Pumasok na kami sa gymnasium kahit na sobrang aga namin para sa pageant mamaya. Importante naman kasi ang magandang pwesto sa bleachers noh!
Syempre, ganito talaga ang supportive bestfriends!
We are so proud of Musika kasi umabot siya sa opportunity na ganito that's why we, as her best of friends will totally do anything to make her feel better!
"Dito muna kayo, ha? We'll go fetch some food." I said as Joyce and I stood by the bleachers.
"Pabili na rin ako, Jam." -Cha

"Ilista niyo na nga lang mga ipapabili niyo, pati mga pera niyo ilabas niyo na." -Joyce.
Marami kami, actually. Mga classmates and friends plus supporters ni Musika. I'm so excited for this!
Pumunta kami nina Joyce sa cafeteria to get snack for later. There's still an hour left at magsisimula na ang pageant.
"Sana lang talaga, i-guide ni God si Mika mamaya." - Joyce
"Totally. Let's not worry na noh. Siguradong makakayanan yun ni Mika, sis. Yun pa, eh fighter yun!"
"I hope so. Alam mo namang nakaka-nerbyos ang mga ganyang contests lalo na pag first timer ka eh diba?" - Joyce

Pagbalik namin sa gym, as in super puno na ang lahat ng bleachers and marami nang outsiders and from other schools ang nasa loob. Open for all kasi ang event eh.

Nagsisigawan na nagbubulungan kami dito na nag-uusap ha kasi super ingay ng crowd pati ng music. This is so wild!

Contestant #4 sila ni... aaargh you know! That stupid Trystan! Pinilit na namin si Ma'am na si Chris nalang ang pumalit sa kanya o yung iba pa naming gwapong kaklase pero ayaw talaga eh! Trystan is smart kasi, well we all agreed to that naman.
Madi-disqualify daw kasi sila because Muse and Adonis ang dapat na sumali.

Napatingin pa 'ko kay Melody na todo cheer kay Trystan at hawak-hawak ang DSLR niya. Ingrata!
Ako ang assigned sa DSLR ni Musika at gusto raw niya ng bonggang shots.

Parang mababaliw si Joyce sa gilid namin. May nanalo na sa best support!
Nature Elements ang theme at ang name ng groups sa Intramurals namin at ang samin ay wind kaya Sky tapos inimbento namin ang name so "Skylords". Periodt!
Matapos ang introduction, nagbasa ng criteria for judging ang emcee and introduction of the judges rin. Right after that ay ang contest ng vocal solo.
Sobrang na-amazed kami sa mga kumanta at mukhang mahirap nga ang labanan. Halos magagaling silang lahat. After nito ay yung first outfit na ng contestants.
Hiyawan na naman ng sobra nang nagsilabasan na sila Musika with their casual attire and she looked so gorgeous with her red, sparkling outfit! Siya pa yung pinakamaputi sa mga girls!
Ang gaganda't gwapo naman nila lahat eh. May mga kerengkeng nga lang rumampa. Si Musika, halatang kinakabahan pero go parin naman siya nang go. Grabe, nakakaiyak. Naiiyak ako as in! I'm so proud of her!

Pagkatapos ng exposure ay vocal duet ulit at pagkatapos, exposure ulit sila sa Sports Attire. Taekwondo kay Musika at Motor Racer naman kay Trystan. Talagang sumakay sila sa big bike at nagmaneho sa gitna ng gym for their entrance tsaka bumaba at umakyat sa gym to show off. OMG talaga!

Right after that, Acoustic Battle, kasunod ng School Uniform Attire nila then Battle of the Bands, tapos Formal Attire then Hip Hop contest.
I was actually a formal dancer ng Hip Hop pero I didn't join this time although it's our final year for high school. I want to support Musika kasi with all my heart! Ang dami naming preparations for her eh. Pompoms and collage sa cartolina.
I was waiting for this one! The last was the Team's Element Attires at ang bongga ng mga outfits nila! Kina Musika at Trystan ay Eagle at Dove. OMG! For sure, mabigat yung costumes. Ang bongga ng pagkakagawa!
Dito na kami na-excite. Sa Talent portion at ang kasunod na nito ay ang Q&A portion! OMG TALAGA!
Sobrang hiyawan na naman nang tinawag ang contestant #4.
Di ko alam na tumutugtog rin pala ng gitara si Trystan? May dala siyang guitar case. Si Musika naman, umupo na sa grand piano.

