I wake up, an hour earlier that I have to. Even though I've only been in Niall's house two or three times, I already feel like home. After watching Niall sleep for 10 minutes, I finally get up and take a shower in Niall's bathroom. The water looses my muscles but doesn't keep my mind off yesterday. Niall has a reason, but he can't tell me the reason and I slowly feel weaker and weaker. Even though, I slept next to Niall's hot body last night, my body hasn't heated up a bit.The hot shower doesn't help either. I massage my neck and wash my hair with Niall's shampoo. After washing my body, I just let cold water hit my already cold skin. The whole time, I ask myself what Niall's reason could be. I tell myself that that girl wanted to make someone else jealous and used Niall for it. But why Niall? I tell myself that Niall wants to protect me from something. But from what? He said they are just friends and I believe him, but it still hurts.
I get out of the shower and dry my body. After I get dressed in the same clothes as yesterday, I brush my teeth and my hair. I let it straight as it naturally is and with the side parting, I look like 14 again. What can I do?, I ask myself and tilt my head to the left and ride side as I look into the mirror. I don't look as tired than I though I do, which is one good thing for today I guess. It's feels like forever that I've been in this bathroom. I get out and walk over to the bed, where Niall is still sleeping. How can someone be so cute?, I ask myself as I admire Niall.
"Olivia..." He mumbles as his eyes are stilled closed. "Olivia are you sure you want to do that?" He mumbles and turns his head to the left and then to the right as sweat pearls roll down his forehead. He has a nightmare. Again. Nothing in me moves. I just stand there frozen and watch him.
"Wait! Don't!" He exclaims and moves around like crazy. Then I move. I quickly sit down and carefully cup his face.
"Niall, wake up!" I raise my voice. A tear escapes his eyes and I wipe it away with my thumb
"Nooooo!" He yells and his eyes snap open. Niall sits up and suddenly wraps his arms around me. He pulls me to his chest and the clumsy person I am, my upper body falls on him and fall into the bed again. Niall doesn't seem to mind that my chest is pressed against his and strokes my head.
"Niall..." My voice is just a whisper. "Everything's okay." I try to move up, but he only pulls me back.
"I love you." He whispers and kisses my forehead.
"I love you too, love." I smile and kiss his lips but pull away before he can kiss me back.
"I really do love you, Olivia." He says and I nod.
"I know, love and I really do love you too." I insure him. "But if you don't let me go and get ready, I might change my mind." I roll my eyes and he lets me go. I stand up and so does he. As I'm about to walk out of his bedroom, he grabs my wrist and pulls me back. I spin around and slam against his chest.
"I love your hair like that." Niall smirks as we slowly get closer and closer.
"Shut up." I mumble and my lips hit his. Niall kisses me hard and seeks for more passion. I give it to him and wrap my arms around his neck. I run my finger through the back of his hair and pull his head down, so that I don't have to stand on my tip toes as usual. He wraps one arms around my waist and cup my cheek with the other one. We should stop before we start to really make out. Even though we don't want to, one of us has to pull away. And that's me.
"Niall." I pull away form him and lick my lips.
"What?" He wants to pulls me back to him but I shake my head laughing.
"Get ready!" I tell him and quickly move away from him. He rolls his eyes and I leave his bedroom. Since, I have to get home and change into fresh clothes, I don't make pancakes and make grilled cheese sandwiches instead. While singing to the new One Direction album, I act like I'm the biggest cook in the world.
When Niall comes into the kitchen, he burst out laughing and walks over tome. "What are you doing?" He wraps his arms around my waist from behind and looks over my shoulder. I just finished and put the grilled sandwiches on a plate.
"Breakfast." I smile and hold up the plate. I put it back down and take one slice. "Open." I tell Niall. He obeys and open his mouth as wide as possible. I let him take a bite before I try my creation myself.
"Hmmmm." He nods at the same time and gives me a kiss on the cheek before opening his mouth widely again. I let him have a bite and then take a bite of our yummy breakfast. This goes on until we have nothing left.
"Ready to drive me home?" I turn around to face my boyfriend and put my arms around his neck. He nods and leans in for a kiss.
"I love you." Niall smiles when we pull apart.
"I love you too." I say cheerfully and kiss his chin before I literally slide away from him and grab my bag. Niall quickly runs back to the bedroom to get his phone and then we leave his house. He drives me to the student accommodation. Afraid that someone could see us together, I get out of his car without one last kiss.
Instead I text him the kiss emoji when I'm in the elevator. Back in my apartment, I change into new clothes and pack my backpack before I head out to my first class.
It feels like it's the longest day ever. Only ¼ of the whole class, in every class, attends today. Probably because winter holidays start and this term is over. Minutes feel like hours. I only listen with one ear what the professor is saying while I doodle random things into my notebook.
When my last class is finally over, I notice that I only drew question marks. I quickly pack my bags and then go to Starbucks to get a drink. I stand in line and text with Maria. She wants me to come clubbing with her tonight and Ally already said yes. It should be a, quote: "fun girls night out." I'm not quite sure about that though.
"Hey!"
I look up from my phone and see Adam brightly smirking at me as always. I think about a time, where I didn't see him smile.
