Maybe Silver is a settler, but that's all he can perhaps hope for. In a place of everyone trying to be first place. There still needs to be a second place. At the end of it, someone needs to be there. Second place is good enough for him. That's all they need. That's all they want. Maybe he will get gold someday. But Silver is all that he needs. He looks in the mirror and sees second place and they are okay with that.
Knuckles' favorite color is red. The color of Courageous and Passion and many other things that Knuckles thinks represents him. That's what he strives to be. Not only is it his color. But his favorite color is grapes. Maybe he's biased. For the color not of the grapes. Grapes are delicious. Why does he like grapes so much? Doesn't matter. Red is what he's talking about. Despite Tails being yellow her favorite color is orange. Maybe because it represents her positivity that she tries to keep but not to let it overshadow her and who she is. Yellow is too bright. Her fur she likes, it's not her favorite though. Orange is a fun color. Giving her everything she wants in a color. Orange is optimistic, something Tails wishes she could have every single day no matter what. Feel like every day, whatever could happen, it could be the best day ever. Blinding and blind optimism. Vanilla's favorite color is Cream. It's the color of her daughter and herself. Lavender is a close second, the color of her other daughter. But two edges out a little bit over one. Self love is important as well. Important enough to make it your favorite color maybe.
