LEA POV
I woke up to Lore and Duke talking about me. I pretend to be asleep while Duke tells Lore what he's going to have to do when I go into heat. My emptiness that had kept me going after I'd killed Lucius seems to be gone. I can't seem to pull it forward no matter how much I want to. I know I have to get Glenna and Kee ready for what lies ahead but I need a few minutes. Sitting up I slide out of the bed ignoring Lore and Duke when they both turn to look at me. I walk over and grab Lore's i pod from the top of the dresser as I speak.
"The next time you two decide to talk about my business at least go outside the room." With that said I walk out the door heading for the training room. After getting someone to direct me to the training room I find myself alone. I stand in the middle of the room, debating. I finally decide on the punching bag. I pull off my shirt leaving me in a sports bra as I put on Lore's i pod. Immediately Halestorm's 'I miss the misery' comes on. The words thrum through me as I pound my into the bag.
I miss the bad things the way you hate me

I pause the i pod so I can pull my hair into a high pony tail, not caring if anyone comes in that they'll see my new name. I un pause the music and let 'Halestorm' pour over me.

I feel tears slide down my cheeks as I continue to slam into the bag. All the emotions I'd been turning off flood into me as blood smears the bag. I hadn't bothered to wrap my hands so I'm busting my knuckles open as I beat at the bag. I feel rage slam through me as I allow myself to sing 'Halestorms' song as

As soon as I finished the last line I spun and kicked the bag. It broke from the ceiling and slams into the wall. Screaming, I rip the earphones off and tilt my head back. I scream til my voice grows horse then I fall to my knees. I slam my fists into the floor. I break a hole in the floor but I don't stop. I slam my fist down again. Wood slices into my skin, ripping the flesh on my arm. I feel someone at my back and I whirl to see Lore on his knees behind me. His eyes glow as he raises his arms, waiting, hoping. Somethings inside me longs to let him touch me, to hold me and I'm tired of fighting everyone so I give in. To him. I lean forward and he slowly pulls me into his lap. He doesn't say anything as he holds me, rocking me back and forth.
MEL POV
There are many ways for us Guardian Angels to watch our charges. Some watch them on a t.v. and some like me can see them up close from a great distance, confusing huh. Limbo looks, however, we want it to and this is how I want it too. I sat on a bridge my feet hanging off the rails and my head propped up on my arms. I'm in Limbo but I can see Lea and Lore just fine. There is something about her that makes my chest ache. She's been through a lot, much like Riki, the leopard queen and Ash, her sister(cousin, really). I felt someone walk up and sit down behind me. He scoots forward so his legs are on either side of mine. I smile when he kisses my neck.
"Hey baby, no explosions in the lab today?" I grin at his teasing. I like to create explosions ans watch them blow up. It's not like I can die after all. I'm already dead. But I tend to forget that when I sneak down to earth, where my explosions cause a lot more damage. Humans are very fragile. I feel his tongue slide down the curve of my neck as I shiver.
"No, dear husband. I'm trying to bring my charges together. I just need a common denominator." I frown in concentration as my husband and fellow G.A, sighs.
"Mel.....which charges baby?" I smile. I knew he would help me.
"Lea, Ash, and Cara. And someone needs to be assigned to Cain and Abel. Those two are going to need all the help they can get. Maybe.....Bruno?" My husband scoffs as he slides an arm around my waist.
"You know who you want to guard them, say my name." I giggle.
"Alex, my husband will you be Caine and Abel's Guardian? And can you please help me figure about my dilemma so we can go have a little fun?" Alex chuckles.
"What about Zeta and her Sup school?" I grin broadly as I whirl to face him.
"Good job sweetie. Now I think you deserve a reward.
LEA POV
As my tears start to wear down I look up to see Lore staring down at me with this look in his eyes, that has my heart pounding in my chest. I pull back as I speak.
"We need to get Tonka, Kee's mate and Ree, Gwen's dad. It's time they meet. Then we need to figure out how to find Cara." Lore smiles at my change in subject but doesn't comment on it.
"You know that Ree is also Kee's twin brother right?" I shake my head no. "You can't know everything, my little alpha. I'll go get them for you so you can meet them first and explain the rules." With that Lore pulls me to my feet with him, then turns and walks out of the gym.

"I need everyone to remain calm when I tell you this or else." Everyone nods. I take a deep breath then speak. "I wasn't the only one he did this too." Tonka and Ree stare at me in confusion as I sigh.
"Who?" I hesitate.
"You need to remember not to rush, don't touch and for the love of god don't yell. Several of them react violently to yelling."
"WHO!" I glared at Tonka, who's leapt to his feet and is shaking with the urge to shift but at my glare he sits back down.
"No yelling." He nods and I continue. "Abel and Caine are twin seven year old, wolves. Deke is a tiger. Duke is a leopard and do not near him unless he tells you it's okay. His mate got killed right before Lucious moved onto me. Then there is Kee and Glenna." Tonka jerks as if he's been struck as Ree starts to sob. Ree raises his eyes to mine as he speaks.
"He said my baby girl ran away. Glenna's been here for six months with...him? And my sister Kee..." I nod as Tonka stands back up, interrupting him.
"My mate, Kee. She's alive. But I can't feel her. It's been a year. How did he...I thought you'd just found Glenna but you found my mate as well.....thank you. Can we..." I nod.
"Just remember what I said and watch Kee. She shifts automatically if you get to close to Glenna. I don't know if you'll be able to get to close yet Ree." They both nod and I open the door letting them into the room. I watch Lore's face as I reach down to the right and pick up Abel while Caine clutches my leg. They all stare at us. I know they look lost, and angry and scared. Not like I can forget. Lore's eyes follow mine as I walk to the chair to his right and sit down. Caine sits beside me as I look at Abel. Tonka speaks.
"How long have they been here?"
"Since Lucius killed there mother after she gave birth to them. They've never known anything but pain and hurt until I met them. They'll stay with me until I find out if their mom had family. I look over to Lore as Ree reaches out to Glenna who's standing two feet in front of him. Deke and I speak at the same time. I yell no as Deke says.
"Shit." Deke jerks Kee to him and pushes her into the corner as she shifts and claws his shoulders. I shove Lore in front of the twins as I grab Glenna. Her body starts shaking as she bites into my shoulder then bursts into flames. Deke, Duke, Caine and I start singing. At the first words Glenna's fire goes out.

We stopped singing as Glenna lets go of my shoulder and Kee shifts back. Luckily Deke grabbed her. Deke let's her go as he speaks.
"Shit, dammit Kee did you half to chew on me. Somebody get the damn bear a fish or something." Caine and Abel giggles as Tonka and Ree growls. I hold Glenna to me as I turn to them and roar just as Lore does. Duke's snarl is heard from the doorway as both men pale and sit. Their eyes jerk to Duke as he speaks.
"He does it to make the little ones laugh. It's not like the poor things get to be held and protected down there. And you..." His eyes snap to Ree whose visibly shaking as he looks at the large leopard. "...she told you not to touch. We have trauma and we are dangerous right not." He looks at Lore who had walked from his stance in front of the twins to lean against the wall. Lore smiles and meets Duke's eyes as he speaks to me.
"He'd make a great enforcer Alpha." Duke glares then chuckles