"Hi." I smile and tell him what I want. I pay and then he gives my cup to his co worker.
"Are you going clubbing tonight?" He asks as I walk down the line.
"I don't know yet." I honestly admit. On one side a nice girls night out might be fun but on the other side, I would love to spend a night with just Niall.
"You have to." He tries to convince me.
"I'll think about it." I smile. He smiles, rolls his eyes and gives me my finished drink. "Thank you." I take a sip and take a step back.
"You're welcome." He winks at me and I leave. What was that wink?, my inner voice asks. Doesn't he know that I'm Niall's girlfriend? Oh wait, he doesn't. No one does, except my family, Niall's family, Ally, Shawn and the boys from 1D. I don't know if Niall's friends know that we're together, but judging form last night, they don't. Otherwise they would have said something to Niall because of that girl, right?
In my apartment, I find Maria and Ally getting dressed for tonight. "Who let you in?" I want to know as I close the door behind me.
"Ethan borrowed me his spare key for emergencies." Ally explains and I should have known that before I asked her. Of course Ethan gave her his key for emergencies, even though this isn't a emergency, I think and roll my eyes at my friends.
"Are you coming with us, or not?" Maria asks.
"isn't it a bit too late to say no?" Ally laughs and I sigh rolling my eyes yet again.
"I'm gonna call Niall first." I smirk at my friends and let my bag down.With only my phone in my hand, I go out to the hallway. I call my boyfriend but he doesn't pick. I call him and again until he finally picks up.
"Hey love!" He yells into the phone.
"Hi Niall." I smile at myself and imagine him smiling at me. "What are you doing tonight?" I want to know. Please say that we can spend tonight together!,my inner voice begs.
"I have to work. I'm sorry, princess." He says and my heart feels heavy right away.
"Oh okay. Have fun, I guess." I can't hide the sadness in my voice.
"Are you sad?" Niall wants to know. I don't answer and I shake my head instead, even though he can't see me. "Olive..."
"It-It's okay." I hang up before he can say anything else. I go back into my flat and put my best fake smile on. "Let's go clubbing!" I exclaim and instantly walk to my wardrobe to get a outfit out. I avoid Ally and Maria's eyes and once I have my clothes, I lock myself into the bathroom. I breath out and change into the white dress. I don't know when I bought it, but I did. I pull see-though-tights on. The dress is tight around my whole body and brings out my curves. It's strapless and goes to my half of my thighs. I step out of the bathroom and Ally and Maria gasp looking at me. I blush and slip my white pumps on.
"I should just change into jeans." I sigh and open my wardrobe again.
"NO!" Ally and Maria yell at the same time. I roll my eyes and scan their outfits. Both are wearing dresses too, which makes me feel less awkward about mine. Ally's is dark, blood red and Maria's is a simple little black dress. We all are ready to go, but it's too early. I lay down in my bed, next to Ally while Maria opens my laptop and puts some music on. She spins around in my desk chair as we sing to 5 seconds of summer songs and One Direction songs and Tori Kelly songs – every song that we like really.
Quickly the time passes by and then it's time to go.
With Ally' black range rover we drive to the club. Yet again Adam is the doorman and calls out my name as soon as I get out of the car. He has pretty good eyes, I think and walk over to him, followed by Ally andMaria.
"Glad you came." He smirks.
"Glad when you let us in." I bite my lip. He chuckles and lets us in.
"I'll be with you in a few!" Adam exclaims after us as we walk further inside.
"Adam's flirting with you, Olivia." Ally says as we walk over to the bar. The bar tender instantly approaches us and gives us his full attention.
"Three red bull with coke!" Maria orders yelling for us. He keeps his eyes on us three as he mixes our drinks. Maria is about to pay for us but he raises his both hands and smirks.
"On me, girls!" He winks. Ally, Maria and I roll are our eyes before we take our drinks and walk over to a empty lounge area. "Back to Adam and you." Maria says.
I shrug and sit down. We laugh and drink our drinks. "Where's Shawn tonight?!" Maria asks Ally.
"Oh, his parents are in town and I'll meet them tomorrow. But tonight they have just family time!" Ally explains yelling. "And Luke?"
"He's in Australia! I'm just here tonight and tomorrow before I fly over to him!" She takes a big sip of her drink. I was actually already wandering why Maria is in London, since she actually lives in Los Angeles. But it's nice that she stops by before she flies over to her boyfriend.
Where's my boyfriend?, I ask myself. Oh yeah, he has work. Right.
I'm not angry at him for having to work, I understand it. But I'm just sad that he couldn't take one night off. He could take a night off yesterday, so why not today? Especially because tonight is Friday.
I just want him to be here with me. Or Not even here, being at his house or my apartment would be enough. I just want his near, to hold his hand, to hug him, to warm me up.
"I'm dancing now!" Maria decides and tears me out of my thoughts.
"Oh wait up!" Ally swallows the rest of her drinks and joins Maria between the dancing people around them. I shrug, finish my drink and get up too.
"Hey!" I turn around and see Adam standing in front of me. As always, he's smirking.
"Hey Ad--" I cut myself off when I see that girl from yesterday coming in, followed by no other than Niall.
