Gray's POV
"Mr. Fullbuster, your wife has been in a coma for almost 3 weeks since the accident." Doctor Lee said. "I believe it is time for you to let it go—"
"No, please... N-No...! Anything but that, doctor. I will never give up on her. She'll wake up... She has to wake up." I said and lowered my head and gripped on my fists.
"... If you say so, Mr. Fullbuster. I've been checking into her brain cells and it seems the medicine and the surgery helped but I can't tell how long will she be in coma. But I'll try my best." He lowers his head in front of me and walks out to check on another room.
I sighed and turned around to open the door of my wife's room. She's there, with an IV attached to her, a monitor close to her to keep in touch with her heart beat and mask in her mouth to help her breathe.
I walked towards her and sat on the chair next to her bed. I examined her face and it's getting a bit paler but her face features are still visible, showing her beautiful face. I held her hand with both of my hands and kissed it.
"Please baby, wake up... I can't live without you."
