Charity's P.O.V.~
At the Nurse's Office~
"I'm fine!" I protested for the millionth time to the Nurse.
"I told you, you're not!" The Nurse said. "I took your temperature and its 39 degrees!"
"But that's normal!" I exclaimed. The nurse shook her head.
"I'm calling your mother to take you home." She replied, and walks towards the phone on the wall. "You shouldn't stay at school."
She picks up the phone and dials my home number.
"Hello?" She says after a few seconds. "Charity has a fever so I'm sending her home.. Mhmm.. Okay then.. See you in a bit."
She hangs up. "Your mom is coming to pick you up." The Nurse said and walked away before I could say anything back.
Uh oh. My mom was always on to me, telling me not to be dumb and catch colds and stuff.
"I'm screwed.." I shrieked, feeling dizzier and sicker now.
Fate really isn't on my side..
