After a few hours of Tati teasing me, Ken on his phone and Gabe staring at Tati, I finally got up from the sofa catching everyone's attention.
I raised my eyebrows as everyone looked at me confused "guys it's getting late we got school tomorrow" I said looking at all of them stretching.
"oh yeah I need to go shopping with my mum now" Ken muttered getting up,
"awww ken's going shopping with his mum, what a sweet son" Tati said also getting up smiling.
ken's phone started ringing, he looked down and answered it, "yeah mum you here, okay I be there in a sec can you drop Tati and Gabe of as well, okay i'll tell them" , Ken put his phone in his pocket, "okay guys come on my mum's going to drop you guys home" Ken grabbed his trainers from the shoe rack and put them on Tati did the same.
"you coming Gabe" ken questioned Gabe, who still hadn't moved from the sofa, Gabe looked at me, "no I'm gonna stay here for a bit" he said looking back at Ken and Tati.
I looked at him confused did I do something?, I looked at Tati and Ken who were staring at m e expecting an answer, "yeah he's gonna stay" I said slowly.
"okay come one Tati" ken said hugging me tightly his arms wrapped around me in a cocoon before pulling away reluctantly, waving at Gabe before opening the front door going out.
Tati still stood there her eyebrows raised at Gabe who was still laying on the sofa .
"okay then bye guys" she said waving before walking out the door muttering something under her breath.
After the door banged shut I turned to look at Gabe who just smiled at me in return.
"Is there something you want to talk about"? I asked pushing his legs off the sofa sitting down raising my legs to my chest as he sat up looking at me.
"no, my mums gonna be gone all night she's working till late and I thought because your family was away I was wondering...." he said playing with his fingers "can I stay over"? he said biting his lip worried about my answer.
I started laughing why was he acting so nervous "of course Gabe, you don't even have to ask" I said pushing his shoulders gently, well I don't think it was too gently as he toppled of the side of the sofa.
"thanks Bailey" he said getting up from the floor rubbing his back.
"well you wanna go out"? I looked at him surprised, "it's 10 o clock Gabe where are we going to go"? I said.
"well we can go visit you new neighbors" Gabe said running his fingers through his hair "you never know he may be hot" Gabe said mimicking my voice.
"No Gabe it's late., I'm in my Pj's as well, can we go watch some more movies and talk please Gabe" I said getting up and giving him my best puppy eyes.
"Uuhh okay" he said rolling his eyes whist I jumped around, "omg Gabe come on it's going to be sooo fun"!!

"Bailey" I heard someone whisper in my ear, "Bailey someone's at the door".
"Well answer it then" I said rolling around putting the duvet over my head.
"Bailey Drew Sok, you get up right now" someone shouted loudly.
"Okay, okay I'm up" I said pushing the duvet of my head rubbing the sleep out of my eyes.
"Gabe what happened" I said looking at Gabe who was hovering over my head still in his pjs some ones at your door he said getting up, " go answer it, I'm going in the shower" he said grabbing a towel.
"Why couldn't you answer it" I shouted, he chuckled as I threw my teddy bear which hit his back "I wasn't bothered" he said.
Ring, ring the doorbell rang repeating, "okay, okay I'm coming" I shouted, I looked at my reflection in the mirror as I ran pass it, I Didn't look very decent no that was just a nice way to put it, I looked a right mess , my hair all messy, yesterdays eye liner smudged around my eyes and my Pj's were all creased up, well who ever t is better not mind.
I ran down the stairs tripping over a few times, the bell still ringing, "okay, I said I was coming" I shouted throwing the door open, tripping as it caught the edge of my foot which made me fall forward, "aahh!!!" I shut my eyes waiting for the fall but it never came.
"Open your eyes silly" a deep voice whispered In my ear making my stomach clench.
I opened my eyes slowly looking down at my waist to see a pair of hands gripping it in a tight hold, taking my eyes I slowly looked up to meet another dark pair of eyes already looking at me , "oh" I said blushing at the contact of his body against mine, my hands were resting lightly on his chest I could feel his steady heartbeat under my fingertips.
"Thanks" I said looking away from his mesmerizing eyes and focusing on his neck, I heard him chuckle lightly his breath fanned my neck making me shiver against him.
"Bailey" I heard Gabe shout, I suddenly realized the position I was in with this stranger, I quickly pushed away to see the boy my age standing there smirking at me, I took another step back making his hands fall of my waist which weirdly enough was missable.
"wait what Bailey, snap out of it, this is a stranger focus" I muttered. I looked up at him, remembering my bed appearance, feeling a little conscious of the way I looked, as I ran my fingers through my hair stepping back until I felt the carpet of my house under my feet's again.
"Don't worry I don't bite" he chuckled as I blushed. taking in his ruffed appearance aswell, his dark denim jacket and black jeans reminded me of the popular kids at school.
"I'm Sean your new neighbour, I'm sorry if its too early" he apologized, whilst looking me up and down, feeling uneasy with his strong gaze i just nodded shuffling back and forth on the tip of my toes.
He looked back up meeting my eyes "but my mum forced me to meet a few neighbours before school " he said smiling "nice shorts" he said smirking with amusement.
I looked down and remembered the duck shorts, I have on, basically i got changed into these ones because i spilled my drink on the other pair, uhh why did i let gabe pick a horror movie to watch.
"anyways" he said quickly probably seeing my discomfort, "nice to meet you" he said as he stretched his hand out for me to shake, I looked down and smiled as I shook his hands feeling tingles burst up my arm as I quickly let go.
"I'm Bailey" I said smiling at him, causing his eyes to widen and twinkle.
"yeah I heard from your brother" he said chuckling lightly. whilst looking behind me at Gabe who was now overhearing over conversation.
"Hey ,I'm Gabe" I heard Gabe saying from behind me, "and no I'm not her brother and I'm sorry but you are?" he asked, stepping up beside me throwing his arms around my shoulder smiling at Sean.
"Oh okay and I just moved in across the street " Sean said in a different tone whilst looking at Gabe's arms around my shoulders, his eyes narrowed and darkened slightly.
"Well it was nice meeting you Bailey" he said looking down avoiding eye contact and shaking his head so his hair flew around messing it up, "I'm going to be going now" he said turning around and walking away.
"What's wrong with him"? Gabe questioned I shrugged as we watched him walk across the street to his house.
"I don't know maybe you scared him of" I said pushing Gabe, "hey that hurts" he said grabbing my hand and pushing it away, "well why are you not wearing a top"? I said closing the door behind me.
"What I left you to open the door by yourself, I couldn't just take my time getting ready".Gabe said wiping his bare chest ," you don't mind it anyways" he said winking at me, "actually I do" I said laughing at his hurt expression.
"well your not nice" he said pouting, "that's what everyone tells me" I said looking out the window to see if Sean was still there.
"so what your neighbours name"? Gabe asked curiously, "Sean" I said looking away from the window, trying not to rethink how weirdly affecting the boy was, i hadn't even known him for long but i could already feel something about him not only the feeling i felt. but his personality and behavior.
"well your wish came true" he said smirking, "what do you mean" I said looking at him again "well the way you looked at him I think you like him", I opened my mouth and closed it lost for words do I like him, "no I don't" I said turning my back on Gabe.
"well.... I think he may even like you" Gabe said turning me around and hugging me.
"wait you being serious"? I said pushing away from him.
"oh why does Bailey care so much, I think someone has a crush" Gabe said ruffling my hair.
"I don't"!! I shouted whilst running up the stairs to my room to get ready for school.
