Peter has returned to his home after having brought Electro to RAFT, as he was walking to his home in his regular clothes, he saw an expensive car parked infront of his aunts house
"May i'm home" Peter said
"Hey Peter, don't you want to greet our guest too?" Aunt May said
"Who's our gue..." Peter was speechless, seeing Bruce Wayne sitting there
"Hello, Mr Parker i presume" Bruce said, being very friendly and having a smile on his face
"Mr Parker was my Uncle, call me Peter" Peter quickly replied
"I heard about it, sorry about your lose" Bruce said in an apologetic voice
"It's okay now. I-We got over his passing" Peter said
"Mrs Parker, could i talk with your nephew alone?" Bruce asked as he looked at May
"Yes ofcours." May said, then turned to Peter and added "Incase Mr Wayne wants something, be kind and just tell me"
"No May. I can bring him anything" Peter replied, seeing his aunt walk to her room
"So, does she know?" Bruce asked Peter, as soon as May left them alone
"Know what?" Peter asked
"That you're Spider-man" Bruce quickly replied seemingly having turned serious
"Me? Spider-man? Not even in a hundred years could i be Spider-man" Peter said, being nervous but hidding it well
"There is no reason to hide it kid. I found out who you are" Bruce said
"Is this some joke? I mean no offense, i like being compared to Spider-man but, i can tell you that i'm not Spider-man" Peter said having a bit of panic in his voice
"Fine kid, play this game of hide and seek but, just to know. Will you join the team or do you still need time?" Bruce said having a much more serious tone then before
"And how do i know that you're just trying to prank me?" Peter asked
"Because i am Batman" Bruce said in his iconic Batman voice
"Wait. You even know where i live? How?" Peter asked being a bit protective about his aunt
"It's okay kid. I'm not here to show you, that i could attack you anytime or anything. I am here to hear your decision" Bruce told Peter, still waiting for the answer
"How many members are in your little team?" Peter asked, showing his curiousity winning
"Just seven and you have meet two of them" Bruce replied, answering Peters question
"So Robin and Kid Flash are two of the seven members. Who are the rest?" Peter asked
"Want me to introduce them or do you want to go there to meet them?" Bruce asked, wanting to know if Peter would go ahead and just straight up Join the team
"How long is it from here?" Peter asked
"In the Batjet. About 5 minutes but, there are the teleportation devices all around the world called Zeta tubes. There is one located here in New York" Bruce told Peter
"I gotta asked my Aunt May if i can just leave for a bit" Peter said
"I got that covered. You just tell her that you decided to come with me" Bruce said
"What did you tell her?" Peter said, sounding offensive
"Don't worry. She doesn't know that you're Spider-man, she only knows that you could potentinaly work for me" Bruce said
"Work? As in, working for Bruce Wayne?" Peter asked
"Yes. Not in a team of heros, rather a team of IT technicians" Bruce reasured Peter, that May doesn't know that he's Spider-man
Meanwhile in Mount Justice the team is training together
"One time my friend" said Aqualad helping Robin up
"Guys, did you hear that we'll get a new member today?" Kid Flash asked, curious if anyone knows who the new member could be
"Wally you're always the last to find out" Artemis said, being annoyed as always
"Sorry miss, i'm so perfect" Kid Flash mocked Artemis
"If you say that.." Artemis got interupted
"If you two don't shut up, then i'll throw a big rock at you" Superboy said being very annoyed, by their usual verbal fights
"He's right, ever since Artemis joined the team you had a problem with her. Solve it already" Aqualad said, also annoyed by their constant fighting
"Come on guys lets all just relax" Miss Martian said, trying to calm the situation down
"Guys has anyone seen Zatanna by any chance?" Robin asked, being confused
Everyone looked at Robin, wondering what has happened to Zatanna and where she might be
"I'm here, i was just reading from my book" Zatanna said, smilling "New member still not here?" Zatanna asked
"He's still not here" Aqualad answered to Zatannas question "I think he'll be here in a bit" Aqualad added
"Who do you guys think it is? I mean why should Spider-man join us?" Kid Flash asked
"There are reasons but, you are right. He wouldn't join us" Robin said
Then they all heard Batmans jet arrive
"Thats them. Lets see who it is" Kid Flash said, being excited to see who the new member is
They all rushed to see who the new member is. Batman was the first one out of the Jet
"Wait does that mean no new..." Kid Flash stopped as his jaw fell to the floor "NO WAY!" Kid Flash yelled out
Spider-man walked out after Batman "This place looks cool" he said
Kid Flash ran towards Spider-man shaking his hand "I can't believe it" He thought "Why did you join Spider-man" he asked
"First thing" Spider-man said before removing his mask "Call me Peter, also it's more of a pleasure meeting you" He said looking at each of the members
All of them welcome him into the team, being happy to have a more well known hero in the team
"Could i get your autograph now?" Kid Flash asked
"Sure. Got a pen this time?" Spider-man asked
Kid Flash gave him a pen and watched as Spider-man gave him an autograph
"So you are Spider-man?" Artemis asked
"Yeah" Spider-man asnwered
"I thought you'd be... a little bigger" Artemis said, meaning his muscles and height
"I'm fifteen" Spider-man said
"I'm older" Artemis replied, quickly
"Dude forget about her. She's like a witch" Kid Flash said to Spider-man
Zatanna cleared her throat causing Kid Flash to say quickly "Not like there's anything bad about magic"
"So she can use magic" Spider-man said
"She has a name" Zatanna said
"Could i find out what that name is?" Spider-man replied
"Zatanna, i'm fourteen" Zatanna said having a smile on her face, but quickly changes into a blush
"Something wrong?" Spider-man asked
"No no. I just got a bit... uhm.." Zatanna couldn't find the words
"You got confused on why you said your age" Spider-man said, thinking that might be what caused her to blush
"Yeah that" Zatanna said, quickly turning away
"Okayyy, anyway" Spider-man said, being confused about Zatannas sudden blush and speechlessness
A while later he had meet all the members, so he decides to give Aunt May a call
"Hey May" Spider-man said
"Hey Peter. Is everything okay?" May asked, thinking something bad happened
"Yeah, just checking in" Spider-man replied
"Don't worry about me Peter. I'll manage" May said
"Oh okay May. Just remember if anything happens, call me" Spider-man said in a protective voice
"I will" Aunt May replied, hanging up
"I just hope you actually manage without me" Spider-man said to himself, scared to have left Aunt May alone in her house
