"I never should've accepted.." You mumble.
"Oh come on (Y/N)! Loosen up! Have fun! It's the Winter Formal dance! Lets go in!"
"B-B-But.. I don't want to. You go right ahead! Have fun, okay? Bye!" You start to walk away, only to get yanked back by your friend.
"NO. YOU WILL STAY WITH ME OR ELSE."
"Or else..?"
"Or else.. uh..." She mumbles. "ANYWAYS, you look beautiful (Y/N)!"
"Thanks, you do too!" You look down at your dress.

"Where is she..?" You look around awkwardly.
A while ago, your friend said she's going to go get some food. It has been 15 minutes already and she's still nowhere to be found. Here you are, sitting by yourself.
"Hey (Y/N)."
You look up to see (C/N) standing there, smiling at you. You immediately tense up. "Oh, hey..!"
'How embarrassing..! I'm sitting by myself and now he's here! What to do, what to do..'
"So.. what are you doing here all by yourself..?"
"U-Uh I.. well, (F/N) is with me. But she left somewhere.." You blush a bit and avert your eyes.
"Ah, I see.."
You nod and notice your hands starting to get clammy. 'This is so awkward..!'
"You look nice tonight.." He mumbles.
"Thanks.." You smile, looking down.
"All of Me" by John Legend turns on. You continue to stare at the floor. People begin to slow dance with each other. You nervously fiddle with your fingers.
(C/N) clears his throat, making you look up slightly. "(Y/N)."
He puts a hand out and smiles, "May I have this dance?"
You blush and gently place your hand into his. He pulls you up and you both walk over to the dance floor.
He positions his right hand on your lower back, the other grasping your right hand. You place your left hand on his shoulder. You both start to sway back and forth. He gazes at you, as to which you avert your eyes.
"You're a pretty good dancer."
"Thanks, you are too." You smile, heart beating rapidly.
Soon enough, the song ends. He smiles and bows down, "Thank you for the dance."
You chuckle, "Thank you as well."
"YOU BOTH SHOULD JUST MARRY RIGHT NOW AND HAVE BABIES. SERIOUSLY!"
"(F/N)!" Your face reddens in embarrassment.
"I'LL HELP TAKE CARE OF YOUR KIDS!"
"K-Kids..?"
"YES. MAKE TWENTY BABIES, GOT IT?"
(C/N) blushes and looks at the floor, shuffling his feet.
"TWENTY. YOU HEAR ME?!"
You rush out of the room, your friend following right behind you chanting "TWENTY! TWENTY! TWENTY!"
