"Ooo aren't you excited?! I heard this museum is amazing!" your friend exclaims with shining eyes.
You nod and further state, "I'm also happy because we don't have classes. Perks of having a field trip."
As she blabbers on about who knows what - you aren't really paying attention to her - your eyes meet your crush's and you promptly smile ear to ear.
Two words. Oh no.
(C/N) stares at you as if waiting for you to say something. Waving your hands back and forth, you laugh awkwardly. "Nothing, nothing! Just.. admiring the view!"
An eyebrow quirks up as his (C/E/C) eyes widen in surprise. "What?"
(F/N) nudges you with an elbow. "What are you saying?!"
Turning back to him you smile sheepishly. "You aren't the view if that's what you're thinking, haha! I'm talking about the.." Looking past him, you hesitate before saying, "The parking lot..?"
He sends you an odd look and speaks indistinctly, "Uh.. okay." Things just got even more awkward as he sits in the seat beside you next to his friend. Ugh seriously? Please ask to move to the window seat, please.. please..
"Stop crossing your fingers, it won't work," she murmurs, grinning like the Cheshire Cat. "Awkward (Y/N) strikes again huh? You're hilarious!"
"Haha.." You purse your lips, resting your head on your friend's shoulder.
She nudges you, laughing lightly. "Don't look so down. Yeah you just embarrassed yoursel-.. I mean.. psh, no! Not at all.."
"Gee, thanks.." you grumble. What she said is true though, but you were hoping that she would lie to make yourself feel a bit better.
"Here. I bought you this, now will you smile?" Promptly, your once frowning face transforms to one of a smile.
You gratefully take the family-sized bag of your favorite chips. "You know exactly how to make someone feel better."

Trudging to the bus, you shield your eyes from the sun with your hands. Behind you, (F/N) is blabbering about the trip and complaining about the heat. As she said earlier, the trip was amazing.
"I so badly wanted to take some rocks home. I mean, why can't they just give only the two of us some? They have plenty to display, why not give us like.. six rocks each?" (F/N) complains.
"That won't be fair silly. The rocks are certainly beautiful though. What did you think about the bugs and insects?"
"I was squeamish at first but I thought they are fascinating. I've never even heard of some of the bugs and insects!"
Sucks for you, (C/N) and his friend is already at the bus; they're waiting patiently for the door to open. You wanted to run back to the museum at this very moment.
The bus door opens with an airy sound as you wait for the boys to climb aboard. (C/N) gestures to the bus. "Ladies first." You are about to thank him, but (F/N) shoves you to the side and rushes on.
Locking eyes with him, you mumble a quiet, "Thank you." He simply nods and sends you a small smile.
Feeling heat creep to your cheeks, you step onto the bus and slide into the seat. "(C/N) smiled at me!" you whisper to your friend who is currently fanning herself.
As if on cue, said male and his friend settles down in their seat. (F/N) shake your shoulders, giving you a thumbs up. You couldn't help but smile broadly at the female.

Raindrops beat against the window as the cars zoom by, creating a mural of some sort; the colorful blotches of cars fuse with the now foggy window.
Your weary eyes follow the drops as they cascade down the window. Feeling worn out, you turn away from the window and find yourself gazing at a certain male.
(C/N)'s breathtaking (C/E/C) eyes - the eyes you find yourself getting lost into - are closed and his pink lips are parted. Quiet snores escape from those alluring lips; it's as if they're enticing you to come closer and give a quick peck.
As much as you wanted to do that, you know that isn't a bright idea. Feeling somewhat dismal, you resort to shutting your eyes and indulge yourself in a world of daydreaming about cute, little scenarios between you and the dozing male.
