Skyler's POV
Mum and Dad are back from NYC baring gifts and we also gave them their birthday present. They seem to really like it.
Year 10 is finally over and we have 6 weeks off from school and I must say we have definitely earned this.
This summer we are going to Fiji for a week and then from there to Miami for a week and then come back to the UK. Dad says we may go Jamaica or Egypt but he hasn't decided yet. This holiday is going to be very expensive and ofc, everyone is coming
There was knocking at my bedroom door and so I came out of my thoughts and looked up
"Come in"
The door opened and I smiled
"hey babe"
"hey" he said coming to give me a hug and kiss my forehead - i got butterflies at this point
"did your mum say you can come on holiday with us?"
"yh she said its fine"
I smiled "yaaay, it's a shame she can't come with us"
"yhh, she's gonna be working quite a lot seeing as she has just gotten promoted"
"ooo lady like"
He started to laugh
"I'm so fucking hot mann" I said taking off my jumper and walking into my closet
Bailey followed behind
I picked up a white vest top and put it on
I faced Bailey
"aren't you hot in that hoodie?"
He slowly shook his head..
I slowly nodded..
"you excited to be off school?" he asked changing the subject
"erm yh.., you?" I started to walk over to him
"yhh"
I looked up into his eyes
"Bailey Garcia"
"Skyler Garcia"
I started to get butterflies in my stomach
"be honest-"
"I didn't; I promise"
I nodded
"You don't believe me"
"ofc I do, 100%"
He smiled abit and nodded
He lifted up his sleeves to show me and there were only old scars. I placed my hands on them and he slightly flinched and rolled his sleeves down
"I'm proud of you babes"
He shook his head "I'm not proud of me"
I frowned "why?"
"Because- idk, I just don't feel proud"
I slowly nodded "well you should be babes, you're doing so well"
He nodded and so I tiptoed to kiss him and he pulled me close and held me around my waist
"Skye, I love you yukno"
"I love you too babe"
