I was currently sitting down I just put all the kids down for their nap. Having two new babies in the house is a handful but a joy at the same time. My phone started vibrating interrupting my quiet time that I had.
I reached over and grabbed it and seen it was an unknown number my eyebrows knitted in confusion, I answered. "Hello?" I said. "This is a collect call from Georgia State Prison from inmate Montrell Stevenson. Do you accept the charges?" The recording asks. I suddenly became nervous, why I didn't know. "Yes." I said then he picked up the phone.
"Hello?" He asked his voice sent chills up and down my spine and not in the good way. "H-hello Trell." I said back to him. "It's so good to hear your voice, I missed you Felicia." He said. "What do you want Trell?" I asked him, I didn't care if my response sounded rude I really didn't want to be bothered with him.
"Well damn, a nigga can't just say hello to you or check up on you?" He asked. I rolled my eyes, "No you can't after all that foul shit you did, I shouldn't even be talking to you." I said to him trying to keep my voice down I didn't want the kids to wake up.
"Listen that was a mistake, anger got the best of me. Plus I thought you were going to hold me down anyway? What happened to all that shit?!" He asked getting pissed off.
"All that shit went out the window when I found out you made that woman lose her child and plus you made her give you oral sex. I can't even imagine the other things she went through, then on top of that you helped Odell and you know he is batshit crazy!" I said to him. He was silent for a minute then he sighed. "How is little Aubrey doing oh and the twins?" He asked I could tell he had a smirk on his face.
My breath left my body for a minute how the fuck does he know about my kids?! I know Rio didn't tell him shit. "Mhm you thought I wouldn't find out huh? Then on top of that you were fucking my best friend behind my back too?! Just know I have eyes all around Georgia and we will see each other again I promise." He said. "Fuck you Trell!" I said hanging up in his face.
I'm not going to lie I was scared shitless, I have to tell Rio when he gets home there is no way I'm going to let him hurt me or my family. As I sitting in the living room I tuned out the sound of the tv, I began thinking then I heard the twins crying.
I wiped my face with my hand and I got and walked to their room, I walked to Adrian's crib and picked him and held him before changing his diaper and then he was in a better mood. Then I picked up his younger brother Alex, and did the same for him, now they weren't crying anymore.
"Aw y'all are so cute, y'all look just like your daddy." I said looking at them in their crib they both looked at me trying to figure out what I was saying, as I was talking to them I heard Rio walk in. "Felicia where you at?" He asked. "In the twins room." I said he walked in and held me from behind. He gave me a kiss on the cheek, "Hey baby, how was your day?" He asked picking up Alex and kissing him on his forehead. Then he did the same with Adrian, I smiled at him.
"My day was fine, but I need to talk to you though." I said to him. He looked at me he could see the uncomfortable facial expression that I had on my face. "Talk to me baby, what's wrong?" He asked.
I sat down in the rocking chair in the room, I sniffed and Rio walked to me and kneels in front of me and he wipes my tears. "Trell called me today, he knows about Aubrey and the twins. I don't even know how he knows. I know you don't even talk to him anymore, him Odell don't have any contact. I'm so scared Rio." I said crying again.
Rio had an unreadable expression on his face, his jaw clenched. "Don't worry baby, I'll take of it." He said. "Please don't do anything that will have you in jail or cost you your life. Your kids need you and I need you." I said to him. He leaned up and hugged me tightly, "It's okay baby, I promise I won't." He said.
I prayed he didn't, Rio is my rock. I don't know what I would do without him.

I rolled over in the bed and felt for Faith, the bed was empty I began to panic. I sat up quickly and slipped on my boxers and ran out the bedroom and downstairs, she wasn't in the kitchen I checked the living room she wasn't there either.
My heart began pounding, I walked outside to the backyard. I didn't see her there either, no this shit isn't going to happen to her or me again. "Chris baby what are you looking for?" Faith asked. I turned around and there she stood in my big tshirt with her reading glasses on. She walked up to me, "Are you okay baby?" She asked rubbing my cheek gently.
