Alex's POV
Thank God it was finally Friday practice was cancelled and I had enough time to get ready for our date I was taking Demi to Red Lobster since I had enough money in my card to take her my parents were out of town for the week so they let me have the car. First period came and Demi gave us a journal to do and the topic was "If you can help someone with a addiction or issue what issue would you help with.?" Jennifer and Hailey wrote about helping the homeless and their drug addiction, Perla and Joelene wrote about drug addicts and how they would help them through rehab and I decided to write about a lot of issues actually like alcohol, cutting and eating disorders these are issues I dealt with the alcohol was easy to beat but the cutting and eating disorder was hard I wrote almost a whole page without even realizing it. I felt Joelene shake me and she said
"Whoa Alex are you writing about your issues Alex I think that's very brave of you." said Joelene
"Thanks I just want other people to know that if they have the same issues I did they can always get help and overcome it." I replied back
right when we finished talking Demi came up and said it was time to present our journals.
"Alright class I'm so excited to see what you all wrote who would like to come up first."
at first nobody raises their hand then Joelene said
"Alex would like to go up I think her journal is really inspiring."said joelene
I hate it how my friends always want to volunteer me to go up but they say they do that that way we can all go together it's tradition for us I guess. When Joelene volunteered me I see a smile on Demi's face and I get up and present my journal.
"If I had to help someone with a addiction or issue I would help someone with the following Anorexia, Bulimia, Cutting and Alcohol abuse why did I choose these 4 because I went through all of these addictions at the age of 12 when I was bullied and when your'e sick you want someone there to help you and I realize that you can fight this and that you can overcome your addictions. I would help anyone going through this and help them realize that you can be happy no matter what happens in life and that you're not alone I stopped all my addictions a year later and if you ever feel alone just come find me I'll be here for you."
I was choking up at the last part but then I heard clapping and the whole class gave me a standing ovation I felt someone hug me from behind it was Demi and she had tears in her eyes I heard the class chant.
"We Love You Alex!."
Demi's POV
I had tears in my eyes Alex is such a inspiring girl and she's so brave about her issues everything she spoke about I've been through before and hearing her speak about them made me feel like I'm not alone I truly love this girl.
Alex's POV
I see the whole class just get up and hug me and I see Stephanie give me a death glare I brush it off and I hear her say.
"Umm the assignment was how would you help OTHERS not just yourself."
"I am helping others by telling them how they can overcome issues and to stay strong I think you should just stop thinking about YOURSELF and help OTHERS instead of being a total jerk for no reason." I said
"Ohhhhhh! She just burned you!." said Joelene
"Alright girls no arguing today Stephanie keep your comments to yourself Alex did the assignment just right." Demi said
"Of course you would agree with her are you really even a real teacher if you have so much favortism." Stephanie said
My heart pounded harder I felt my face get red with anger how could she say that to Demi I just lost control.
"What did you just say.? you know what Stephanie I don't even get why you're still in this school why do you have so much hate towards everyone you can make fun of me all you want but don't ever insult the people I care about just stop.!"
The class went silent and I felt Demi's hand on my shoulder right when Stephanie stood up the principle came in.
"What's going on in here.?" Yelled Mr Hobbs
"Stephaine is fighting with Alex again."said Jennifer
"Stephanie in my office now!." Yelled Mr Hobbs
"Sorry for the interuptions Ms Lovato."
"It's fine principle Hobbs." Demi said
Demi's POV
Alex just stood up for me in front of the whole class I've never seen Alex this mad before and to be quite honest I've never felt this turned on before is it weird... yeah maybe it is. The day goes by fast and I drive Alex home
"Thanks for standing up for me babe." I said
"Don't mention it babe I just don't want anyone to hurt you ever."

"I hope you like it I have the other half of the heart and it has a engraved D on it that way no matter what I'll always be with you just look at that necklace and know that you have the other half of my heart and I have half of yours." she says
I hug her and whisper
"You're the greatest thing that ever happened to me."
"The same here c'mon let's go to dinner babe."
we walk to the car and she opens the door for me and we drive off to dinner.
Alex's POV
After dinner I drive her to the beach and we ride the farris wheel it stops when we're on the top and we gaze upon the L.A skyline she holds onto me and she kisses my neck and snuggles onto me I noticed that she's wearing my Letterman Jacket I couldn't help but smile.
"Alex.?"
"Yeah Demi.?"
"I Love You."
"I Love you too Demi."
I grab my heart necklace and I gently get hers and I put them together and say
"This proves our love is strong no matter what."
she hugs me and we hold onto each other, after that we head to my house Demi wanted to stay over and I didn't mind it I take of my dress and I'm in my bra and spandex I look behind me and I see Demi standing in my door way wearing her bra and panties and she was looking at me in a sexy way.
