A beauty lived long ago,
High above land,
In a castle,
Inside a dreary tower,
On a floating island in the sky,
She cries tears of ice,
Screams of help come out of her mouth,
But no one hears,
There's no one to hear,
She keeps crying,
That is her only water,
Stone is her only food,
Her traitor villagers live below her on Earth,
Where they don't even want to hear her screams,
While her loyal villagers lay beside her in an eternal sleep,
In a place even higher than her they cry with her,
It's her choice,
Die from drinking her tears and eating inedible things,
Or die from her no longer beautiful floating island falling to the ground,
It is her choice,
She grabs her shimmering necklace dangling in front of her,
She holds it tight in her fist,
Then whispers into it,
Destroy,
Her once extraordinary Xanadu falls from the sky,
There it lands in the water,
The princess no longer lives,
But at least,
She can be with her loyal subjects and the innocent can live on what is left of her Kingdom of the Sky
