Caitlin's P.O.V
I sighed and closed my eyes, letting Gale do my eye makeup. We have our interview in a few minutes, were we will be singing Ready Or Not. I'm really glad that so far everyone's liking the song. It was amazing how much it sold of not only ITunes, but Amazon as well. I personally really liked the song, there was something about it that just captured your attention. It just made you want to get up and dance. I really like that people think the same way about the song as I do. Well, at least I hope they do.
"Okay, and... done! You look gorgeous. As always." Gale said, laughing a little.
I rolled my eyes and looked behind me, liking what I saw. My makeup was a really natural look, only highlighting my natural looks. My hair was in loose waves, reaching down to my back. I've honestly been thinking about going back to my natural color. But I like the red, so I'm still not sure. Anyway, I was in a pair of overalls, and then a crop top that was designed as the American flag. My shoes were red converse, and that's about it. I think I look pretty good, not to sound to modest or anything.
Liz was in a striped blue tee shirt, tied up in the front. For once she wasn't wearing a belly button ring, which was shocking. I know how much she loves it. Her jeans shorts reach about mid-thigh, and they were all ripped up. Her shoes were tall heels, making her almost as tall as Julie. Her makeup was natural, it actually looked like she wasn't wearing any at all. Her hair was curled at the end, which make it look really cute.
Julie was dressed up in her usual look. A tad on the slutty side, but it was also a cute girl look too. Her shorts were high wasted, and ended about mid-thigh. She was wearing a crop top, which is very common with Julie. It was spaghetti strap, and white. But there were pink poka dots that were scattered around her shirt. She was wearing high heeled ankle boot type things, that laced up the front. Her hair was curled about midway and her makeup matched mine and Liz's.
"Jay Cee El, you're on it two minutes. Two minutes." Dylan said, reminding us of the time.
"Okay, we are coming. Thanks Ben and Gale." Liz said, hopping off the chair she was sitting on.
"Oh girls, we need to tell you something important before the concert tonight, but not right now. We'll tell you later.' Ben said.
After agreeing with him, Dylan escorted us towards the stage. We had a few interviews last year when we were here, but it's the first time that there were people surrounding the place outside. It's actually really amazing how well known we are down here. I didn't see it coming, I mean... it's Australia. But then again, the reason why we came down here in the first place is because of popular demand. I guess that makes sense.
I followed Liz towards the side of the stage, peaking out. The audience consisted of teenage girls guys, younger kids, and some adults. We've always had a wide range of fans, so it didn't surprise to see some adults in there as well. But in all honesty, the adults are probably just hear for the children. But it's a packed house nonetheless, and I can't wait to go out there and perform.
I am a bit nervous though, I'm always nervous about going on stage. Plus I've never even heard of this TV show, so that adds to the nerves. I'm not exactly sure what they are going to be asking us about, but I hope it's not too bad. But if this whole 'Ciz' thing starts coming up again, I'll probably smack someone. I am with Marty. And Liz is with Niall, so there is no such thing as Ciz.
"So now, please welcome to the stage, the three girls all the way from the states, Jay Cee El!" The host of the show said, snapping me out of my thoughts.
I heard the beats to Ready Or Not play out, which signals us to go out. As we walked out onto the stage, a worker handed us each our microphones. Yes, we have our own microphones. Mine's pink. Liz's is blue, and Julie's in black with purple studs. Anyway, as soon as we walked out on stage it was a complete madhouse and that is putting it lightly. I laughed a little bit at the signs that were being held up, before I launched into my part of the song.
"I've tried to cover my shine, I've tried staying the lines, I, I, I don't wanna hide. No not tonight." Julie walked over to the edge of the stage, waving out into the crowd. Raising the microphone to her lips, she began to sing her line.
"You, you, you want me to take my light, light. Fit it in your box, right? I want you to look me in the eye, eye, eye, eye."
