cave he could find. [Name] blushed, starting to protest.
"Natsu! You don't have to pick me up! I can run perfectly fine by myself!" She said, a furious blush in her faces, spreading across her cheeks.
"You can't even beat me when you're shivering like that!" Natsu grinned, carefully setting the girl down on her feet.
She crossed her arms, looking around and seeing that it was empty.
"Let's have a bet!" Natsu said.
"Now? Natsu, we aren't fighting here"
"No, not that, a bet!"
"What is it?"
"I bet I'll save you on this job" Natsu gave her a smile.
"I bet against that" [Name] huffed, shaking her head. "I refuse to be saved by someone else"
"Winner gets whatever they want from the loser"
"Sure" And it was at that moment, when [Name] knew she should've said otherwise. After all, it was because she agreed to the similar conditions before that she was here now.
"Great!" Natsu grinned, sitting down. [Name] frowned, seeing the snow around them. "Something wrong?"
"It's cold" she mumbled, breathing on her gloved hands.
"Is it?" Natsu asked looking up and [Name] rolled her eyes.
"Well I'm not a fire mage am I?" [Name] asked and was pulled down. "Hey!"
"You can stay here until you're not cold anymore."
Natsu wrapped his arms around [Name] as she sat in his lap. He rested his chin on her head. Keeping her trapped. Not that she would move anyways, it was so more warmer.
After the blizzard started to calm down, Natsu helped [Name] up and they went to find the Vulcans.
"Can you hear them?" [Name] asked, closing her eyes for a second.
"Yeah, of course I can" Natsu said, pointing over to another cave like place. "That way!"
[Name] smiled, walked over. They reached the cave and were greeted with Vulcans.
The two dragon slayers easily took out the majority of them, not breaking a sweat. [Name]'s water seemed to hit harder than before, since the water was slightly solidifying. (Don't ask me where this logic comes from)
"Fire Dragon Roar!!" Natsu took down the last one, blasting it through the roof.
"Natsu!" [Name] yelled, an arm protecting her face as rubble fell down and [Name] attempted to keep her balance.
"Whoops!" Natsu said carelessly, breaking the ice heading towards him.
"Natsu! This is dangerous!" [Name] said, dodging the falling ice. She slipped on a piece of ice and fell, a large block of ice falling towards her. She closed her eyes, ready for the impact of the ice.
"[Name], you okay?" A voice asked her, causing her to open her eyes. She saw Natsu standing above her, the ice blasted away.
"Yeah" [Name] only answered, taking his hand. Natsu effortlessly pulled her up.
"I win"
"What?"
"I saved you so I'm the winner!"
[Name] instantly blushed, stuttering incoherent words. She turned away from Natsu, refusing to believe that she had been saved.
"Wanna know what I want?"
"What?" [Name] asked, still slightly mad.
"I want you to cook for me!" Natsu exclaimed, taking her hand and dragging her out of the cave.
"Sure, whatever" [Name] mumbled. "What do you want to eat?"
"Anything [Name] makes has to be tasty! As soon as we get back you have to cook!"
"Sure, sure" [Name] pouted, following along. "Whatever you want"
"Great!"
And the two walked together out the snowy mountains. The boy dragging the girl as he grinned, proud of himself for winning. The girl smiled slightly, despite the small annoyance she felt. If he was happy, then she was happy as well.
Perhaps they were both winners after all.
