Y/n POV
Me and my brothers are up above the second floor, observing. They prepare for battle but Leo stops us.
"Not until we know what they're up to." Leo stated.
"Does it matter? They're not baking cookies." Raph stated.
"Ew, what would Kraang cookies taste like? Chocolate chips and brains?" Mikey asked.
"Quiet. Here they come." I stated.
We look and see the krang dragging a man.
"Take it easy, guys! This has gotta be a bad dream. You're not gonna probe me, right? I'll do anything, but just no probing." The man stated.
The machine activates as they strapped the man and a pigeon on a table.
"That's too big to be a probe, right?" Mikey asked.
"The Kraang neuroswitcher will switch test subject's mind with that which is called a pigeon." Kraang stated.
"Uh, I think I'd prefer the probing." I stated.
"Okay, now!" Leo stated as we jump down and attack.
"Turtles and the girl!" Kraang exclaimed.
The machine activates and the man and pigeon started to get switched, Raph managed to pull the man out of the way and release him.
"Hey, mister? You okay?" Raph asked.
But the man has the brain of a pigeon. He started to roam around the lab like a bird.
"You gotta be kidding me!" Raph exclaimed.
Meanwhile, the pigeon has the brain of the man.
"Ugh, why do I have the urge to eat bread crumbs and poop on statues? No! No!" The man exclaimed.
"Kraang test, successfully tested. Kraang, exterminate Turtles and the girl for Kraang." Kraang stated as they fired their guns.
"Dude, it's too freaky! That guy's got the brain of a pigeon!" Mikey stated.
"Which still makes him a lot smarter than you!" Raph stated.
"Don't let him get hurt. Take those Kraang down fast." Leo stated.
They battle the droids. Leo sliced down and leaped to the second floor as Donnie whacked away a few Kraang.
"Get me out of here!" The man exclaimed.
Mikey frees the bird off its straps.
"I'll save you, Mr. Peepers!" Mikey exclaimed.
He heads over to the man eating his own bird seed.
"Dude, get a hold of yourself, man." Mikey stated.
"Did you really just say that?" Donnie and I asked in unison.
A Kraang pushed Raph forward the side of the machine, but he turns on the Kraang and pins him down.
"The Turtles and the girl cannot win against the Kraang." Kraang stated.
"Tell it to the ground." Raph stated.
The Kraang dodged out of the way and Raph's sai accidently stabbed a part of the machine. They dodged the laser until it hit the man and pigeon.
"We got reverse brain switch!" Donnie stated.
"Raph, we're good to go." I stated.
"I'm busy here!" Raph stated.
Once again, they get knocked onto the floor. The laser struck the Raph and the Kraang. They collapse to the ground.
"Raph's down! Grab the pigeon and the man!" I exclaimed.
"Kraaaang." Kraang said.
I pick Raph up and put his arm over my shoulder.
"Raph, why didn't you listen?" I asked.
"Come on, Mr. Peepers." Mikey said as we began to leave.
"Ugh...Guys..." Raph said, weakly.
"Hang there Raph, you're going to be okay." I stated.
Later they drop the man on the street once he wakes up.
"Boy, did I ever have a weird dream. I switched brains with a... Aah! I'm not a pigeon. I'm not a pigeon! I am a man!" The man exclaimed.
"How's Raph doing?" I asked.
"Just gotta wake him up. Rise and shine, buddy." Mikey stated.
Mikey slaps Raph around but Donnie stops him.
"That's not working, Mikey. Try something else." Donnie stated.
"Let's see, how do I usually wake him up? I got it! Tickle, tickle, tickle. Tickle, tickle, tickle, tickle. Wake up, dude."
I hear talking between Mikey and Raph, then Raph started slamming Mikey. I grab him and pulled him away.
"Raph, what are you doing?" I asked.
"What's going on back there?" Leo asked.
"Turtles.. Kraang must destroy. Kraang will eliminate all." Kraang stated.
"It's Raph. He must've been brain switched with a Kraang." I stated.
Leo dodged the sai, only for the shellraiser to crash and I hit my head, hard.