They're just soooo amazing! Ang galing nila both! Di ko alam na kumakanta rin yang unggoy na yan but he's good! Maganda ang boses niya and I'm quite sure, nobody expected that kaya everyone gasped nung tumugtog siya at kumanta. Nagkatinginan pa nga kami nila Jessa, Cha and Joyce.
Ang tahimik ng crowd, focus sa pakikinig at nung matapos na, sobrang ingay ulit. Ang wild ng supporters nila! Ang wild namin! Woohooo!

Natawa kami sa kanya kasi ang chic niya sa stage tapos the way she greeted us ay parang lalaking tambay sa kanto. Hahahahahaha!
"Wow, the crowd gets wild when they see you on stage! Now let's move on to the Question! Kindly pick one."
Bumunot siya mula sa glass bowl.
"If you are given a chance to travel the world, what are the three things that you're going to bring and why? I repeat, if you are given a chance to travel the world, what are the three things that you're going to bring and why?"
Sobrang easy ng question kay Musika! Shucks! I saw her BIG smile, close-up on the big screen as she heard the question. I know that smile.
"First of all, good evening everyone! If I were given a chance to travel the world, I would bring these things; the holy rosary, my travelling bag and a cellphone. A holy rosary where I can feel safe knowing that God is with me all the time, where I can hold onto when I'm feeling scared and most especially, pray for the safety of my family and friends while I'm away. The second thing would be my travelling bag with my personal belongings for me to show off how grateful I am to explore this wonderful world, and lastly, it would my cellphone. My cellphone which will help me contact my family and friends. My cellphone where I can capture all the wonderful moments and beautiful sceneries from different places that I have traveled and upload it on my social media accounts to let the people know that I am really enjoying the opportunity that was given to me. That would be all, thank you!"

Pagdating kay Trystan, medyo mahirap ang question niya pero he managed to answer it and he's actually smart! Walang stutters and all. Feeling ko rin mananalo 'to!

After ng singing performance mula sa mga nanalo last school year, nag announce na ang emcee sa mga nanalo.
"So here it is now! The results for the Search for Mister and Miss Intramurals 2016!"
"For the Best in Introduction for female, who do you think will this be?"
Kanya-kanyang sigaw ng numbers and team.
"The best in introduction award goes to... candidate number 8! From the Firefighters! From the male category... Candidate number 10 from the Earthlings! "
I understand! parehong kaliwang paa kasi 'yang si Musika. But she's the most appealing of all ha.
"For the best in casual attire for the female category goes to... Candidate number.... Candidate number four, the Skylords!"
Sumasakit na lalamunan ko pero go parin nang go noh! My God this is so exciting! Sino kayang mananalo?
"For the male category goes to... Candidate number four! Also, the Skylords!"

Ang pogi niya naman kasi talaga eh. Well, duh. Whatever!

Sabi ko na nga ba! Kasi boxer yung attire niya eh with all the jacket pa tapos may background song pa na The Eye of the Tiger. Plus ang sexy niya pa.

Sabi ko na nga rin ba! Hahahaha! Eh sino bang di mabibighani pag for real talaga diba? Nag-exhibition pa si Trystan sa gitna.
So heto, sa School Uniform attire sa female, ang nanalo ay yung Dragonbulls ng 3rd year class C tapos sa male ay yung sa Earthlings. Ang studyante naman kasi talaga ng dating nila.
Sa Formal Attire? Nanalo si Musika sa female! Tapos sa Male ay sa Earthlings.

