Blair is 100% a mix of me and my bestfriend. My best friend is very sassy/sarcastic(like blair), and blair's alcoholism and ACS are based off of me lol. I wasnt an alcoholic or anything but I definitely drank more than a preteen should have. Hahah. I don't remember much of the og planning process for blair because it was so long ago, but hopefully this actually answers the question.