"Oh, no! Guys? You okay?" Leo asked as Mikey woke up.
"Ugh, I just had the weirdest dream. Raph was-" Mikey said.
"A Kraang. Not a dream, Mikey." I said, holding my head.
"Y/n, you okay?" Donnie asked.
"It's just my head, I can still see just fine. Wait, where's Raph?" I asked.
"He's gone. And there's no telling where our Raph is." Leo asked.
We found Raph and we pinned him to the ground.
The turtles arrive. The Krang's head was buried in a grocery bag and Donnie was helping me to walk since I felt like my head was on fire.
"Guess Raph really ticked you off this time. N/n? What happened, are you okay?" Casey asked.
"Long story Case, but he got his brain switched with a Kraang." I stated.
"Release Kraang now, and Kraang will disintegrate you relatively quickly!" Kraang stated.
"That is too funny. Wha-" Casey said, but Father grabs his ear.
"Leonardo, explain. Now!" Father stated as Leo didn't how to explain.
Leo: Um..
Leo managed to explain what happened, after a bit of processing.
"And that's how we got Raph's body, but now we've gotta go back for his mind." Leo stated.
"Wait. Have patience. It was Raphael's impatience that put him in the den of the enemy. You must not make the same mistake." Father stated.
"So what are we supposed to do?" I asked, as I had my head iced.
"Hmm. A solution will arise. You must wait and-" Father said as we a noise.
"What was that?" I asked.
"It's coming from my lab." Donnie stated.
It was the orb we got from the Kraang.
"It's the Kraang communication orb. It hasn't been active for months!" Donnie stated.
On the screen, a Kraang droid appears.
"Donnie, it's me, Raph. I'm stuck in a Kraang body inside the Technodrome. You gotta believe me." I hear Raph's voice.
Casey laughs and I elbow him, making him stop.
"Wait a minute. How do we know he's the real Raph? What's the secret ninja password?" Mikey asked.
"I will pound you, Mikey!" Raph exclaimed.
"Close enough." Mikey stated.
"Okay, his coordinates are coming up now. Looks like we're going swimming." Donnie stated.
We got to the submarine and I sat there, much to my protesting.
"How'd you ever talk me into getting into this leaky death trap?" Casey asked.
"Hey, the Turtle Sub is a fully amphibious strike vehicle, seats six, and is Turtle powered." Donnie stated.
"Yeah, we know." April and I stated in unison.
"Technodrome straight ahead. We're getting close." Leo stated.
Mikey is seen holding a chained Raph.
"And the coast is clear. No trouble in sight. We're home free." Mikey stated and the sea monster appears.
"You just had to say something!" Donnie exclaimed.
The monster lets out a squeal and nuzzles us.
"Um okay, what just happened?" April asked.
The sea monster comes back with a pile of trash.
"Kinda has a thing for the sub." I stated.
"What are you waiting for? Pedal! Pedal! Pedal!" Casey exclaimed.
We swims past the sea monster, feeling a little sad as it swims after us.
"Agh! It's following us! Faster!" Casey exclaimed.
The sub lifts it's blaster.
"Torpedoes away!" Donnie exclaimed.
They fire torpedoes at the sea monster.
"Did we get it?" April asked.
The monster started striking the sub, we shoots another torpedo but it misses.
"Now where'd it go?" I asked.
"I got it on sonar!" Donnie stated.
They fall over as the monster shakes it around.
"We're being eaten alive!" Mikey exclaimed.
"Donnie, do something!" Casey exclaimed.
"We've got enough foot power. Activating the engines!" Donnie stated.
He presses the button and lets go of the sea monster.
"Right on!" April stated.
"Turtle tech, boy." Mikey exclaimed.
"Technodrome, prepare to dock." Leo stated.
The boys and I arrive along with Casey and April.
"Clear." Leo stated, then a alarm rang.
"Um, did we do that?" April asked.
"I'm gonna say yes." I stated.
"Enemies known as the Turtles and the girl, you have been captured by the Kraang and will be destroyed.
"Stop! Do not destroy the ones who are Turtles and the girl." Raph stated.
