*Three years later*
It was almost two in the morning when they heard the doorbell ring. Maxx groaned, tapping Cody's chest to wake him up.
"Cody, go get the door." He mumbled tiredly. The older man didn't budge. He sighed before giving up and putting a pair of pajama pants and a shirt on. He yawned as he turned the light on and padded down the hall.
He stopped in the kitchen pouring himself a glass of water.
Maxx opened the door and gasped, dropping the glass in his hands.
"Uh, hey, Maxx..."
"Austin..."
