Puddle again!
The stars shine high in sky above
But no light's as powerful as our love
We walk proudly, tail in tail
Even though we are male and male
We walk up this mountain of fate with our heads held high
And I see a twinkle of pride in his eyes
His matted fur warms my pelt and heart
But the sound that came next scarred me with a start
Still to this day I hear his cry
His voice ringing my ears asking "Why did you let me die"
When the stones of death came rolling down
The sound of his screams ever did drown
There my life and love went
And up to Starclan his soul was sent
Not only rocks rolled down the mountain that day
My happiness, at the bottom did lay
Even with the nine lives I was given
Without him, I'm barley livin'