The music got louder as we approached the chorus and I raised the microphone to my lips, ready to sing. As I wait for it to come I walked over to the other side of the stage, reaching out and waving towards people. It's amazing what one simple wave can do to someone.
"Ready or not, here, here, here I come. I'm about to show you where the light comes from. Oh, oh, oh ready or not here, here I come. This is who I am I won't hide it. I'mma take it all over the world, to the young, to the old, every boy and girl. Ready or not, here, here I come. I'mma show the world where the love is."
Our voices sounded really great together, harmonizing well. I'm really glad to be singing this song, it's one of my favorites that we have for our next song. Liz walked into the middle of us, waving towards people in the crowd as well.
"I'm not ever selling out love. A love out loud is what it's all about. Giving everything to see the lost get found, yeah it's going down."
"You, you, you want me to take my light, light. Fit it in your box, right? I want you to look me in the eye, eye, eye, eye." I sang, smiling at the end.The music got louder once again and Julie motioned Liz and I over with a big smile.

The music did a quick little skip type sound, which was Liz's cue to get ready for my favorite part of the song. Julie and I back up, letting her take the center stage. She raised the microphone to her mouth and smiled towards the crowd.
"I refuse to keep this buried deep inside of me, yeah this little light of mine, it's time to let it shine a bit. 'Cause there's no point in hiding it, it's everything I am. The source of all my hope and it's the reason why I stand. And I pledge allegiance to be somebody real, there's not more holding it back I'm showing them how I feel 'cause love is more than a word it's a noun, and a verb, and hiding it is absurd. Ya heard."
While Julie and I launched into another chorus, Liz song the first part hanging out the 'not' in it. We kept going with the chorus while Liz waited for the next back up. Eventually it came up and she, as usual, hit the note perfectly. After the chorus finished Julie and Liz kept repeating the next part of the song while Liz held out some of the larger notes. It's a nice change honestly, especially because it's either Julie or I that were holding out the notes.
The music finally came to an end and I laughed, throwing my arm around Liz. She was the closest to me, and Julie was on Liz's other side. The audience was cheering loudly, screaming things I couldn't really understand. I could make out a few words, mostly sweet things that involved 'Maitlin' or 'Niz'. After blowing a few kisses, we turned and walked over to the couch that was sent up for us. I took a set on the edge, closest to where the host was sitting. Next came Liz, and then Julie was at the end.
"Wow, you girls were amazing. No wonder that's what all the fuss is about." She said, making us laugh a bit. I couldn't help it though, her accent was just so Australian and cool.
"Anyway, I'm Denise and it's great to have you three here. So let me get this straight, you're Caitlin, you're Liz, and lastly you're Julie. Am I right?" Denise asked, pointing to each of us in the correct order.
"Yup, that's us." Julie said, making the crowd scream a bit.
I laughed a little at the fact that if we say anything they scream a bit. I love all the fans so much, it's so great. Anyway, Denise started talking about our TCA award. I still can't believe we won that award, it was amazing. Throughout the next twenty minutes, we were asked about some rumors that had spread around. A lot of them were about the whole issue with that old man, but luckily we cleared those rumors up. Whether they believe us or not, that's a completely different story. We also cleared up some of those stupid 'Ciz' rumors. But I'm proud of it, I got through it without rolling my eyes.
"So girls, we've only got a few minutes left. One of the most important question for you guys is... how do you do it? Two years ago you were living at home, only dreaming this can happen. After being put together on the X Factor, as strangers might I add. So yell me, how do you keep yourselves grounded?" Denise asked.
"Well..." Liz started, "It can get tough. We've had many run ins with paparazzi, rude haters, and even cocky fans. But throughout it all, we keep each other grounded. If one of us were to get a bit too hot headed we'd bring that girl right back down. We'd never let each other get to be a snob or anything." Liz said.
"I'd also have to say that my boyfriend helps me stay grounded, as well as Liz's." I said, looking over at Denise.
