".....Na koi vaada, na koi yaqeen, na koi umeed

Magar hamen to tera intezar phir bi krna ta...."

Around 2am at night.......

"Kehty han dunya ma 3 tarh ky such hty han, ya yun kahen ky kisi bi such ki 3 layers hti han, ak hamra such untouched by world, ak dunya ka such their perception aur ak wo such Jo hum dunya ko btany han apny hissab sy apni convenience sy. humry abbu hameesha yhi khty ty par sirf ak yhi baat ti jis sy hum agree ni krty ty kabi. hum khty ty ky insan ya tw sucha ha ya jhoota darmiyan ma kuch ni hota. aur insan agr sucha ha tw dunya ki koi b takkat usy jhoot ni bulwa skti. likan hum ak takat ko ko bhool gy ty ak asi cheez Jo insan sy jhoot tw kia kuch b krwa skti ha aur wo ha majboori. aur wo kia khty han never say never humry sath b Kuch asa hi hua ha, aur aj yhi majboori humen is more par lay ai ha ky humen apni hi ankun ky samny khud ko apny hi logun ki ankun ma mara hua dkhna par rha ha, aur Kal humen ak nayi pechan Urmila Mahadev Mathre mily gi ."

She was lost in these thoughts when she felt movement near her. She looked at her mother who was laying on the bed sleeping and she was sitting beside her. With a heavy sigh, she got up to leave before her mother wakes up and find haseena no actually Urmila in her room.

Haseena quietly put on her hoodie on her head making sure her face is cover up and with soundless steps in dim lit she left home without making any noise from back door. outside the house she placed the key of door in the hanging pot where she used to keep the keys of exist doors because of her job unfixed time and only her mother and she knows about it. she took one last look back at her house and left.

As Haseena entered the flat, she was met with an unwelcome surprise, Bakshi, the unexpected guest.

"Mil ai ho?" he asked casually.

"Ap ko kaise pata ap hum par nazar rakh rahe hain?" she retorted, with suspicion.

"Humara kaam hi yahi hai, Haseena. Aur is duniya mein bharosa toh insaan apni saans par nahi kar sakta, toh tum par kaise kar sakta hai?" he got up from the chair and replied, in sharp tone.

"Agar apko hum par bharosa hi nahi hai, toh phir hum hi kyun is mission ke liye? there are many best options." Haseena countered.

Bakshi leaned in, "There are many options, Haseena. but you are the main pillar of this game. I just choose the one that can give me the best results out of all others," he stated.

"Hum apne desh ke liye yeh kar rahe hain. Isliye don't worry, aapka hum par barosa galat ni ha. Desh ke liye hum kuch bhi kar sakte hain." she said in from voice.

Bakshi regarded her for a moment before nodding. "Well, are you ready for tomorrow? Kal tum apni team se milogi, Urmila," he pressed the last words.

Haseena simply nodded.

"Words...." he said.

"Yes, sir," she replied with determination.

"Good. Now go take rest," Bakshi commanded before leaving Haseena alone with her thoughts and the weight of their mission on her shoulders.

Haseena walked to her bed and lay down, with her thoughts. It had been ten days since she started visiting her house every day to see ami, but each time it was only when she was asleep. but there was someone else in the house whom she longed to see desperately, but she couldn't find the courage.

It wasn't just the thought of facing her SI Karishma Singh that made her hesitant, it was the memory of their last encounter. The words Karishma said to her while she was driving her to the hospital a beautiful yet painful confession. Haseena closed her eyes, with the weight of her words pressing down on her heart.

Her hands were holding mine- "Don't leave me, haseena, I will die, please, I wanted to say something." she was taping my cheeks "I am in so much......." - these were the exact words that she said and now every day and night, echoing in her ears. "Ap is ky agy kia kehna chati ti hum sy Karishma singh.... Pta ni.... par agr wo Jo hum smaj rhy han tw...."

"I am in so much pain."
"I am in so much sorrow."
"I am in so much sadness"
"I am in so much suffering"
"I am in so much heartache."
"I am in so much heartbreak."

In last month She gave thousands of words to fill this blank but she couldn't fill it with words her heart was saying to her. But one thing she was sure that if Karishma said that she will die than she will. aur kiyun ky jsy sirf saans ka hona zinda hona ka proof ni wsy hi sirf is ka na hona moot ka proof ni. there are also many ways to die as there are many ways to live.

Haseena couldn't found the courage to face that lifeless shell of Karishma, knowing that even if she walk and talk, it would still be a form of death a lone tear escaped from her eyes.

Next morning....

In the morning, Karishma and Ami was sitting at the table, the clinking of cutlery against plates filling the air as they were Karishma eating their breakfast. ks was living with her since haseena death to take care of her. Pushpa g told Ami, the state of karishma that how she wasn't eating or drinking properly and worrying all the time. So, Ami called Karishma to their house, saying she was alone and missed her. But really, she wanted to help Karishma deal with her turmoil.

"Ami, aj hum us larki se milne ja rahe hain," she said between bites.

"Kis se?" Ami looked up, and asked.

