The night sky raged with fury as storm clouds gathered, casting an ominous shadow over the vast expanse of the sea. Lightning crackled across the heavens, illuminating the tumultuous waters below with jagged flashes of brilliance. Thunder boomed like the roar of a vengeful deity, reverberating across the horizon and shaking the very foundations of the earth.

Amidst this chaos, two figures stood locked in a deadly dance upon the deck of a ship, their silhouettes etched against the backdrop of the raging tempest. Di Fei Sheng, his eyes ablaze with righteous fury, clashed blades with Li Xiang Yi, the master of the Sigu Sect, their swords flashing like bolts of lightning in the darkness.

The wind howled like a banshee, whipping through their hair and billowing their robes as they exchanged blows with lightning speed. Each strike was a symphony of steel meeting steel, a testament to their mastery of the martial arts and the sheer ferocity of their rivalry.

The waves surged and crashed against the sides of the ship, rising like towering giants to challenge the combatants' resolve. But neither Di Fei Sheng nor Li Xiang Yi faltered, their determination unyielding as they pressed forward in their duel for supremacy.

With every clash of their swords, sparks flew like fiery embers against the night sky, casting an ethereal glow upon their faces as they fought with a primal intensity born of years of bitter animosity. Theirs was a battle of wills, a struggle for dominance that transcended mere mortal comprehension.

As the storm raged on, the clash of steel echoed across the vast expanse of the sea, a symphony of violence and chaos that reverberated through the very soul of the earth. And amidst the chaos and turmoil, two warriors stood locked in combat, their destinies entwined by the cruel hand of fate, their fates bound by the inexorable tide of history.

Li Xiang Yi's voice cut through the tumultuous winds, demanding answers from his adversary. "Where is the body of my master, Di Fei Sheng? Speak, or face the consequences!"

But Di Fei Sheng remained silent, his gaze filled with a burning intensity that spoke volumes of his unyielding resolve. With a roar of defiance, he launched himself at Li Xiang Yi, his sword a blur of motion as he unleashed a barrage of attacks.

Li Xiang Yi parried each blow with skillful precision, his voice rising above the storm. "You will not escape justice, Di Fei Sheng! The truth will be revealed, no matter the cost!"

As their duel intensified, the sea churned and roiled beneath them, its depths unfathomable and its wrath unyielding. Waves rose like towering behemoths, crashing against the sides of the ship with bone-shattering force.

The darkness of the ocean seemed to stretch on forever, its depths an abyss of endless blackness that swallowed all who dared to venture too close. Yet even in the face of such peril, the two warriors fought on, their determination unshakeable in the face of adversity.

But as the battle reached its climax, both combatants were wounded, their bodies battered and broken by the ferocity of their clash. With a final, desperate push, they stumbled towards the edge of the ship, their footing precarious upon the slick, rain-soaked deck.

And then, with a deafening roar, they plummeted into the vast expanse of the sea below, their cries lost amidst the raging storm. Down they sank, deeper and deeper into the abyss, until they vanished from sight, swallowed whole by the unforgiving depths of the ocean.

5 years later,

Li Lianhua emerged from his slumber, his figure slender and graceful, moving with the fluidity of a dancer. His face, framed by long locks of ebony hair that cascaded down his back in a silken cascade, bore the delicate features of a scholar-poet from a bygone era. His eyes, pools of dark mystery, held a wisdom far beyond his years, yet twinkled with a youthful exuberance that belied the weight of the world upon his shoulders.

In the corner, a small dog, its fur a motley assortment of colors, barked eagerly, its tail wagging with impatient anticipation.

With a groan, Li Lianhua stirred from his slumber, his movements slow and deliberate as he rubbed the sleep from his eyes. The dog's persistent yapping filled the air, urging him to rise and embrace the new day.

"Alright, alright, I hear you." he yawns as he sits up, his voice a sleepy murmur.

With a weary sigh, he pushed himself to his feet, his simple robe trailing behind him as he shuffled towards the door. The clinic awaited, its doors open to those in need of healing and solace.

Li Lianhua nodded, his brow furrowed in concentration as he gently took hold of the man's wrist, his touch light yet purposeful. Closing his eyes, he focused his attention on the subtle rhythms of the man's pulse, seeking out the source of his discomfort.

"Hmm... there seems to be some inflammation around the ulnar nerve. Have you been experiencing any numbness or weakness in your hand?"

"Yes, exactly! How did you know?"

Li Lianhua smiled reassuringly. "It's a common condition, nothing to worry about. I'll prescribe some herbs to reduce the inflammation, and with rest and patience, your symptoms should improve in no time."

With deft hands, Li Lianhua prepared a concoction of medicinal herbs, his movements swift and precise as he measured out the ingredients with practiced ease. Handing the mixture to the grateful patient, he offered a final word of advice before sending him on his way.

"Remember to take it easy for a few days. Your health is the most important thing. Now go, and may you find peace and healing on your journey."

As Li Lian Hua made his way through the bustling streets, he was suddenly accosted by a group of stern-faced men clad in armor of gleaming iron. The emblem of the Iron Armor Sect emblazoned upon their chests marked them as warriors of formidable skill and unwavering determination.

Their leader, a grizzled veteran with a stern countenance, stepped forward, his voice heavy with urgency. "Master Li, this is the thief we caught last night but we don't know how but he died as soon as we caught him. Your reputation as the 'living dead, flesh and bones' precedes you. Please, we implore you to use your skills to revive him."

"I understand your plight, but I cannot help you. My abilities are limited, and I cannot work miracles."

"Please, Doctor Li, you are our only hope. If you do not help us, we won't be able to know what this thief stole."

Li Lian Hua sighed, his heart heavy with empathy for their plight. "I sympathize with your situation, but I cannot change the course of fate. Death comes for us all, and even the most skilled physicians cannot defy its grasp."

"Doctor Li, I cannot let you walk away. Our young master's life hangs in the balance, and if you refuse to help us, then you leave us with no choice but to take you by force."

Li Lian Hua's gaze remained steady, though a flicker of concern danced behind his eyes. He raised his hands in a gesture of peace, his voice calm yet firm.

"I understand your desperation, but threats will not change the situation. I cannot perform miracles, and I will not be coerced into attempting the impossible."

But the leader of the Iron Armor Sect was undeterred, his grip on his sword tightening as he took a menacing step forward.

"Master Li, I do not wish to harm you, but I will not hesitate to do so if it means saving our young master's life. You have a reputation as a healer, and we will not leave here without your assistance."

As the tension reached its breaking point, Li Lian Hua stood firm in his refusal, his resolve unshaken despite the looming threat of violence. The leader of the Iron Armor Sect, his patience worn thin, gave a signal to his guards, who lunged forward with weapons drawn.

As Li Lian Hua was thrown onto a nearby table, the commotion caught the attention of a young man seated at the opposite end of the room. Fang Duobing, a detective of the prestigious Baichuan Academy, watched with keen interest as the scene unfolded before him.

With a quick glance at his assistant, Fang Duobing rose from his seat, his badge gleaming in the dim light of the room. He stepped forward with purpose, his voice ringing out above the chaos.

"Stop this at once!" he commanded, his tone commanding and authoritative. "I am Fang Duobing, detective of the Baichuan Academy. This man is under my protection."

The guards hesitated, their weapons lowered as they regarded Fang Duobing with a mixture of surprise and uncertainty. The badge he held aloft was a symbol of authority, a testament to his status as a defender of justice in the martial world.

With a nod of acknowledgment, Fang Duobing motioned for his assistant to assist Li Lian Hua, offering a hand to help him to his feet.
