I couldn’t believe what the doctor had just told me I can’t be pregnant I’m in high school and I just started to be with Jace this was moving way too fast for me I needed time to think
“I think I’m going for a walk” everyone around me got up to sit me down my father grabbed my arm
“Makenzie maybe you should listen-”
“Let go” I pushed him he went flying across the room I felt bad he was on the floor
“O god I’m so sorry” I ran out the room and down the hall way I went out the hospital door I felt Jace pull me into a hug
“Makenzie look at me you need to calm down ok”
“Jace what’s happening to me I’m not that strong and I feel really weird”
“I don’t know but you’re not alone ok I’ll help you through it I’m not going anywhere k come inside please” I didn’t want to but I did
When we came back into the room they were helping my dad up from ground I went to him
“I’m really sorry I didn’t mean to throw you” I looked down not wanting to see his face
“It’s ok when your mother was pregnant she did the same thing twice” he smiled even though he was my favorite person in the world he did manage to make me smiled
Hours later
When I got home there was a feast ready for me after I ate I headed straight to my room until Jace picked me up bridal style and carried me to his room
“Jace I don’t have time for games I want to sleep”
“Go ahead” he smiled at me
“Here?”
“Of course you’re my mate it’s only right you sleep in here with me” I shook my head and smiled
“You know you can put me down now”
“Not a chance you might get hurt”
“From walking don’t you think your being paranoid now?”
“Nope”

The next morning I went for a run with Damon something we haven’t done in awhile
“Are you sure you can do this” gosh just cause I’m pregnant doesn’t mean I can’t jog well I can now when I get bigger I don’t think it would be a good Idea
“Yeah its fine the doctor said it would be good”
As we started to jog I got faster and faster I heard Damon call my name plenty of time but I didn’t hear him when I stop I was at the end of the territory line how did I get here so fast
Damon was next to me out of breath
“What was that when did you get so fast
"I don’t know”
We went back to the pack house after I told Jace he took me to the doctor again
The doctor wanted to draw blood but when the needle got to my skin it broke in half everyone looked at me with weird looks on their face
“That’s not normal” the doctor said looking at my arm they gave me meds to go to sleep so they can take the blood
When I woke up the doctor was looking over the paper work say this is amazing and he was showing Jace as if he could understand him which he didn’t they both looked over at me
“Makenzie it looks like you child has boosted your speed and strength and has made you well indestructible if you get anymore side effects tell us” he left the room
“Jace I need to tell you something and please don’t think I’m crazy”
“I don’t think there is anything in the world that would make you seem crazy right now” he smiled at me
“The night before I found out I was pregnant I dreamed of my mother and she touched my stomach and said blessed and then she turned into the moon goddess and she said blessed and then weird things started to happen”
“Babe its ok our baby is special and I’m not surprised”
“What’s going to happen to me?”
“Nothing I won’t anything happen to you ok”
“I hope so”
This baby is most definally special
