Dean's POV.
I sighed. Sitting there on the couch. Cas lay next to me, when suddenly, I gasped, pain rushing through my body. Cas looked up, "Dean, what's wrong?" He asked alarmed. "I- I think I just went into labor!" I whispered. He jumped up, picking me up bridal style. Flashing us to the hospital he yelled "Help! My boyfriend is in labor!" Nurses came rushing in, a wheelchair in hand. They had him place me in it. They whisked me away, Cas immediately followed. His eyes full of concern.
***Time Skip***
Castiel's POV.
I sat there, a baby girl, gurgling and cooing in my arms. Her green eyes staring up at me. She had my black hair, her mothers eyes. Her mother. My breath caught in my throat. It had been a week. Tomorrow, my daughter, Mary and I would be going to Dean's funeral. He had died during childbirth. I wanted to hate my child, but I couldn't. She was too much like Dean. I couldn't lose her too. I sighed, and kissed her forehead. "Goodnight baby girl." I whispered, she stared up at me. I closed my eyes, a single tear dripping out, running down my face, "I love you."
Third Person POV.
Dean sat up, gasping. He looked over at his sleeping boyfriend. "Cas! Cas!" He said shaking him. Cas shot up, "Dean? I... I had a horrible dream... You went into labor.. You- you died..." I sighed. "We had the same dream..." I muttered. He looked up and I bit my lip.