"I-I thought you were gone again, I was reliving my nightmare." I said she stood on her tippy toes to kiss me, I pulled her closer to me and she wrapped her arms around my neck. I picked her up by her thighs and she smiled in the kiss, I began kissing her neck.
"Mm baby, I have to finish the last finishing touches to my book." She said while holding the back of my head. I began sucking on her neck gently, she gasps.
"Chris baby." She whined. "Ugh fine. Is Nova still with my mama?" I asked her. "No she's actually upstairs sleeping. I just put her down for her nap." She said to me. "Well since you won't give me any attention, I guess I'll go wake up Nova." I said while smiling.
"Let my baby sleep please, but knowing you, you aren't going to listen to me." She said I kissed her lips. "When do I ever?" I asked. She rolled her eyes, I put her down and smacked her ass she squeals.
She walked back in her little office and I walked upstairs to Nova's room. I gently opened her door and Nova was standing up in her crib with her pacifier in her mouth. When she seen me she bounced up and down and smiled.
I smiled and picked her up. "Hey princess, I see you're in a good mood. Are you hungry?" I asked. She looks at me with her big brown eyes and she smiled at me. "Aww." I said I could feel my heart melt Nova was really my little angel. I thanked God for her everyday, I walked downstairs and I sat her in the high chair and looked through the fridge and found her baby food and her milk.
I grabbed a baby spoon and sat down in front of her, I opened her baby food it was peas and carrots. I put a little of it on her spoon and fed it to her, she spits it out. I chuckled, "You don't like it princess? It can't be that bad." I said tasting it. I frowned up and got up and grabbed a paper towel and spit it in there.
"I see why you don't like it, that shit is disgusting." I said I looked for another one to feed her. I grabbed strawberry and banana, this one should taste much better. I sat in front her and then I opened that one, and I began feeding her she didn't spit that one out, I began singing to her while feeding her.
She looked at me she was giving me her undivided attention. She smiled and started clapping while I was singing, "Cause your love, wake me up with some more of your love. Wake me up with some more with your love." I sang to her. She smiled and I smiled at her. It actually scares me how much she looks up to me I'm her hero and I can't do no wrong in her eyes.
After I finished feeding her, I cleaned her up and held her my arms. I walked to the living room and I sat down her on my lap, and I began playing with her toys with her. She looks at me I began making silly faces at her, she smiled at me.
I loved moments like this with her, it was truly special. "Aw look at my babies." Faith said walking in Nova and I turned around and looked at her.
Nova squeals, and Faith squeals too and she walks towards us and scoops Nova in her arms. Nova laughs loudly as Faith tickles her gently, then Faith kisses all over face. "Did daddy wake you up munchkin?" Faith asks Nova. "Actually I didn't she was already up. Thank you very much." I said to her.
She rolled her eyes playfully and sat down next to me, "I heard you in here singing to her, did you write that song too?" Faith asked. "Yes I did, I was thinking about recording that song just for her." I said. "Aw that's sweet baby." She said while playing with Nova and making her laugh.
I laid my head on her shoulder, while laughing at Nova while she was being silly. "You're so silly Nova." I said.
My family is the only thing I need in this world.

I was sitting in solitary confinement, because I got in a fight with two inmates plus a guard over some stupid shit. Now I have to stay in here for three days, with no contact with anyone else. This shit is ridiculous I didn't even start the fight, I sat up against the wall all I had was my thoughts.
I began to think about Faith again, I became pissed off like I said before she should be with me not with that weak ass nigga. A guard walked pass my cell and opened the little slot in the door and slipped a magazine in, he quickly closed it and then walked away.
I stared at it for a minute then I decided to pick it up, I looked at it and wondered why he gave this to me, I seen a page in it was bookmarked. I flipped to the that page and seen it was a whole interview with Faith about the kidnapping and how she survived. I began to read it, she didn't hold anything back. As I kept reading she made me out to be a monster, I began to get angry.
She told me she loved me and cared for me. How could she? I showed her parts of me that no one else has seen, you know what fuck her! If that's how she wanted to portray me, then I'll show her what kind of monster I truly am.
