Sabrina and Jess stood in the apartment helping Luke get ready for his big date.
"Okay I think I found the one" Sabrina pulled out a sweater from Luke's closet.
Just then Luke walked out of the bathroom with a freshly shaven face. Sabrina dropped her mouth in shock. It was a completely opposite look from his normally scruffy face.
"What happened to your face?" Jess squints his eyes
"What do you mean?" Luke asks
"It's visible" Sabrina still had her mouth open in shock
"Oh, I shaved" Luke nervously scratched the back of his neck
"You look nice" Sabrina reassuringly smiles
"Go Luke" Jess slightly throws his fist up in encouragement
"Now quickly put on this sweater she'll be here any minute" Sabrina shoves the sweater into Luke's arms and shoves him back into the bathroom
"You really care about this date huh?" Jess looks curiously at Sabrina
"Yeah well it's about time he puts himself out there" Sabrina anxiously looked at the bathroom door
"I agree" Jess sits down and opens up his book
"And it's not just the date I care about, it's Luke. He's done so much for me, too much I would say. I want to do as much I can to repay him back for his years and years of generosity"
"He's a good man" Jess nods
Luke walked out of the bathroom in the outfit Sabrina picked out for him.
"So?" Luke questions
"Ah! Perfect!" Sabrina claps her hands together
Luke looks over at Jess who gives him a slight nod. In return Luke gives him a slight smile.
"Now chop chop, she's gonna be here soon" Sabrina shoves Luke out the door and down the stairs.
Luke nearly trips down the stairs but manages to catch himself just as Nicole walks in the diner.
"Hi." Nicole greets
"Hi" Luke says back
Sabrina stood slightly behind Luke peeking at Nicole, she was smiling so wide it looked like she was gonna explode any minute. Nicole looked confusedly down at the strange girl, and Luke took notice.
"Oh, uh this is Sabrina, sorry she get's easily excited about things" Luke apologizes
"Oh it's okay, nice to meet you. I'm Nicole Leahy."
Sabrina stood up straight and walked out from behind Luke. She then rapidly shook Nicole's hand up and down.
"I'm Sabrina, doesn't he look nice?"
"Oh um, well yes I suppose he does look rather nice" Nicole awkwardly answers
"So um are you ready?" Luke asks
"Yeah, let's go" Nicole replies
"Bye!" Sabrina shouts as they leave the diner
"Sorry about her, she's very um-" Luke begins once they're outside the diner
"No no, it's okay, I didn't know you had a daughter though, I thought it was just your nephew" Nicole looked curiously at Luke
"What? No no she's not my daughter, she's my nephew's girlfriend. Ironically enough I've known her a lot longer than him. She's a great kid though"
"She seems to care a great deal about you"
"Yeah well I care a great deal about her, I can only hope for a child as good as her" Luke awkwardly laughs

Later in the evening Jess and Sabrina sat at the diner counter waiting for Luke to come back. At least that was the reason Sabrina was waiting, Jess really didn't care that much he was just enjoying her company.
"Ugh, when are they coming back, I need to know how it went" Sabrina rapidly tapped her nails on the counter, staring at the window.
"Relax, they'll be here soon" Jess said while rubbing her back
"Kirk, how long are you gonna be sitting there?" Jess then asked turning to Kirk who had been in the diner almost all day.
"What do you mean?" Kirk asked
"It's been four hours. Go home."
"It's boring at home. My TV's broken."
"So do something else."
"Like what?"
"Read a book."
"What book?"
"Any book."
"I'm gonna need a suggestion."
"Moby dіck."
"That's about the whale?"
"Yes."
"No. What else?"
"Forget it, just sit there."
"Okay."
"So he just drove all the way to New York, picked up the cheese, drove back. Nobody talked about it ever again." Luke laughed walking in the diner with Nicole
Sabrina sat up straight, and excitedly shook Jess' arm.
"Oh, God, I love cheese." Nicole laughed back
"Well, you would've gotten along very well with my father. So, you want some coffee?"
"I would love some coffee."
"Have a seat. Jess, coffee over here."
"I'll get it." Sabrina hopped off her seat and rushed over to the coffee pot
"So, I have to say, I really hated that restaurant." Nicole says
"Good, I like that we're on the same page here." Luke agrees
"I did, however, have a really good time."
"Once again, I like that we're on the same page here." Luke smiles at her
"Okay, coffee." Sabrina carefully sets down a mug in front of Nicole
"Thank you."
"Did you have a good time?" Sabrina questions hardly containing her smile
"Yeah, we had a really good time." Nicole nods
"Okay, well, we're going to go out for about an hour." Jess states
"What are you talking about? It's 11:30." Luke looks confusedly at Jess
"I know. Sabrina and I are just gonna go out for about an hour."
"Huh?" Sabrina looks confused at Jess as well
"Where?" Luke asks
"Out."
"Out where?"
"Out for about an hour."
"What are you talking about?"
"I'm talking about going out for about an hour. What you need more time?" Jess slyly smiles.
Luke's face drops when he realized what Jess was implying.
"Nicole, will you excuse me for a minute?" Luke annoyedly said
"Sure" Nicole nods
"Okay" Luke drags Jess outside the diner
Sabrina, Nicole, and Kirk watch as Jess and Luke argue outside the window.
"They have amazing communication." Kirk adds
"I guess I'm not going out for about an hour." Jess says returning inside the diner
"Say goodnight, Jess." Luke says rolling his eyes
"I don't understand you, man."
"My mystique is part of my charm."
"You at least want us to take a walk around the block?"
"Jess."
"Take an extra long shower?"
"Go upstairs." Luke points up to the apartment
"Sorry, I tried." Jess shrugs at Nicole
