Here I am with another update of this story.
Dhruv along with Aaliya and his mother sat in the backseat and Nandini took the passenger seat while Manik drove to the hospital.
As Dhruv's mother was attended by a doctor, everyone waited outside .
Dhruv was pacing to and fro waiting for the doctor to come out and Aaliya was trying to console him.
Aaliya - Dhruv tension mat lo. Aunty ko Kuch nahi hoga. Aise ghoomne se Aunty theek to nahi hojayegi na.
Dhruv - But Aaliya mai haath pe haath rakhke baith bhi to nahi sakta na. Itni der hogayi unhe hosh bhi nahi aaya abtak.
Dhruv was on the verge of crying.
Aaliya - Calm down Dhruv. Be strong.
Dhruv just nodded with a faint smile.
Manik and Nandini were standing at a distance from Dhruv and Aaliya.
Nandini felt bad for Dhruv's helplessness.
Nandini looked at Manik and said- Manik Dhruv ki Mom theek to hojayegi na?
Manik held Nandini's hand and said - Nandini ... I know that you are worried for her. But don't worry she will be Ok.
Nandini - I hope so. But wo mujhe apni bahu kyu bolrahi thi. Aur unhe to mera naam bhi pata hai. Mai to unse kabhi mili hi nahi hoon.
Manik- Ye to mujhe bhi samajh me nahi aaya. But Don't think about all that. Maybe unhe koi misunderstanding Hui hai.
While they were talking, the doctor came out and said - Mr.Dhruv apki mother ko hosh aagaya hai.
Dhruv felt relieved on hearing this.
Dhruv - But doctor Maa ko kya hua tha. Wo Aise achanak behosh kyu hogayi?
Doctor - It may be because of stress. But she is fine now.
Dhruv - Kya mai Maa se milsakta hoon?
Doctor - Haan Par ek ek karke milsakto ho aap sab. And dhyan rahe unse koi aisi baat mat karna jisse wo fir se stress le.
Dhruv - Yes doctor.
Saying this Dhruv went inside.
Dhruv's mother(Sharda) looked at him and smiled weakly.
Dhruv - Maa aap theek to ho na...
Sharda- Haan Beta mai theek hoon. Yahan aa baith mere paas.
Dhruv sat near Sharda and held her hand and kissed it.
Dhruv - Maa aap bahut buri ho. Pata hai mai kitna dar gaya tha. Apko kya zarurat thi college aane ki. Kuch hojata to?
Sharda - Tu fikr mat kar. Mujhe itni jaldi Kuch nahi hoga. Teri shaadi karni hai mujhe aur tere Bachche bhi khilana hai. Itni jaldi tujhe chutkara nahi milega tujhe mujhse.
Dhruv - Maa mai to chahta hoon ki aap mera peecha kabhi nahi chodo.
Sharda put her hand on Dhruv's head.
Sharda- Waise Dhruv Beta tu Nandini se pyar karta haina?
Dhruv - Haan Maa.
Sharda- To fir Nandini aise kyu keh rahi thi ki wo meri bahu nahi hai.
Dhruv - Maa Maine abhi tak Nandini ko bataya nahi ki mai usse pyar karta hoon.
Sharda- Kya??? Tu Pagal hai kya? Jis ladki se itna pyar karta hai usey abhi tak bataya hi nahi.
Dhruv adjusted his spectacles and nodded in a no.
Sharda- Koi baat nahi. Tujhse to kabhi bola bhi nahi jayega. Mai hi Teri help kardeti hoon.
Waise wo hai Kahan?
Dhruv - Bahar khadi hai ho.
Sharda- To andar bula na usey.
Saying this, Sharda looked at the nurse who just entered the room.
Sharda to the nurse - Beta mera ek kaam karogi .
Nurse - Ji boliye.
Sharda- Meri bahu Nandini bahar khadi hai. Usey andar bhejdo .
Nurse- Ji.
The nurse went out and looked at Aliya and Nandini.
She was confused as to who Nandini was.
Nurse- Excuse me aap dono me se patient ki bahu kaun hai?
Aaliya, Nandini and Manik were shocked to hear this.
Aaliya - Kya baat hai nurse. Aunty theek to hai na?
Nurse - Haan wo Ab theek hai. Wo apni bahu Nandini se milna chahti hai. Aap dono me se Nandini kaun hai?
Nandini - Mai hoon Nandini.
The nurse looked at Manik and Nandini's entwined hands and said- Aap patient se milsakti hai.
Saying this, the nurse left by giving a look at Nandini.
Manik - What the hell is going on here?
Nandini - Manik ... Just calm down. Mai Aunty se milke aati hoon.
Manik - But Nandini???
Nandini - Manik... Please. Mai andar jaungi nahi to pata kaise chalega ki baat kya hai? Please let me go.
Manik left Nandini's hand and said- Ok fine but mai Tumhe akele nahi jaane doonga. Mai bhi tumhare sath aaunga.
Nandini - Ok.
With this Nandini went inside followed by Manik.
Aaliya was left behind. She sat on the bench.
Aaliya had tears in her eyes but she wiped them immediately.
Aaliya - Aaliya be strong. Tum aise weak nahi padsakti.
Dhruv tum kyu nahi dekh pate ki mere dil me sirf tum hi ho?
Why Dhruv??? Why??
Tears started rolling down her cheeks.
Aaliya looked at the surroundings and realised that people were staring at her.
Inorder to hide her tears, Aaliya ran to the washroom.
In the meantime,
Sharda on seeing Nandini got really happy.
She tried to get up and Dhruv helped her to sit properly.
Sharda- Mujhe tumse baat karni hai.
Nandini- Ji Aunty boliye.
Sharda- Mujhe ghuma firake baat nahi karni aati. Isiliye mai seedhe boldi hoon.
