Once Nessa woke up Eric was gone and probably upstairs in his room. She sighed as she dropped a hand over her face in embarrassment, after months and months of being together the wedding was inching closer and after a month it would be all over. Nessa couldn't believe that she let her feelings take over, the last thing she thought would happen is that she would fall for her enemy.

As the sun was setting, Lillian declared that they should have a bonfire for the last night at the cabin. They laid their blankets onto the beach, dropping their snacks and drinks beside one another once they finished they created their bonfire finally settling into their spots admiring the fire that was placed in the middle of their circle.
As the sun slowly began to set, Rose and Leah approached them with three cute strangers walking beside them.
Nessa blushed as one of them smirked at her.
"Hey guys, if you don't mind we invited our neighbors." Leah smiled as she gestured towards them.
The strangers circled around them to introduce themselves.
One of them approached Nessa with a charming smirk as he sat down beside her. "Crap." He muttered under his breath. "You're so beautiful that you made me forget my pick up line."
She laughed loudly, feeling her cheeks burn red. Although it was extremely corny, she couldn't help but like that he was flirting with her. He had blonde hair that was nicely done with a pale complexion and on either side of his nose were captivating ocean blue eyes. As he continued to smile at her with pearly white teeth, she admired his dimples that were shown.
"Hi, I'm Nessa." She introduced.
"That's a pretty name." He brought his hand out for her to shake it.
Nessa laughed lightly. "Thanks." She reached her hand out and shook his gently. Her eyes strayed down to his body and noticed the strong arms he had under the loose tank top he was wearing. She quickly looked back up at him, hoping that he didn't catch her checking him out.
"I'm Caleb." He replied, pulling his hand away as he leaned back onto his arms.
Eric rolled his eyes as he watched Caleb flirt with Nessa, he reached into the bag of chips and stuffed his face and munched loudly. "Gross." He mumbled under his breath.
"What was that?" Lillian asked, looking over at him.
He shook his head. "Nothing."
Lillian smirked as she looked over at Nessa and Caleb then back at Eric, knowing that he couldn't be anything but jealous.
Eric stuffed his face with chips distracting himself by looking at the view in front of him, hoping that it would get his mind off of Nessa. He wanted to go over there to protect her from the stranger that obviously only wanted to get in her pants.
As the night continued with hidden jealousy and loud laughs, they remained outside gathered around the fire to get as much warmth as they could with their blankets laying over their shoulders.
"Eric! Why don't you tell us your ideal girl." Leah asked, quickly glancing over at Nessa hoping that she looked over to listen.
He gave Leah an odd look, cocking his eyebrow. "You want to know my ideal girl?"
She nodded eagerly.
Eric adjusted the blanket as he ran his fingers through his hair. "Well..."
Nessa's ears perked up, her eyes slowly moving towards Eric.
Suddenly everyone was listening now which made Eric a bit uncomfortable. "A girl who finds it fun staying at home while watching Netflix and eating junk food. " He breathed, trying to dig into his thoughts.
He continued by saying in a quiet tone. "Someone who I can laugh with at the most stupidest things and is more than willing to sing badly with me to our favorite songs. A girl who loves deeply and has a beautiful soul. " Eric smiled to himself, keeping his eyes glued to the fire as a certain someone appeared in his mind.
The girls all beamed while the guys rolled their eyes and pretended to vomit from Eric's corny description.
"That's adorable." Lillian gushed, her smile was bright.
Nessa bite down on her bottom lip, trying her best to keep herself from smiling. She could feel her cheeks turning pink from Eric's description but instead letting herself swoon over his words she shook her head and looked up at him.
"That's bull." She stated in a rude tone.
Eric quickly looked up at her and cocked an eyebrow. "It's bull?"
She nodded. "When has a girl with a beautiful soul been your ideal?"
"Why does it matter to you?" He asked as he glared at her.
"It doesn't." She snapped, glaring back at him.
Lillian scoffed as Nessa lied.
"Then why are you asking?" He questioned with annoyance.
"Am I not allowed to input anything into this conversation?"
"You irrelevant."
