They had finally met. They had finally communicated in real life... even if they weren't talking.
But despite his happiness, he could not help but feel curiosity in the way Sienna acted and dressed. Yes she was beautiful, but she seemed so distracted with people around her that it just made him feel a little... uncomfortable.
The fact that she restrained herself from acting in the same way she texted.
The fact she was staged as someone who was nervously polite.
The fact she seemed to wear a mask... even in front of him.
He promised her he would never abandon her and he was sure he would never. But... she was different. This wasn't the Sienna he had grown to know over the phone. This wasn't the Sienna he had fallen in love with... right?
Sienna nervously tugged at the edge of his shirt, startling him into attention.
Dammit this facade. He would die to see her yank his shirt and even punch his face just for grabbing his attention. That would've been the Sienna he knew.
So what made her this suppressed?
She lifted up her phone, letting him read her words.

He smiled a second too long at the familiar words in which Sienna began spamming her phone.

Eric almost laughed from her abusive onslaught.
Sienna may be different on the outside, but on the inside she was still the same verbally abusive girl.
Really, how could he doubt her?
She was the same no matter how she acted.
"Wait, is this a date?"
If this wasn't a date, what would this be?
"A meeting with a very friendly friend."
Sienna pouted at his words and he couldn't help but grin. In response she quickly typed some words on her phone and brought it up to show him.

"If I didn't suck, then I wouldn't be your future husband."

Eric gave her an innocent grin.
But you know you're basically insulting yourself.

"I never told you, but my name's not actually Eric."