Nandini Beta tum jaanti ho mera ye Pagal Beta tumse bahut pyaar karta hai. Har waqt bas tumhari hi baatein karta rehta hai. Nandini aisi hai... Nandini waisi hai...
Kabhi tumhari tareef karte nahi thakta.
But pata nahi usey kya hojata hai tumhe dekhte hi. Tumhe usne aajtak apne dil ki baat nahi ki.
Isiliye mai Tumhe bolti hoon ki Mera Beta tumse bahut pyaar karta hai. Tumhe bahut Khush rakhega. Tum usse shaadi karlo Beta. Bol na Dhruv. Tu Kuch bolta kyu nahi?
Dhruv - Yes Nandini... I love you.
That was it for Manik who was patiently hearing all this.
Manik went straight to Dhruv and held his collar.
Manik - How dare you Dhruv?
Tumhari himmat kaise Hui ye kehne ki.
Tum Nandini ke baare me aise soch bhi kaise sakte ho????
Seeing this Sharda tried to get down the bed to save Dhruv.
In the process, Sharda was about to fall down but Nandini held her and made her lie down.
Then Nandini rushed to Manik and Dhruv to separate them.
Manik was about to punch Dhruv but Nandini stopped him and pushed him behind.
Nandini - Manik kya kar rahe ho? Stop overreacting.
Manik - What??? R u serious? Tumne suna nahi abhi isne kya kaha. Uske baad bhi tum keh rahi ho ki I m overreacting? You must be kidding me.
Mai isey chodne wala nahi hoon.
Manik again came forward to hit Dhruv.
Nandini came infront of Dhruv to save him and Manik stopped midway.
Nandini - Manik just stop it. Baat ko samajhne ki koshish karo.
Sharda- Tum hote kaun ho mere Bete Par haath uthane wale?
Chale jao yahan se...
With this Sharda's health started to deteriorate. Nandini tried to calm her down .
Sharda- Nandini tum mere.... mere paas hi rahogi na.
Dhruv rushed to get the doctor.
Manik - Nandini let's go. This is all nonsense.
Sharda held Nandini's hand tightly .
Nandini - Manik tum jao yahan se. Mai tumse aakar milti hoon. But just go from here. Tumhe dekhke Aunty ki health aur bigad jayegi.
Manik - Nandini...
Nandini shouted- Manik I said just leave.... Abhi jao.
Manik left from there in anger as Nandini was not ready to come with her.
As soon as Manik left, Aaliya along with Dhruv and the doctor rushed in.
The doctor gave injected some medicine to Sharda and finally she calmed down.
Aaliya - Kya hua tha Aunty ko?
Dhruv - Kuch nahi Aaliya. It's not the right time to talk about it.
Sharda- Nandini Beta tum mujhse ek vaada karo abhi.
Nandini - Kaisa wada Aunty?
Sharda- Waada karo ki Tum Dhruv se shaadi karogi?
Bolo na Beta. Karogi na. Batao...
Nandini was speechless.
Sharda- Waada karo Beta ki tum hi mere ghar ki bahu banogi .
Nandini - Aunty mai... Mai...
Doctor - Dekhiye Madam Agar aap log chahte ho ki unhe fir se Kuch na ho to Haan kardijiye. Warna Kuch bhi hosakta hai.
Dhruv - Maa aap aaram kijiye. Hum baad me baat karenge.
Sharda- Tu chupkar. Mai apni bahu se baat kar rahi hoon. Bolo Nandini banaogi na meri bahu. Karogi na Dhruv se shaadi?
Nandini closed her eyes and Manik's face flashed infront of her.
Sharda- Chup kyu ho Beta. Wada karo na mujhse.
Nandini left with no other choice said - Ji Aunty. Mai wada karti hoon.
Sharda- Mujhe pata tha tum mana kar hi nahi paogi. Kyunki tum bhi Dhruv se pyaar karti ho? Pata nahi wo badtameez ladka kaun tha Jisne mere Bete Par hath uthaya?
Nandini - Aunty aap rest kijiye. Mai abhi aayi.
Sharda- Jaldi aana Beta.
Nandini nodded and left along with the doctor.
Sharda- Dekha Dhruv... Nandini jhat se maan gayi na. Tu khamakha dar raha tha. Ab to tu Khush hai na Beta.
Dhruv with a faint smile - Haan Maa.
Both of them were happy but there was someone who was not at all happy.
That was Aaliya.
Aaliya had always loved Dhruv since her childhood. But Dhruv never showed interest in her as she was a rich spoilt brat and not as intelligent as Dhruv.
In the meantime,
Nandini ran all the way out of the hospital and into the parking lot and as she had expected, Manik was waiting for her near his car.
Nandini smiled and went straight to Manik , turned him around and sealed their lips.
Nandini ran her fingers in Manik's hair and kissed him passionately.
She needed to feel Manik close to him as Nandini's heart was racing in full speed due to the mere thought of loosing him.
Manik was taken aback with the sudden act of Nandini. He closed his eyes and didn't respond to Nandini.
Nandini broke the kiss and looked at Manik.
Nandini - Manik ... I m sorry....
Manik turned to the other side and said- For what???
Nandini- Manik... Please listen to me...
Manik - Kya sunu mai Nandini?
The manner in which you behaved with me was totally not expected .
Nandini - I know Manik . Mai sorry bolrahi hoon na.
Manik - It's Ok.
Saying this Manik held Nandini's waist and pulled her towards him.
Manik caressed Nandini's cheeks with his fingers.
Nandini - Manik mujhse ek bahut badi galti hogayi...
Manik - What?
Nandini - Maine Aunty se promise kardiya ki mai Dhruv se shaadi karungi.
Manik on hearing this left Nandini and moved back.
