"Cami, could please you calm down?" My best asked me, rolling his large hazel eyes.
I stopped bouncing in my seat and shot daggers into the side of his head, knowing that would have no effect on him.
"Ash, let me be happy," I retorted childishly, trying my hardest not to smile.
"You've seen him everyday-"
"But he's getting out today," I pointed out.
Ashton huffed at my excited behavior, pulling up to the hospital. I hopped out of the car, running toward the entrance and ignored his calls of disapprovals.
There was only one thought in my head, and that was Luke.
I went up to the front counter, and asked to see him, but the woman just gave me a weird look.
"He checked out an hour ago, honey."
I could feel my face fall with confusion and disappointment. Where could he have gone? Why didn't he tell me?
I slowly started walking out defeatedly until I felt a pair of strong arms wrap around me, and I tensed up until I heard their voice.
"Where do you think you're going, Angel?"
I turned around, and literally jumped on him. He held onto my legs as I constricted them around his waist, clinging onto his neck.
"I've been waiting so long to do this," I breathed, and I heard him laugh. The people around us started applauding, and I flushed bright red as Luke slowly let me down.
I turned back to the person at the desk and she just winked at me. She totally knew he was still here. I wanted to strangle her and hug her at the same time.
Walking back to the car, I hung on his arm, not being able to get enough of his contact. The way his thumb would brush over my hands and waist drove me insane.
Ash was still waiting in the car for us.
"Hey Mr. Hemmings. I'm glad you're okay," Ashton said, giving him a smile.
Luke returned his expression. "I'm really glad Cami had you during this time. And please, it's Luke. I'm not that old."
Ashton gave him a smirk and a wink. "Alright, Luke."
My mouth hung open in despair. "Get a room you two," I teased, earning eye rolls from both of them.
Luke and I scrambled into the back seat, and he patted his lap, shooting a look I couldn't decipher my way. I hesitated, because Ashton was in the car, but I couldn't deny that I didn't want to. I sat on his lap, tangling our limbs together like old times. Except this time, I was so much more grateful for moments like these.
After saying quick goodbyes, Ashton dropped us back at the cabin.
This place, which seemed so lifeless and barren when Luke was gone, was now homey once again. I felt like I could breath again.
"Hey Luke do you wanna-" Before I could ask Luke if he wanted to take a nap or eat something, I was pushed up against the wall, his hands on either sides of my head, completely trapping me. He leaned in, biting his lip ring as he unleashed the full power of his eyes. "You didn't think I forgot about yesterday's event, did you?"
I was nearly immobilized from Luke's sudden behavior. I shook my head nervously, feeling my body starting to wake up to his closeness.
He leaned down so that I could feel his hot breath in my ear, shivering when I felt his fingers wrap around my hips and tugged sharply. "Good. Because now Daddy wants you to get on your knees and suck his cock."