OH MY GOD.
Di ko akalaing magkaka-reward ako dito. Feeling ko kaya mukha akong t*ngang rumarampa sa stage pati ang pangit-pangit ko!
Di kasi ako comfortable sa mga naisuot ko kasi masyadong sexy pati dito sa costume ko. Ang bigat suotin sa ulo yung head ng dove pati may feather feather pa at cottonballs, ah basta ang bigat talaga! Malaki kasi itong costume eh.
Di kami nag-iimikan ni Trystan. Wala lang, rampa lang. Di kami nagtitinginan pati ang cold ng dating niya sakin.
Hayy.. Don't stress yourself muna, Musika. Baka madapa ka mamaya sa stage. Ang haba pa naman ng heels mo. Wala akong nagawa eh.
"Excited na ba kayo sa susunod na award?!"
Kinakabahan ako tuwing nagsasalita si emcee at parang mapupunit na ang bibig ko sa kaka smile! Di pala biro ang sumali ng ganito.

Yung feeling na sobrang nafa-flatter ka kasi kayo yung sinisigaw ng whole crowd? Sobrang nakakataba ng puso, promise. Yung sobrang proud ka sa naging achievements mo. I've never felt like this before...

Napatingin ako kay Trystan. Ngumiti siya sakin then offerred his hand para umabante kami.

Sabay kaming naglakad sa gitna at sinuot samin ang sash, binigay ang trophy sabay picture taking. Naiiyak ako sa sobrang tuwa. OA mo Mika, ha!

Isa-isa niyang binaggit ang mga team at hiyawan na naman sa crowd. Di nga ko masyadong tumitingin sa kanila kasi everytime na napapatingin ako sa crowd, kinakabahan ako bigla. Nasisilayan rin ako sa stage lights. May smoke effects pa. Jusko, kailangan kong magpakatatag...

Natauhan ako nang sikuhin ako ni Trystan na nasa tabi ko lang.

Sinuot sakin ang sash at nag-picture ulit. Naririnig ko mula dito ang mga sigaw ng mga supporters ko lalong-lalo na ang sigaw nila Chris, Joyce, Jammie, Jessa at Chaldea pati na rin kay Kenji at si... Eazer?! Nandito sila!
Teka... Sila Mama, Papa at Kuya Masaru nakita ko sa tables ng VIP at kumaway sila sakin.

Bumalik ako sa pwesto at mas kinabahan nang minention na ng emcee kung sino ang mga magiging runner-ups and champions sa pageant.
Ngayon sa female category pa.

Tuwang-tuwa akong naglakad sa gitna ng mga nakasama ko sa Top 4.
Tinawag na ang 3rd at 2nd runner up.
At oo. Naiwan kami ni Candidate #8 at medyo kinakabahan ako kasi baka siya yung manalo. She has this perfect posture and body kasi for a beauty queen. At sumali na rin 'to simula pa freshman tapos sophomore pa ako nun.

Jessa, Joyce, Chaldea, Jammie, Chris at Kenji and Eazer, salamat sa pagpunta! Mahal na mahal ko kayo! Thank you, our dear judges. And to my parents, Otto-san, Okka-san, Oniichan, koko ni kuru dake de, suteji-jo de watashiwo mite itadaki arigato gozaimasu... Domo arigato! Suki desu! This is a very big night! Thank you, God... Bumalik ako sa pwesto ko na naiiyak. Nahihirapan pa 'ko sa position ko kasi bukod sa di ako komportable sa costume ko, buti na nga lang tinanggal na yung head dress na sobrang bigat at pinalitan ng korona, nangangati pa ako sa sashes at ang laki ng bouquet of roses at may gift pa. Pinagpapawisan na rin aki. Bakit ba kasi di ako makahawak ng panyo.
Katulad ng kanina ay tinawag rin ang Top 4 sa male category.
Naghiyawan ang lahat nang maiwan si Trystan at si Kent sa stage.
Si Kent Vidad na laging nang-aasar sakin nung third year na ex ni Melody na ngayon ay... Hahahaahahaahaha! Laging akong sinusulyapan.
Eh nakakatawa na nakakagigil lang kasi na nung mataba pa 'ko, walang araw akong di inaasar ng lalaking 'yan. Tapos ngayon, nabibighani na sa kagandahan kong di niya inakala. Charot!

Sobrang wild ng crowd, grabe! Best event ever! Nag-message si Trystan at nagpasalamat sa mga kaibigan at sumuporta sa kanya, sa pamilya niya na nanuod rin. Nagulat nalang ako nang marinig ko ang pangalan ko.
