Chapter Three
Percy's POV
10,000 Chaos Years later(10 earth years)
I twirled my sword the blade making a swish noise as it cut through the air making a slice every time it rounded. I slashed at a straw dummy with my sword cutting the poor thing to smithereens, nothing was left of it but a few straw debris. I heard the sound of footsteps and turned around, Alpha stood in front of me in a salute, I saluted him back as we got into a more comfortable stance
"Omega, Chaos wants to see you" Luke stated
"What for" I replied raising my brows, he gave of a shrug
"Okay, I'll go visit him"I replied, I flashed myself to Chaos's office, the creator of the universe jumped out of his desk almost hitting the ceiling.
"Gods would it kill you to knock son" Chaos said scratching the back of his head, I chuckled at my father's antics
"You called for me sir" I said in a serious tone. He groaned
"When will you stop calling me Sir" Chaos said in annoyance
"Whenever you stop calling me Perseus" I retaliated
"Touché" Chaos said, the man sighed again and looked at me, there was nervousness in his eyes, something I rarely see him have. I was beginning to look anxious, it was kind of exciting I must admit.
"There is a threat on planet three" He gulped
"Destruction is rising, my own brother, he is targeting earth you need to go back to your birthplace and protect it from Destruction" He finished, I widened my eyes, my palms sweating, I was quivering in anger, why would I, go back to the place that betrayed me, the place that almost made me push myself to insanity, I hate them and everything about them.
"WHY WOULD I GO BACK TO THAT HELLHOLE" I said screaming at the top of my lungs, power flooded the room from my outbreak, I was sure If I don't get my emotions in check I might blow up a planet.
"Because they need you, your their hero, you are their symbol of Peace" Chaos said
"And they almost killed me" I retaliated
"Protect them, do it for me, as much as I hate to see you suffering Percy, it needs to be done, for the greater good, do it for me please" Chaos pleaded his eyes showing sadness. A smirk came from my lips
"You called me Percy" I said smirking, Chaos sighed.
"Does that mean your going" Chaos said hopefully. I sighed in defeat
"As much as I hate it, it's my duty, that's why I signed up for being a commander" I said rubbing the back of my neck.
"See you later dad, I'm going to go tell the others" I said leaving the room. Thoughts keep swirling inside my head, I just hope that Annabeh and everyone that hates me died. I passed Shadow on the way to my room.
"Shadow can you tell the others that we will be leaving for Planet Three in about twenty minutes" I said scratching the back of my head, Shadow looked at me with a frown
"You sure your ready" Shadow said with concern, I shrugged and shooed him away, I went back to my room and prepared everything that I needed. I readied all my stuff and checked the time, there was still fifteen minutes left, I sat down on my bed enjoying the peace and tranquility, with many thoughts circling my head, it was just nice to have some peace and quite.
Time sure passed by because the fifteen minutes were already over, I sighed and grabbed my sword, I opened the door and closed it, there was an Omega symbol embroidered onto the door. I went to the main lobby of our section waiting for the other members, to my surprise almost everyone was there. They were all talking in excitement about going back to Earth, they still didn't know about my betrayal.
Alpha, Constellation, Shadow, Night, Arrow, Sugar, and Sailor were there, we still needed to wait for Forge and Love. Those two love birds sure take their time, and about a few minutes later the couple finally arrived.
"I can't wait to get back at Earth" Forge said excitedly.
"Eh, I'm kind of half half, they still might not have forgiven us" Alpha said
"Same here" Sailor replied patting Luke at the back
"Don't worry, they probably already forgave you" Sugar said
"Yeah Sugar is right" I said as they all turned to me.
"Why have you given me that name, my code name is Vine alright" Castor said annoyed
"Sugar is more fitting, right sugar" Night said with a smirk her hand on her hips, Constellation laughed wholeheartedly, Sugar stood there annoyed
"Alright everybody, were about to go so shut up" Love said. I smirked and clicked my fingers, light engulfed all of us as we travelled at light speeds. We sped past through hundred of galaxies passing through thousands upon thousands off planets.
We landed softly on the ground the light fading away, there were grand marble walls and golden floors, twelve thrones of power were lined in a U shape around the throne room, the Olympians were arguing again about stuff about their domains, who did who and who did what.
"Shadow, let's take up bets, how long do you think until they notice us" I said in a whisper to Shadow, he shrugged
"I'm guessing about thirty seconds" Shadow replied
"Your overestimating them, I'm probably on a minute and a half" I replied
"I'm going to go for two minutes" Alpha said finally joining in
"You boys are all wrong it's obviously three minutes" Constellation said joining in.
"The reward is five drachmas" I said finalizing the bet
1 Minute and A Half later
The gods looked at us staring at the group of individuals known as the a Chaos army, I looked at the members in a victorious smirk as they all handed five drachmas each.
"Nice doing business with you" I said smirking.
"Who dares enter the Olympian Throne Room" Zeus said his anger flaring just because we entered without being noticed, stuck up brat.
"Shut up Temper Tantrum, we are here only because Chaos order us to" I said
"We don't need your help punk" Ares said brandishing his spear.
"Do you even know who your facing in this war" I said, they looked Gobsmacked
"There's a war" They said in panick
"Idiots" I said in annoyance
"We're doomed" Love said rubbing her temples
"If that's the gods then man, they might as well be toddlers" Night said in annoyance
"There is a war, and it will be a war about Destruction" I said
"There is always destruction in war" Athena said
"You idiot, not destruction, I mean Destruction, Chaos's brother" I said rubbing my temples
"Chaos has a brother?" Athena asked
"I thought you were the goddess of wisdom, now your just pathetic" I said annoyed, Athena flared in anger grabbing her spear and charging me, I sighed snapping my fingers, the goddess of wisdom turned into a parrot.
"Watch it, I'm a powerful being surpassing that of even the Olympians, even Kronos" I said rubbing my temples.
"We'll be staying at Camp Half-Blood and plan our strategic attack, right now you have that as a reminder to not mess with us" I said pointing to Athena the parrot. I clicked my fingers as light engulfed us, we travelled at high speeds and landed with a thud on the green soft ground. The white light died as the sight of Camp Half-Hell came into view.
Shadow looked at me concerned " Are you ready?"
I shook my head
"I'm never ready for this, but I have no choice" I said as the campers went over the hill spotting us.