Even though I don't get to see Marty much, especially because One Step is in South America right now. But he does keep me grounded. I met him before all this happened, all this crazy fame and whatnot. He reminds me of before all this happened, so he reminds me of the old me. The me that could go out into the street and not get swarmed by people. And I know that's the same with Liz.
"And you two are dating Marty Daves from One Step, and Liz, you are dating Niall Horan from One Direct-" She was cut off my the crowd screaming, which made us all laugh. I looked over at Liz, to see her blushing a little bit.
"Well that answers my question." Denise laughed, "What about you Julie, anyone keeping you grounded?" She asked.
Julie put on a thoughtful expression before blushing. I couldn't help but smile and shake my head, I know who she is talking about. It's obvious it's Harry. She hasn't admitted it yet, but I know she likes him again. Louis' - when he did talk to me - always told me that Harry was lying when he broke up with her. I can't say I understand it, but I can guess. I mean, I forgave Marty for cheating on me and I'd like to think we have a great relationship.
"Well there is this one guy, but I can't say anything about it."

I laughed and sat down, the plate of pizza on my lap. We've just finished our concert, which was a fricking blast. The Australian fans were crazy. So many things were thrown up on stage. Some guy threw up a jock strap, only to have Liz put it on over her shorts. It was a killer with the crowd, and I'm sure that the video is up on YouTube. But that's not as bad as when a bra was thrown up on stage, and then Julie put it on. It was a pretty interesting concert.
But now we are all hanging out on the bus, which is amazing. It's bigger than the American tour bus, and it's got a small kitchen type thing. The last one didn't, but now we've got one and it's perfect. the bathroom is also bigger, which is a nice change. Oh, and by we, I mean the girls and I, Dylan, Ben, and Gale. They decided to ride in the bus with us, which is perfectly fine.
"Okay, okay. Anyway, can we not talk about me falling on stage. It's embarrassing enough as it is. And Dylan don't you dare mention the jock strap, I was just having fun. So to change the subject, Ben, Gale, what was it you wanted to tell us?" Liz said, then taking a bite of her pizza.
The two pies of pizza were on set on the small table, and I was in the booth chair type thing. Liz was across from me, and Julie was on her left. Dylan was next to me, while Ben and Gale were leaning against the counter, eating their pizza. The new driver, Sam, is at the wheel. Our old one, Danny, was on a break and well, it's not over yet.
"So, remember the two week break?" Ben asked, looking at us all nodding before continuing, "Well... Gale and I eloped!" He finished.
My jaw dropped, almost as if it dropped to the floor. Ben. Gale. Eloped. Married. Together. When did this happen? I snapped out of my thoughts and looked up at Ben and Gale. Just looking at the two guys, who were constantly hated on for being gay, this happy and in love brought tears to my eyes. I broke out into a smile and pushed Dylan out of the way, getting up and giving them both a hug.
"Thanks Caitlin, but that's not it. We've been planning this for a while but... we are trying to get certified in order to adopt." Gale said, his eyes filled with excitement.
"Omigod, no way! I can't believe it. I'm going to be an Aunt." Liz teased, pushing Julie out of the way and hugging Ben and Gale.
"Of course you are! You all are. But it'll be a long process, because we are well... because we are gay. Not a lot of people accept that, so it might be a while." Ben said, still with a smile on his face.
I can't believe they are going to adopt a baby. It's going to be amazing. I haven't been around a baby... well since Lux. I'm really happy for Ben and Gale. Sure they've only been together for two years, but they are so in love. Of course they can do this. It'll be great. We'll have a baby on tour.
"But we'll need your guys' help to pick out a name."

And I want to apoligize that I didn't update yesterday. I tried to, I had the chapter already written. But there was a problem with my Wi-Fi and well, I wasn't able to even get onto the internet. Do you know how much that sucked? It was horrible. I had to study...