Karishma paused, a thoughtful expression crossing her face. "Koi Urmila naam ki larki hai, market mein Pushpa g se mili. Unka kehna kehna hai bilkul Madam Sir ki tarah dikhti hai. Hum usi waqt gaye the, sab jagah dekh li par nahi mili. Aj phir ja rahe hain, shayad mil jaye. Aur dekhna ha Pushpa g ki baat mein kitna sach hai,"

"Aur agar woh mil gayi tumhe?" she nodded and asked.

"Pata nahi. Hum kya karenge, kya kahenge... Pehle toh bas mil jaye, agar koi aisa hai," Karishma replied, with uncertainty.

Ami reached out and placed her hand over Karishma's. "Karishma, tum jo bhi karo, bas itna yaad rakhna ki hum apni ek beti ko khone chuke hain, dusri ko nahi khona chahte," she said, her worry evident on her face.

Karishma met Ami's gaze, "Kuch nahi hoga, Ami. Aap, please pareshan mat hona, ap vs apna khyal rakhen."

In the bustling market, Karishma and Phuspa g was walking among the crowd, their eyes were scanning the faces around them.

"Hum apko keh rahe hain, humari baat maniye. Kal yahin dekha tha humne usay," Pushpa g insisted.

"Aapki baat maani hai, isi liye yahan khade dhund rahe hain usay," she replied calmly.

Pushpa g was about to say something further when her gaze landed on a stall selling golgappas. "Aap dekhiye, hum abhi aate hain,"

Karishma nodded, but Unknown to them, Haseena was hiding behind a nearby shop, her eyes fixed on Karishma's back. She was having anxiety, unsure of how to approach her. how will she face her after one month. how will she meet her eyes.

With a deep breath, Haseena reminded herself of the importance of her mission. she stepped out from behind the shop and approached a nearby store where Bakshi was posing as a shopkeeper. Their eyes met, and in silence they both nodded.

"Main bata rahi ha, mara paisa wapas dy." haseena said in a loud voice enough for Karishma to hear.

Bakshi maintained his facade, replying smoothly, "Kaunsa paisa? Ab cheez le li toh le li, wapas nahi hoti."

As Haseena and Bakshi began to argue, their voices rising in heated exchange, Karishma's heart skipped a beat as Haseena's voice through the bustling market, reached Karishma's ears.

A wave of emotions washed over Karishma as she recognized the voice she had been longing to hear. She felt her chest tighten, her pulse quicken, as if her heart were trying to escape its body.

Despite the longing to turn and confront the source of the voice, Karishma found herself rooted to the spot, her legs were feeling like dead. The fear of what she might see, made her feel weak.

While she was struggling to turned back she found herself shaking by Pushpa g who was saying, "chaliyay wo larki mil gye ha." she was pulling her, "aiyay na. "

Taking every ounce of air, Karishma took a step forward. As Karishma watched, her breath caught in her throat as Haseena appeared before her, still engaged in the argument with the shopkeeper.

Pushpa g had moved closer to the scene, and turned haseena by holding her arm. while Karishma remained rooted to the spot, unable to tear her gaze away.

Their eyes locked, a moment frozen in time as Karishma and Haseena stood face to face. For Karishma, it was as if time stooped, the noise of market fading into the background. There was a familiarity in those eyes, beyound words and explanations. She felt like to go back in time where she saw those eyes for the first time. Those eyes were so known to her, how can she forget those eyes which was shinning with hope when she looked at her for the first time in station.

As for Haseena, the intensity of Karishma's gaze sent shivers down her spine. In those eyes, she saw a reflection of pain. There was a vulnerability in Karishma's gaze that touched her soul, igniting a fire within her that she couldn't ignore.

Karishma was so lost in the moment that her feet that was rooted earlier was now moving towards Haseena. She longed to touch her, to assure herself that she was real and not her imagination. with a bitter sweet smile on her face she tried to get closer with her hand in the air to touch her Haseena took a step back Karishma stopped, feeling unsure.

Karishma opened her mouth, but words betrayed her.

"Kia " Haseena stated trying to composed ber.

Before Karishma could respond, Pushpa g interjected, reminding karishma "Dekha, humne bola tha,"

"Dekha, humne bola tha, hum ny kha ta ap she dkha ap ny." she repeated.

But Karishma was so lost unable to say anything but she saw Haseena began to walk away.

However, Karishma couldn't let her go. Hurrying beside her, she intervened, causing Pushpa g to call out, "Arey, ruko."

"Kya hai? Kyun time barbaad kar rahi ho?" she questioned, with annoyance.

"Kaun ho tum?" Pushpa g asked hesitantly.

"Urmila Mahadev Mathre." She replied confidently.

"Phle kabhi nahi dekha tumhein yahan." she asked.

"Main pehle banaras mein thi, abhi aayi idhar." haseena said.

She pressed further, "Kitne din pehle?"

"Kya re, police ki tarah sawal jawaab krti hai tu?"Haseena retorted.

"Police hi hai." Pushpa g intervened,

"Are wah, kya baat hai!" she said and than realize and shout in fear, "par main bata rahi ha, main kuch nahi ki."