Nessa looked at him weirdly. "I am relevant. "
"Shut up, turd." He stuffed his hand into a marshmallow bag and tossed it towards Nessa.
She gaped at him as he hit her forehead. "You're so immature!"
There were quiet groans around the circle, hating the fact that they would never get along.
"Alright, kids! Enough fighting." Will interrupted their immature argument. "Or I'm going to have to send you both back to the cabin." He said in a manly tone, pretending to act like a father scolding his children.
Eric and Nessa looked over at him and cocked eyebrow, both reaching for marshmallows chucking them at Will who frowned once the marshmallows hit him.
Everyone giggled at Will''s reaction.
Nessa smiled and looked over at Eric who was already looking up at her. Her cheeks turn pink quickly looking away, hoping that he didn't catch her burning cheeks.
Slowly everyone started going back to the cabin even the two strangers that came with Caleb left to their own cabin, leaving Nessa with Caleb.
They were side by side with his arm over her shoulder, Nessa never felt the need to touchy with a guy she just met before but once the unwanted feelings for Eric entered her system she couldn't help but do anything that would get her feelings far away from him. The night sky shimmered with the bright moon and thousands of stars that would not be seen in the city. It was a beautiful night.
Suddenly, she could feel a hand rest on her thigh.
"Do you want to go back to my cabin?" Caleb asked in a husky tone as he looked at her with lust.
She quickly looked over at him and cocked an eyebrow in disbelief. "Excuse me?"
He smirked and placed his hand on her thigh. "Don't act like you don't want to."
Nessa cocked an eyebrow at the hand on her thigh, slowly moving away. "I really don't."
"Oh come on." He moved closer to her, his arm wrapping tightly around her waist.
"Let go of me." Nessa demanded, her hands reached for his arm around her waist trying her best to pry it away from her.
Caleb frowned as she began fidgeting. "You didn't flirt with me for no reason." He moved his hands to her face, his lips forcefully kissed hers.
Nessa pushed him away, slapping his face hard. "You perv." She stood up and was about to walk away when Caleb grabbed her arm roughly.
"I know you want to, Nessa." He pulled her close, wrapping his arms tightly around her waist.
She looked up at him with fear in her eyes as she continued to move her way away from his tight grip on her. "Let go of me!" She screamed loudly, hoping someone would hear her.
"Just relax, babe." He threw her down hard onto the sand, making the pain of the bruise that was on her back from the bone marrow transplant she made a couple of weeks ago ache with agony.
She cried loudly as she winced at the pain, her hands quickly nursing her back but were removed once Caleb hovered over her moving her hands that were soothing her ache on either side of her head, making it nearly impossible for her to get away from him even her legs were unable to break her free.
All she could do was scream, her eyes pouring with tears.
"Stop crying." He hissed, his lips meeting roughly with her neck.
She shook her head as she tried to move away from his lustful touches. "Please stop!"
Suddenly Caleb was ripped off her body, she cried loudly once his heavy body was gone. A hand thrown to her mouth as she sat up to see none other than Eric throw hard punches onto Caleb's face. She gasped, standing up with wobbly knees.
As Eric continued to slam his knuckles into Caleb's now bloody face, only anger and hatred was what he felt. Eric was abruptly stopped by a pair of arms pulling him back, it was Will. He shouted loudly and thrashed violently, trying his best to get back to slamming his fists into Caleb's face.
"Eric! Calm down!" Will demanded, his grip tighten.
Eli made his way towards Caleb, helping him up while Oliver was soothing Nessa in a calm matter.
"How dare you touch her like that!" Eric bellowed loudly as he still continued to push Will away from him. "She is far more worth than what you thought her to be, she's not trash that you could use than throw after." He continued with anger on his face, his arms pushed Will away letting him charge back to Caleb who was leaning up against Eli.
Nessa continued to cry into Oliver's shoulder who began to pull her back to the cabin.
Eric jammed a finger at Caleb. "Don't you dare think you could do that to another girl." He spat angrily into his face, holding himself back from punching him again. And with that he abruptly turned around, stomping back to the cabin.
Will decided to let him be, knowing that Eric would settle himself down moving towards Caleb to help Eli bring him back to his own cabin.
