We are fine dust molded,
Living through breath of life
We are skin, bones and must
Always sacrifice to keep all together
We are beating hearts and burning lungs
Non any greater than the other
We are cruel thoughts and happy moments
Each by the day getting older
We are a perfect mess of attraction
But in every way a distraction
We are pure and unadulteratedly feral,
But keep our animal suppressed.
We are dangerously sweet,
We are generously evil,
For this cause we understand
We are absolute polar opposites.
In the course of time,
We realise,
What has been,
In our faces all along.
We are alarmingly human
But not by all means humane
We are a breathing, walking stature of confusions.
And so we strife daily,
To achieve the ultimate goal of existence.
We strife to be Humane
An unachieveable goal it seems, We will ever be what we are,
Who we are,
Human not Humane.