"Kraang must destroy the Turtles." Kraang stated.
"No, Kraang must transport Turtles for brain switching with Kraang by order of Kraang Prime. Go ahead. Go on. Move. You guys are lame. How could you get captured so easily?" Raph asked.
"Coming to save you." Leo stated.
"This is too awesome, Raph. You feel like chewing gum." Casey stated.
He and Mikey started poking the Kraang's face as it wakes up, annoyed.
"You're all pink and tentacley. It's just so wrong." Mikey stated.
Casey and Mikey laugh but Raph slaps them.
"Well, it's time to make it right. Let's move." I stated as we entered the lab.
"The neuroswitcher is activated. Kraang will become world leaders." Kraang stated.
Raph arrives, with the boys, me and April and Casey pretending to be captured.
"Stop the experiment. You have new orders." Raph stated.
"Turtles are not part of..." Kraang stated.
Raph slings the sai at the robot head.
"They are now!" Raph stated.
"Get 'em!" Leo exclaimed.
Everyone began to fight the Kraang.
"Don't hurt the machine! Donnie, get that thing working!" I stated.
"Oh, sewer apples." Donnie stated.
The Kraang in Raph's body gets free by its lasers.
"Kraang will have his revenge against Turtles." Kraang stated.
"A little help, Casey? Ugh." I stated.
"Duck! Hyah!" Casey stated.
He throws a puck onto the two Kraang droids, knocking them down.
"Ha! I'm finally getting the hang of this body. You!" Raph exclaimed.
"One called Raphael." Kraang stated.
"I'm gonna knock you straight out of my body!" Raph exclaimed as they charged at each other.
"One of these things has gotta activate the targeting matrix." Donnie stated.
"This one? Ooh, or maybe this one?" Mikey asked.
"Get out of there!" Donnie stated.
"Okay.." Donnie said.
"Hurry, Donnie! I really don't want to beat up such a good looking turtle." Raph stated.
"Ready, aim, fire!" Donnie exclaimed.
The beam switches me and Casey into each other's bodies. Casey is in April's body.
"Cool." Casey said.
I'm in Casey's body and I'm blushing so hard. .
"Stop checking yourself out, Casey! Donnie, switch us back right now!" I stated.
"Oh, I'm sorry, Casey, I mean, Y/n. Working on it!" Donnie stated.
"Stop pinching your own butt, Casey." I stated.
"I didn't do anything." Casey stated.
"Wait! I can't stab myself." Raph stated.
"The turtle known as Raphael will never be a turtle again. Prepare to be exterminated." Kraang stated.
The laser switched Raph and the Kraang. Raph opens his eyes and sees that he's a turtle again.
"Hey! You did it, Donnie. I'm back! Oh, no, you don't. Time for some payback! I call this plan one." Raph stated.
He kicks the krang alien. Casey and me had their minds swapped back.
"Finally." I stated.
"Aww, man. I kinda liked being a girl." Casey stated, and I punched him in the arm.
"I'm back, guys!" Raph stated.
"Nice. Donnie, sabotage that thing and let's go!" Leo stated as Donnie stabs the machine. They begin to run away.
"Aw, Kraaaang." Kraang stated.
The machine exploded and everyone escaped the Technodrome. We got back to lair and we were all in the living room.
"Okay. Oh, this is good." Donnie stated.
"It's good to be back in the old red and green. And, uh guys.... Thanks." Raph stated.
"Did he just say?" Mikey asked.
"I think he did." Leo stated.
"I just wish I could've taken out the Technodrome. But I did catch a glimpse of the Kraang's invasion plan. They've got thousands of soldiers ready to go." Raph stated.
"74 75 79 ow!" Mikey said.
"So how will we stop it, Sensei?" Leo asked.
"As I said before, a solution will arise in time." Father stated.
"Okay. A little shading here I've got it! We are gonna stop them with this." Donnie stated.
Donnie reveals a blueprint which reveals a giant turtle mech that he was gonna work on.
"Donnie, you are an even bigger genius than I am." Mikey stated.
